AW Designs - Vervetki Boots

A very fancy pair of transformer boots from AW Designs, these are the Vervetki.

Lelo would find black ballet boots in a cavern with midnight lighting on, and she immediately spotted these when we swung by Latexia.

I said, sure, sweetie, let’s get you a pair.. but, aha! They also transform into a very elegant pair of high heeled boots.

A distinctive fold above the ankle strap and the two-part upper design mark the Vervetki as one of the fancier fetish boots we’ve seen in a while.

The cool prim elements on the foot, like the little chain and rings under the heel carry over from one version to the other.

You can color darn near every part of these boots, resulting in two-color vertical splits if you like.

That’s more adventurous than conservative little old moi really likes, so I went for the lovely Venetian red all over. Which, not coincidentally, matched the Xonirated outfit from AW very nicely ;)

The boots are fully resizeable, you’ll be pleased to hear. The script is only in the right one - I started adjusting sizes manually before noticing that.

This is not an inexpensive item, but when you consider most stores sell other colors as other items, you’ll see this is in fact a bargain.

Yes i know i’m a ballet boot junkie, but hé there are worse addictions. *smiles*

The boots come with a pretty elaborate menu that is controlled from the right boot only.

First on the list is the appearance, containing a good working resizer, shininess, colour and if you want to change the left, the right or both boots.

The coloring can be done by selecting the two halves and selecting a color for each or you can select one of 8 separate parts, hows that for choice.

The next option in the menu lets you select if you want to wear a ballet or a more comfortable style of boot.

Next come the RLV options, including an operators, sounds so much more elegant than owner, selector and a lock and fly/run restriction.

Lastly you will find 3 buttons sending you to her website, online help and a in world help note.

So go get these lovely boots before everyone is wearing them, you get 21 colors in one boot and that’s not counting the mix options.

Rosal - Rivet

Some gorgeous, high (high!) prim goodness from Rosal, this is the new Rivet series.

The incredibly detailed riveted rings surrounding the neck and waist corsets and matching boots look awesome, but the prim cost is high.

For example, the boots are a server-grinding 402 prims each, so Tsarina smartly includes a low-prim version in the box that uses a mere 140 per boot - that’s the version I’m wearing here.

There’s a very good resize script included in the Rivet line - in the corset, it’s under AddOns, Corset, Resize. Once you get there, you are treated to non-proportional resize goodness - very, very nice. Shrink width, stretch height... I love it!

One note : resize does both boots, unlike most scripts. I wore one, keeping the other leg bare for reference, as I usually do. When I went to fit the other boot... the first started shrinking right along. Argh! Well, this is why we take copies before fiddling, kiddies.

And speaking of notes, make sure to read the “Using Alpha Textures (combining corset and boot alphas)” if you intend to wear the boots with the corset.. I sure learned much about alphas there.

Ok, here’s the big news the queen of corsets is making boots as well and even better ballet boots. \o/

From top to bottom : neck corset first, though most option are in all the items, like the color change script that lets you change the colors of the prim parts on the corset, there are 11 colors to select from.

The corset comes in 3 versions, normal, tight (which Mistress is wearing here) and very tight (which i’m squeezed into). Here you get, just like with the neck corset, the Open Collar script, but she also included a box with non-OC corsets.

Like with the neck corset and the boots you get the 3 axis resizer, the best we’ve seen yet, just make sure you take your time adjusting it till its perfect.

You also get the possibility to remove the invisiprim, so your arms show when you have them on your back. *smiles*

Ok i managed to keep the best till last, the ballet boots, ok there are also a lovely pair of “normal” boots in the pack, but who cares. *winks*

The foot shape is perfect, ok sitting down is always a bit of a problem with thigh high boots, but some adjustments and resizing should minimize the problem.

An extra on the boots is that you can color the platforms, rim and soles, red soles anyone. *winks*

So looking for some space age corsets with matching boots...Duh... what are you waiting for...

Nova's Femdom Fashion - Black Swan Latex and Burlesque Boots

We stopped by Nova’s again, and Black Swan seemed to have lelo’s name written all over it : a cute little ballet outfit with kinky black ballet boots included.

