Graves - G102 Boots

Another original pair of boots followed to a store. Don't shop, people-watch. It's a lot faster ;)

These are the G102 boots from Graves, in a very good white, matching their outfits perfectly. They are also available in black and ruby.

There's a couple of cool prim ankle and leg straps included for decoration. To stick to their one attachment point policy on boots, those come right off.

There's a darker white (we call that grey where I'm from) version of the boot, if you want to wear them with something else and the bright version is too much.

The store is beautiful, very clean layout, easy to find things. Don't miss the futuristic reception desk if you visit.

A great boot, a very decent price. Come on, you're probably like me and have way too much black in your wardrobe ;)

Jackie Graves has some very interesting designs in her store, one of which are her boots.

The most amazing part about them is the way the prim color matches the color of the cloth-layer shafts.

First time i've seen a match like this, best thing is that you don't have to adjust the prim shaft and it's a sleek looking one as well, well for most. *winks*

Give the shop a look, her designs are very original and the quality is very good.

DXD - Mistress Corset Boots V2m

Deirdre:
Lelo loves the DXD boots a lot. Is it the dagger heels? The spurs? The laces? All of the above, I think.

These are the Mistress Corset Boots. The back is laced, with a very authentic corset-style knot, in the middle of the boot.

When I put them on, I was amazed. They fit like a glove, which nearly never happens to me.

A closer look revealed that while the ankles fit fine, my calves were sticking out a bit.

Fortunately, the entire boot is one piece, and can be Stretched in Edit mode.

Sadly, now that my calves are ok, the ankles aren't as slender as they were.

Out of the (cool, leather-textured!) box, these boots are blacker than black. A menu allows texture and color combinations.

The boots in our pics have the color "white" and the texture "latex" selected. Laces and boot base can also be colored.

Good boots, decent price, spurs. You can't go wrong ;)

Sadly the freebie shoes we wrote about months ago are gone, but Xene's style hasn't changed a bit.

Xene goes her own way, the design of her boots is very industrial with a hint of post apocalyptic, especially in her new rusty line of boots.

The one thing that really is a shame is the total lack of customer service, if she would add that she would be one of the leading designers in SL.

The thing that makes me say this it the fact that we asked her for a comment a couple of times and never got a reply of her and the fact that she seems to have the only right click vendors in SL. :P

All in all a great buy, good shape, good scripting and a good price...

SHi Sexy Fashion - Latex Kneehigh Boots V2

Somehow I managed to miss these boots when I got the ultra-long Python boots on our last visit at SHi, so it was a pleasant surprise to see someone wearing them at Bondage Ranch.

These knee boots are gorgeous, and they fit almost perfectly out of the box.

The shine is terrific, and a few cool prim straps and zips and calf chain with an adorable little padlock just make them irresistible.

New readers won't recognize the Alien Leather catsuit and Cipher jacket I'm wearing, so here are the links ;)

Sweel is a dear, we had nothing but excellent and timely assistance from her. The work is amazing, the prices are incredibly low.. seriously, go, and bring a friend ;)

This is another case of see them, buy them... we were kinda surprised they were by our old friend Sweel Honi, she always seems to surprise us.

At the shop we couldn't help sneaking a peek at the giant doll she has locked up in the shop.

We got the second pleasant surprise when we checked the boots they are discounted 40% off, not sure how long this will last so better hurry.

The one thing i really love about these boots is that they are one piece so no odd angled ankles.

Ohh and when you are at the store, checking out the lovely doll, and unable to resist this great offer, don't forget to take this months freebie: some lovely suspenders and stockings.

Storm Schmooz - Overknee Black

Deirdre:
An excellent pair of shiny thigh boots from Storm Schooz. Once again, a happy surprise, small and large calf and overknee parts.

The store has excellent shoes, and we nearly missed those boots, tucked in a corner of the store.

The shine texture is really great in front and on the sides, but the back is bit dark.

The foot shape is original, and the heel is sharp. The boots are also available in a very good snake print, which makes a much lighter boot, almost silver-looking.

Think Storm put a snake on his scanner? ;)

Do have a look at the elegant shoes when you visit the store.

We saw shoes by Strom a while back, but put them in our have to check that store out list.

When we finally got around to look at the store we found he also makes good looking boots like these.

Our idea of covering his shoes went right out of the window and we got these instead.

Ooh, when you get to the store the boots are in the little annex to the right.