The boots are by Pietas Obscurum, the label for rup Eizenberg’s work - every mistress needs a boy who can make her boots ;)

The Black Swan corset top and skirt look really good, and the corset comes with a very clever prim bow, but it takes good eyes or a big screen to see it - lelo had to point it out to me.

The boots are a sim-screeching 186 prims each, and are for v2 only. Firestorm, here I come.. soon ;)

The Black Swan is a lovely ballet outfit, ok so latex isn’t the usual material for ballet gear but it does look good. barbie loves shiny

Next to the lovely prim skirt, you frequent readers should know i’m a sucker for dresses like that, you get quite a few lovely cloth-layer options.

Like tights, stockings with garters and pants, gloves, a corset and a fun bolero jacket.

Ok now to the boots, which are sold separately as well, but the outfit is only 100 ls more and that for me is a great deal.

The menu in the boots lets you re-size and position the boots as well as removing the barbed-wire.

Then there is a HUD which has leads to the Pietasobsurum website where you get the latest news and the users guide.

The HUD also contains the store LM but the really smart thing is you can load extra texture packs for you boots into the HUD, so no need to buy new shoes for each color you need.

Looking at his latest creations, i’m sure we’ll be back pretty quickly.

Fragile is the outfit that brought us back to Jaimie’s shop after a long absence - she had a truckload of new designs to show us, so here we are a month later ;)

This is a good looking bondage doll outfit, with an intriguing texture. I can’t quite decide what material would give that look.. spandex, perhaps?

I like the multiple parts.. this is an outfit that offers variety.

Violet Studios - Raptor Ballet Boots

More shiny shiny boots of latex from Violet Studios, these are the Raptor Ballet Boots.

Thigh length boots still means a leg part and a thigh part.. some of us are waiting for mesh for very specific reasons ;)

The Raptor are very shiny boots, and they match Hemi’s latex perfectly. I love the length, and the lacing at the rear is extremely well done.

There are four versions : zipped, laced, zip + straps, and laced + straps - lelo is wearing the laced version here.

The texture really gives the look of a latex covering over the boots, very smartly done.

The prim work looks good, pay special attention to the metal reinforcing the rear of the heels, love that. *smiles*

When you get these boots don’t forget to take the free Unlimited 2 HUD, which will unlock a host of options.

Most important the option to change the color textures of the boots (19 colors in all), but you can also change the lace color, metal color and the soles.

The HUD also gives you access to the resize option so you can fit the boots perfectly to your shape.

Anima Temptation - Raffinata and Courtesan

Malls.. I don’t know what we’d do without malls.

They may seem like a necessary evil at best, especially if one near your favorite club seems to be a good source of lag (like, 500% your recommended daily allowance), but for finding cool new stuff at a glance, they can’t be beat.

We were visiting Freedom when lelo saw the Anima store.. well we hadn’t featured them in ages, so we went in, and lo! Cool new stuff ;)

The Raffinata shoe (or bootie, as you like) by Anima Temptation has a wicked stiletto heel and a tiny, fifties-fetish toebox. The ankle strap is another classic touch. Available colors are black, pink and red.

The shape of the shoe is really great. And one aspect I appreciate (as it’s getting rare!) is that both an alpha version for new viewers and a version with old school invisiprims are included.

So support your local mall - remember, it probably supports your local club ;)

We’ll start the week with a nice little double feature by Anima Temptation.

Mistress is wearing the Raffinata ankle boots, with heels that make them absolute fetish boots, that and not to mention the locking option on them.

I drew the short straw and ended up with the ballet shoes. *winks*

Which i absolutely love, Adira took the shape of pointe slippers and added the heels, that’s how they always should look.

Just look at the way the sole is bent under the toebox, just like the real thing.

The eyelet and red laces give the shoes some extra life and a good focus point.

The scripting is simple and easy to work with, offering you control over the walking sound, a good working resize option, three AO options and an extra corset function and finally you get access to a MoLock system.