Give his shoes a look, they got us interested in the first place and they are very nicely done.

SHi Sexy Fashion - Python Long Boots

Deirdre:
A gorgeous pair of long, long boots from Sweel Honi, these eye-catching beauties have an amazing texture - the folds look very realistic. A menu lets you change the lacing color between a dozen choices.

You also get a box with the small version, which look good on a more slender-legged leather goddess, but are sort of tricky to adjust for a sitting pose. Set the "small" box aside in another folder or you'll be wearing it.

You may spend a moment or five adjusting those boots to fit you just right. I sure did.

It's worth it. ;)

League - Sinaed Boots

Another pair of fashion boots.. what can I say? Fashion is one of my fetishes ;)

They fit nearly perfectly out of the box, and a few clicks of the menu's "smaller" button made them as tight as my Redgrave boots.

The texture is good, and the details (zipper, ankle straps) are impeccable. Good heel height, not extreme.

The menu gives the option to change heel, buckle and zipper (independently of each other) to bronze, silver and gold colors.

Price was very, very reasonable. I've frequently paid more for less.

The store is lovely, very clean and simple layout. You won't have any trouble finding things. And we'll definitely go back - I saw some really hot leather pants... ;)

But that's not where this story ends.. we found the store, which had just moved it seems...

And found a store with the most amazing fashion wear, takes a bit to rezz but it's worth it.

On closer inspection we even found better boots, as the pair we had seen.

Be careful when visiting, you might get greedy and spend more than you would like.

Still it will be more than worth it, great texturing, good prim work and wonderful designs.

Indyra Originals - Chasseur Boots Black Suede

When I followed those boots to Indyra's store, I wasn't expecting high fashion.. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly (Hi Accountant.. yes I mean you, dear!) and they helped us get the boots, put us in touch with their blog team leader, and we were rolling in no time flat - great teamwork.

They have a store blog : http://indyraoriginals.wordpress.com, and while having a peek, I saw that they will be participating in a charity auction on April 26th to support an orphanage in Kenya.

That is so amazing that I had to mention it here, even if it's not our usual topic. Go read their blog, and go to the auction! :)

The Chasseur boots, then, are fashion, but look terrific with any outfit, as I demonstrate here. No, this is not all from Indyra ;)

The heel is excellent and the foot shape is quite realistic. The texture is a very convincing suede look.

You get a regular size upper and foot, and a slim upper and foot. This is better than the usual where only the upper is different. What, we all have big feet? ;)

Indyra Originals is a well set up, professional shop, proving that when done right it really works, even in SL.

The shop is quite large but doesn't look confusing, or like most large stores, cold and uninviting.

It's has a boutique feel to it and i like it, there is a nice mix of live models, shop assistants, holographic displays and vendors.

Like most of the bigger shops they use a gift card system, so you can treat your loved one to a gift of their own choosing.

Indyra offers very nicely crafted shoes and boots, lovely gowns and dresses and some very sexy intimates.

If you are looking for original fashionable clothing, have a look around Indyra's, you'll love what they are selling.

[DD] Group : Apache SedAction Boots

Deirdre :
Another case of "see the boots, want the boots". [DD] Group make many other things than boots, but I'm pretty conservative about my skin ;)

The Apache SedAction boots are sculpted prims, and the heels are awesome. The toe is a little shorter than I absolutely prefer, but still very good looking.

The textures are good, but it's a bit hard to tell if the designer was going for a patent leather or latex shine.

I absolutely love the hanging laces that give the boots the Apache name.. quite original.

The included socks are black, a good idea if you're wearing the boots over bare skin, but they will remove catsuit parts, so keep that in mind when you wear them.

If you pull on your boots as I do, by clicking the folder and selecting Add To Outfit, boot part names may not matter that much to you. Which would be a good thing since the names are a little cryptic in this case.

These boots are from the Italian [DD] Group, which is run like a big corporation, with the red tape that follows.

We had both communication trouble because of the language, and misunderstanding when we requested the boots for evaluation.

Mistress bought them because she liked them, but definitely not because of the service.

The store has a nice lay out, making it possible to easily find what you need.

Still they look great, and are somewhere between fashion and fetish, sold in SL... hmmm someone should put that together and make it a blog. *winks*

VvB Stiletto Heels : Ceshany ankle boots

You may recognize these ankle boots from the Peggy Sue post a while back - lelo modeling the boots as their designer, Viktoria Brandenburg, joined us for the photo shoot.