Nothing fancy, but everything you need in an easy to understand menu system.

After the strictly utilitarian uniform of KDC, here’s a naughty rubber maid, Latex Web style.

The inflatable ball hands are more suited to bondage bunnies than domestic help; same with the transparent catsuit exposing the breasts.

You get a choice of a skirt with a cloth apron and a prim bow, or you can wear the full prim apron : both leave the tush exposed so you can easily motivate a lazy maid.

A nice garter belt connects to the lace-up padlocked ballet boots... This is a lovely upstairs maid outfit.

Ok here’s maid number 2 and this is quite a sexy version, as you might expect from Latex Web Inc.

The clothing offers you some nice mix and match options, like a transparent catsuit, long gloves, a corset, garter belt and some good looking bed boots, all in shiny latex.

Where the kanzashi makes it easy to hang your laundry, the slave mitts don’t help when trying to do your cleaning.

Violet Studios - Slinky

Violet Studio’s Slinky outfit couldn't be named better. This long slender latex dress with matching stockings and ballets will turn heads anywhere you go.

The high collar reminds me of some china dresses - although most of them have some kind of sleeve and don’t leave the shoulder bare, you see it now and then in modern interpretations.

The long hanging skirt may remind some of slave silks - good or bad thing, you decide. The stockings and boots definitely leave you more dressed than the average slavegirl.

I selected the folder and went Add To Outfit.. a maneuver that sometimes leaves me wearing posing stands, but lelo is good about it and doesn’t snicker. Much.

What happened today is that the studio lit up. Aside from my usual Sirena face lights, I was wearing no less than five body lights. You can see the difference between our first and second pic.

Be kind and select just the amount you need, mmkay? Friends don’t let friends glow like 500-watt bulbs ;)

High time for some serious latex again, courtesy of Hemi at Violet studios.

Small warning when you rezz the box, do it outside or you might ruin your ceiling.

When you open the box you will understand why it’s so big, you get 5 body lights in the kit.

Next to the lights you find the excellent color matched Violet Studio’s ballets.

You also get skin appliers for: eCorp, Icon, IN Uni’s, Lolas Naturals and of course Violet's own vString boobs.

The texturing on the cloth-layer is very good, just look at details like the folds near the bellybutton or the collar.

The outfit comes in the usual Violet Studio colors: white, orange, purple (worn by me), red (worn by Mistress), and magenta.

Let's hope Hemi keeps producing more of these wonderful latex outfits. Buying a few might inspire her to make more... so go go go... *winks*

HybridZ - Freedom Continent Uniform

VvB Stiletto Heels - Prima Donna Ballet Thigh Boots V4

Vik sent us the Prima Donna Ballet Thigh Highs a few weeks back, right on the heels of the Witch calf boots, so we held them back a bit.

As I’ve said, SLFF could be the VvB new release channel if we let it.. and it could almost stay a daily. ;)

The foot shape is visibly improved over the V3 Prima Donnas which we covered last year.

Once again, I remind you that Viktoria is very good about upgrading older models to the recent V4’s for her clients.

I have yet to hear anything bad about Vik’s work or customer service.

As before the Prima Donnas are two-part thigh highs, so they take a bit of work to fit totally right, a problem we’ll have to live with till the Lindens finally get around to add mesh to the SL mix.

Again there is the now familiar HUD to control the look of your boots.

Next to the sizing option, pose and LM you get control over the color of the laces, trim and metal parts.

A single button click hides or shows the straps on the boots.

There are two version of the boots in the box, a “normal” and a RLV enabled version, the RLV version has a simple "click to lock" script.

Next to the HUD and the optional RLV function, clicking the boots will give access to the “old” sound and AO menu.

Again the usual VvB eye for detail, giving you some great ballets.

VvB Stiletto Heels - Slaverina and Petite Ballets V4

Viktoria’s conversion of her entire line to version 4, her new and improved sculpts, is nearing completion.

We showed you the knee boot Slaverina nearly a year ago, so I think it’s not too repetitive to show you the new improved version today.

You’ll note the same improvements as in the rest of the v4 line : improved shapes, great shine, fanatic attention to detail.. I’m not going to repeat myself ;)

Next to the new and improved sculpts, there are two big improvements to these boots.

First there is the Included RLV version of the boots and she kept it very simple, click lock, click unlock, not everyone will like it, but we do.

Second is her HUD that we know from the other V4 shoes and boots.

With the Slaverina knee boots you can change the lace, trim and metal color. You also can hide the straps on them.

With the Petite you can change the skin, lace and metal color and you can select quite a few stocking textures including latex. It also lets you hide the foot and/or ankle straps.

Both have the excellent resizer but lucky as i am, these boots fit me like a glove straight out of the box.

So get them while they are hot... ohh these will always be hot.. well get them anyway.. *winks*

Latex Web Inc. - Kitteh

Introducing Latex Web’s latest release, a fun catwoman outfit called simply Kitteh.

And as my dear friend latexladyll Galicia had just acquired one herself, I invited her to model with lelo - lady’s the one on the right.. I think.

Kitteh is quite a lovely outfit; but the bondage mitts and ballet boots (well, cutouts too, if you’re going to be finicky) definitely suggest it’s intended for the bedroom rather than the club - and no, no, the street is right out.

There’s a bit of interesting lighting (purple!) included in the ears and tail, which we turned off for the pics, but you may find it fun - mood lighting, lady called it.

I looked around but couldn’t find a Manning catgirl picture to share with you, so I hope you enjoy this double model post, which I call.. wait for it.. a tail of two kittehs.

Ok it’s back to the dark world of Michael Manning aka Darkadia and the lovely designs of Latex Web inc.

The base is a catsuit with a good dull shine and holes in all the right places, the right place to get you banned in all non-adult sims that is.

The hood is tattoo layer, sorry V1 lovers, and goes well with the rest of the outfit.

The ballets are of a simple design with fun little locks on the front and a simple locking system that it RLV compatible.

The other prims aka mitts, ears and tail don’t have any scripting, but both ears and tail have a purple light which can be turned of in the edit screen under features.

Great little one stop and shop outfit, i’m wondering what kind of mischief a kitteh can run into at Darkadia. *winks*

KL Kiki - Shy Ballet Boots

It’s been ages since we dropped by Kiki’s.. and sure enough, we saw someone wearing the new ballets, and were reminded.

Anyone with the idea that we’re going about this with method and order... well, thanks for the vote of confidence, we’re trying, but Chaos is strong ;)

The Shy boots are a recent release, and they look good. The prims are detailed, and some of the tiny ones are smaller than I thought was possible.

The shape of the boot is great, the shine is good, just enough, not too much. The shape of the sole and heel are a big improvement over the old model we reviewed - that’s always a pleasure to see.

Those are not the cheapest boots we’ve seen, but you get good value : excellent design, and a lot of menu features and poses.

By the way - post #600 today, yay us!

Ok, back to Kristina’s little gems, the prim work is very detailed, give the heels and metal sole-plate a good look.

The texturing is kept simple, just the right color and using the standard shine option, which in this case works perfectly. They are available in red, pink, white and black.

In the box you’ll find two versions, one for V1 and the other for V2 all labeled so there can’t be any confusion.

The menu shows that Kristina owns a BDSM club as the options here are very well suited for that lifestyle, offering a owners menu, poses and control functions. Best of which is the come function, making you run to your owner.

Great looking boots with a little extra, what more can you want?

Bootgasm - Enslaved Boots Red

The white version of those boots caught our eye at Bondage Ranch, and we were pleased to see they were from Bootgasm.

This is the Enslaved ballet boot, and it’s a fun, nicely decorated ballet thigh high.

Chains and straps and padlocks all over tell the world that this is a slave boot.

Do mistresses wear ballet boots? Sure. Mistresses wear whatever they want ;)

Enslaved, then, has a lot of good-looking prim details, and a fun, metallic shine.

The Fetish section at Bootgasm is pretty easy to find.. Look for the giant Enslaved boot and you’re there ;)

These boots come with a standard resize script, making it pretty easy to fit them, even if you have to do each part separately.