They look great with a catsuit or a short skirt, as lelo demonstrates.

They have the same great lacing and sole as the thigh high version... guaranteed to get you noticed by that special kind of Second Life resident who looks at your footwear first ;)

i really like the look of these ankle boots, the lacing is a work of art.

The heel has a simple look but is one of the most realistic heels i have seen yet.

It looks great in front of the light tan leather sole with the VvB logo.

The downwards angle of the foot is very steep and looks a bit uncomfortable, which is a good thing in my book. *winks*

So when you are looking for a great looking fetish ankle boot, don't look any further.

Bax Coen Design - Knee boots, Zebra

Here's Bax's latest release, a fun zebra print knee boot.

As with her other knee boots, there is a knee-high and over-the-knee version... and a matching purse :)

The boots come with detailed fitting instructions, a fitting pose, and even a red shoe part to make sure you fit them just right.

There is also a detailed note on how to use the menu for heel click volume, heel tip color, and walks.

Cool News Bax is currently running a sale - All knee boots are 390L$ instead of the usual 800. It won't go on forever, but she did tell me at least until next Friday. So if your budget was holding you back, run run run :)

A bit more mainstream than our usual boots, but still we didn't want to keep this sale from you.

As you might expect from Bax, the nicely crafted shoe box is nicely filled.

The Zebra version is the newest edition of these boots, i guess it will look great on a safari *smiles*

But you better have a look in the store for all the other versions Bax has of these boots, something for most tastes.

I love the way she uses her sign with the laces around the top of the boots, sadly this is missing on the shorter version.

The prim work is kept simple but it works like this, just 21 prims per boot!!!, the lag gremlins will hate these boots.

Still add a nice little black dress and you are ready for a night on the town.

WarDooM Shoes : Gina red

Another lovely pair of detailed prim fetish boots from WarDooM, in bright red with contrasting steel heel.

The reflections are absolutely terrific on these, it makes the red come out quite vividly.

lelo has become a total WarDooM fan : she lives in her thigh-high ballet boots.

I'd be concerned she was wearing them out if they weren't virtual.

First thing you notice when you see them are the nicely sculpted belts on the shaft of the boots.

The four top belts have great-looking buckles. i just love how the designer combined a nice leather texture with metal spikes and plates.

The stitching on the belts could use a bit more detail but it works as it is.

The laces look very realistic, i don't think i ever saw a texture on laces like this.

The foot shape has a good look and the nice steel heels finish the look.

With the bag you also get a pair of ankle boots, just be careful not to wear them with the knee-high boots or you'll see double. *smiles*

On a practical note, these boots feel like they have been tailor-made for me : no adjustment needed, thanks to a fairly large invisi-prim around the calf.

A final note: i hope Tanja will have some time to work on the new ballet boots she is making at the moment, i saw the first prototypes she was working on and they look great.

VvB Stiletto Heels : Linda 6 Thigh Boots

Those are the boots that led me to Viktoria's shop, but since her main line of products is platform shoes and boots, we started with the Supremacy platforms.

There's a fifties fetish feel to those boots. You could picture some John Willie model in black underwear and silk stockings wearing them.

Viktoria is now studying sculpted prims.. I can only say, I'm looking forward to the new designs with great interest.

With these boot you get a more mainstream boot from VvB, not their usual platform, but this makes it a more "practical" boot.

Once again the invisi prim is kept to a minimum, but Viktoria offers a fitting service for them.

But as you can see we managed the fitting ourselves even if it cost us a couple of minutes... well ok 20 of them. *smiles*

The color of the laces can be changed, as with the platform version.

The texture of the boots has a low shine somewhat like rubber.

So Viktoria proves that she can also make boots for the people who don't love to wear platforms.

Kayliwulf Kingdom : Daughter of Comedy

Who watches the Watchmen? Well, if they're dressed like this, I assume everyone is watching the Watchmen ;)

This is Kayliwulf's latest outfit, based on Silk Spectre II in the new Watchmen movie. It is gorgeous, I loved it on sight.

The kit is 11 pieces, and the heels are new, made to match the outfit. Can't fight crime in stilettos!

You know I just *had* to get the matching hair. This is Sirena's "Bridget" hair, my usual, but in Brown - Chocolate.

If you don't have a heroic shape and hair handy, Silk Spectre II is also available as a boxed Action Figure from Kayliwulf.. everything is included.

Just cause it's so awesome, here's a good shot of the costume in action.

Seems Laz enjoyed the new Watchmen movie and he gave Silk Spectre a good look.

As you can see from the two pictures he really made a very good copy of the costume.

The ensemble comes complete as you see it, well except the lovely shape, skin and hair. *winks*

This is the second outfit with the new KK shoe shape, scripted as usual and look at the nice metal points on the boots.

Hmmm.. i think i should send Laz a Wonder Woman comic, see if he will get some inspiration out of that. *smiles*

VvB Stiletto Heels : SUPREMACY Platform Thigh Boots

These heels are really eye-catching... and if that happens, you'll need stitches ;)

The main store is at Plaza. Just walk to the far end of the corridor from the LZ.

So. Gorgeous boots, good lacing in front. One of Viktoria's sources of inspiration is La Piazza heels.

The sole is tan leather, very realistic... I can almost picture the "VERO CUIO" stamp. I love that attention to detail.

This is a fetish boot in a very recognizable, somewhat extreme style, and you either adore it, hate it, it leaves you indifferent, or something in between.

No, I kid ;) I mean, it's not for everyone, but that style has its fans. I definitely like it a lot.

Highest, good looking platforms i've seen in SL yet, you shouldn't have a fear of heights when wearing these boots.

Getting them to fit right is a bit of a job, but worth it; luckily they are full mod.

The size of the invisi-prims is rather small, which is good for the look when you are in front of a texture that is blocked by the invisi-prim.

With some careful (and i mean careful, these boots are no copy) changes to the invisi-prims, you should get everything covered.

By clicking the boots you can change the color of the laces. Sadly you'll need to do that for each part of the boots.

The texturing is simple but works. i love the fact that the foot and lower leg are in one piece, avoiding the ugly ankle you get on many other boots.

Victoria must have spent quite some time on putting these 356 prims together to get these boots, and it shows. *smiles*

Kayliwulf kingdom : Blueberry Muffin

A lovely royal blue outfit from Kayliwulf today, Blueberry Muffin. Yes, it's pretty similar to Shaved Ice, our very first post... we've come a long way, baby ;)

There have been some good improvements, however. The boot heel is new and improved, courtesy of designer Satomi Masukami. It appears to be the fourth version of those heels, if I read Lazarus's numbering scheme correctly.

Since the outfit is the same in different colors, the adventurous could buy several and mix-and-match parts. It may or may not be a good idea, I'm just throwing it out there. Get a beautician to do your colors, maybe?

By the way, I briefly mentioned that my hair is from Sirena when a hat was fighting with it.. well, this is a new model, I absolutely adore it, and I wanted to plug Natalia Zelmanov's store briefly here.. hey, hair is a fetish for some people - but what isn't, right?

You just have to love the new foot shape Laz started using with this outfit, a good improvement on the old one... here's a side-by side comparison.

The heel is quite lethal, but i guess that makes them even better *winks*

And as usual Kayliwulf takes care of their customers by introducing an update program for the boots.

The upgrade goes very simple: visit the store, contact Daphne and she'll exchange your old boots for the new boots with heel #4.

Ohh and please don't all go contacting her at once, she *is* trying to have a life in SL. *winks*

WarDooM Shoes : Tanja Boots

Suppose you have a friend who's a real masochist with a boot fetish.. well, these are probably what he dreams about.

Once you get past the spikes and the straps and the laces and the chains and the pointy metal toes - whew! - you find the solid Wardoom boots, with transparent prims to fit larger legs, very good shiny leather texture, and generally excellent work.

I'm still waiting for a slender model, Tanja ;)

Either you love these boots or you hate them, there is no middle way with these.

Someone let Tanja run wild with the prim gun on these, if you count all the prims in the thigh high boots you'll find 802 prims, not that SL will ever get that boring. *winks*

The thigh highs have the now familiar dragon on the shaft, and come in the usual WarDooM colors, here we show the fetish and the dark lack (dark = short).

As this is one of the older WarDooM designs, you get the old problem with the connections between the foot and lower leg part. Some adjustment might be needed, but i'm glad my precious WarDooM ballet boots have the one piece design.

All in all, a pair of boots that belongs in any trampling goddess's wardrobe, so i better slip out of them and get back in my ballets *smiles*