The boots come in black, blue, chrome, purple, white and the red shown here, there is also a version called owned which doesn’t have the chains.

For you bondage bunnies, there isn’t a locking script in them so you’ll have to rely on your other RLV times to keep them on or drop in an OC script of course.

Neurolab - Fatality Ballet Boots

Neurolab is always fun and original. We skipped their last creation, but these Fatality Ballets are more along the lines of fetish, the ballets boots lelo loves so much.

There are two different models to this boot, one with a nifty thigh extension, and a shorter, overknee one.

The needle heel looks good - the Neurolab trademark, if you recall other models we’ve showed here before - and I believe it looks better on Fatality.

Fatality is available in four colors : black with red, black with blue, red, and pink.

Some new nifty ballets by Neurolab, first things first, have a look at the great leather texture on this, is swear i can almost smell them.

The boots come in 3 sizes for a quick fit and have a good working re-size script for fine tuning.

You also can change the colors of the seam and ankle-band to black, red or pink, must be the barbie in me but i went for the pink.

The color of the zipper and heel can be set to Black, chrome or dark aluminium.

You can also control the sound, on and off and it’s sound level in 5 steps.

I only got one little problem with the boots and that’s the short time the menu is active, after 15 seconds it shuts down, good in the fight against lag of course, but you better hurry making a choice, so no boots for empty headed bimbo’s. *winks*

So hurry over to Neurolab and get a pair of these before everyone is wearing them.

KaS - BalletBoots

A rare event this week, a new release from KaS - we just had to squeeze it in, this will be our last review of the year : introducing the new KaS BalletBoots!

As with other KaS product, the shape is exquisite, and the attention to detail is excellent : the laces changing from eyelets to hooks on front of the boots is one good example.

The foot shape is very realistic to me; it’s what a tight ballet boot with a good heel should look like.

For a very limited time (the Christmas season), these gorgeous boots are only 149L$ - you know we don’t usually mention prices directly in the reviews except when they are exceptional; I’d say this is the case here.

These are great times we live in, seems all our old favorites are back making new things.

I’m a great fan of Salid’s work, her corset is still the best in SL, you really notice her RL expedience with the toys she makes.

It was bound to happen, after her corsets, chastity and hood, she turned her attention to the next bondage essential: ballet boots!!!

These don’t come with a locking, leashing or owner system, which is fine as i’m sure all you bondage bunnies have your own RLV relays that take care of that.

The fitting is easy as you get the possibility to change the size in width, depth and height and there are two reset buttons for position and size, very smart.

I saved the best thing for last, the supplied color HUD lets you change the colors on every part of the boots.

You get a color chart so you can mix your own colors and as the boots are copy you can safe them with your favorite outfits, color matched and all.

I’m curious what she’ll make next, suggestions anyone????

Red Devil - Latex Ballerina Red

We heard about Red Devil through Fetish Consolidated.

That group has quite a bit of potential : if all fetish designers advertised on it, we could all save tons of groups. The down side would be getting too many ads, perhaps. No easy answer.

So. We nipped over to the store, and while looking around, lelo was grabbed by the Latex Ballerina as if it had sprouted graboid tentacles ;)

The design is fun, and the red is a nice rich texture. The dress has a good number of petticoats for fans of that sort of thing.

If you love the boots more than the tutu, they are available separately - just look behind the stairs.

Yes i know i should seek help with this addiction, still i can’t help myself when i see a pair of new ballets.

I absolutely love the shape of these boots, and i don’t think i have seen a heel shaped like this and the toe box reminds me of my beloved Fairlights.

This is the first time i’ve seen lacing on boots done in texture, it works, though i would have loved it to be a bit sharper.

The belts around the boots are a bit crude but have the extra option to chain the boots together, as the boots are copy you could try and remove them.

The Tutu looks good and i love the texture she used, which totally matched the top.

You also get a pair of black stockings and long gloves both with matching top borders.

Lovely little outfit, which shouldn’t be missing for any budding latex ballerina.
