Bugshit Latex - Latex Bodysuit Black

We don't usually name prices in our column, but Bugshit (or perhaps it's now called BugWear, I see that name on the included landmark) certainly makes me want to make an exception.

This lovely latex body suit, then, cost me L$125.

That's right, about twice what I tip a live DJ at an event for a request.

The store's been around forever, and helping the fetish lover on a budget since then.

The outfit has three tops, one with open breasts, and the other open with shaded openings; all of them in undershirt, shirt and jacket layer. Stockings and gloves, and the bottom in two versions.

Not that the quality is any less than excellent. This red catsuit is from Bug(shit/Wear), and it's one of my favorites.

In conclusion : Go, bring your friends, and have them bring their friends ;)

To sum up Bugshit Latex is pretty easy, cheap good looking latex clothing.

Ohh if you want to expose a bit more skin, most Bugshit outfit's we've seen have layers with opened zippers.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Bubble Girl

Introducing Bubble Girl, Kayliwulf's latest outfit. What is new here, you may wonder?

Well, it's the first Kayliwulf outfit designed for the new SL viewer 2.

For a calm, expert reaction on the V2 viewer by Deirdre, please scream the following at the top of your lungs :

"AAAAAAHHHH!!!! ARE THE LINDENS ON FUCKING DRUGS??? WHAT IS THAT HORROR? WHERE IS EVERYTHING THAT I TOOK YEARS TO LEARN? WHAT IS THIS DEMONIC ABORTION? DID THEY HIRE MICROSOFT DEVELOPERS? AAAAAAHHHH!!!!"

The outfit comes with the lovely number 4 heels we like, and the mask texture looks new, and is quite detailed.

Brave souls who have already moved to the v2 viewers will enjoy Kayliwulf's cutting edge work.

Ok this is a milestone for SL and us : the first SL2 viewer clothing we are reporting about.

First things first though: WOAHHAAA!!!! where did they put all the controls and options we are used to, i feel like a bloody newb!!!!

Ok we switched back to the trusty old viewer and calmed down a bit, so back to the outfit.

Back in the old viewer the two improvements you get with this outfit are suddenly clear.

First there is the tattoo layer mask which goes missing in the old viewer, luckily Laz has included the "old" prim mask so you can achieve something close to the SL2 mask.

But i must say the SL2 option looks much better. *sighs* i guess we'll have to move on sooner or later.

The shoes show the new invisi option in SL2, no more bulky invisi prims, smooth lines, seems this is the way forwards, if only the Lindens would give us something we can recognize.

So nothing earth-shattering in this outfit, but still it's a sign of things to come, so get it and try the new viewer, but better take small steps into that new world. *winks*

Nicky Ree - Dynamic League F Suit Blue

Sometimes we follow an item to a store, and find a better one.. that's half the fun of this little project of ours, finding the cool and unexpected treasures.

We had noted to look up Nicky Ree's store for some good-looking boots, but when I saw this outfit, I wanted it instantly.

Was it the cape? Definitely. But the excellent colors, and cool chest letter didn't hurt.

So here I am, mild-mannered blogger by early evening, and caped crusader with a lightning D on my chest by night.

The gadget belt comes with a spray can, so I apparently have graffiti powers of some kind. Cool :)

I think all it needs is a good mask - sadly we've found that they're quite rare.

There's a male version of the suit, and I should mention that the letters are a separate purchase from the suit.

I'll get you, Catwoman!

We'll continue last nights super heroine's theme with the Dynamic League F suit from Nicky Ree.

The outfitt comes complete with prim boots, belt and cape and a hand held spraycan.

The five layers give the cape an nice full look and she did a great job on the flex settings, making them flow nicely.

The use of lightblue, dark blue and black on the catsuit is great and what's not to love about the big D on Mistress chest.

Remind me to ask Nicky about the spray can... *smiles*

POC - The Cat Skin

A detailed and authentic Catwoman look from Batman Returns, this is The Cat Skin from Powers of Creations.

It's available in multiple colors (chocolate, cyan, gray, green, orange, pink, red, skyblue, violet, white, yellow, blood, blue and black), so I guess that - I know, you saw it coming a mile away - there's more than one way to skin a cat ;)

The mask is very good, and the pale skin and heavy makeup are faithful to the movie.

The seams remind us that anyone with an old PVC raincoat and a sewing machine can make a Catwoman outfit. Sigh. I want to be in the movies.

The original Catwoman outfit was designed by Syren Latex of Los Angeles, and was displayed in 2008 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC for the "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy" exhibit.

It's been a while since we had the lovely shine of POC latex in our blog, so it was high time to correct that.

Well the good news is, the shine is just as lovely as it always was, in my opinion the best shining latex in SL, in RL you would have to polish like mad to get a shine like this.

Like the name says you get a skin, or actually, you get 4 of them: 2 hoods-only and 2 full skins, one of each with the lovely stitches.

There is the usual downside too the fact that its a skin, you'll lose your own "face", but we can't blame a designer for SL's short comings.

The ears are a fun little extra that completes the outfit, giving you the look of the only real catwoman, well she was to me.. *winks*

Graves - Viper Catsuit

Welcome to spy school, recruits. I'm your instructor, Deirdre Y. Today you'll be issued your Graves Viper catsuit.

This elegant outfit will allow you to infiltrate, dissimulate, and generally carry out all the necessary spy stuff ... sorry, I don't know enough of the lingo to do the drill-sergeant bit.

This new outfit by Graves is perfect for a spy roleplay, and includes a cool spy briefcase and spy shades.

The outfit has a neat armored look on some parts that looks authentic as heck to my untrained eye.

The belt is a very good fit on me, a rare thing, and comes with or without some super-science glowy capsules.

The prim collar looks like it's part of the outfit - incredibly well made.

Just one thing : don't try to sneak past a fetishist in this outfit... it won't work ;)

A great looking stealth suit by Graves,i just love the texture she has used with this one, reminds me of sharkskin somehow.

All you need to do is add a pair of good looking boots like the BAX boots Mistress is wearing here.

If you don't want a super sleek catsuit there is also a sexy dress version of this outfit.

Which ever you choose you'll be sneaking around SL before you know it....

Sintimacy - Asian Catsuit 5.0 Revelation (Red)

Sintimacy is big. Old, well-established.

One day I may get over the fact that I keep discovering stores like that after years in SL, but right now, it still amazes me.

They had a wagonload of good outfits at very reasonable prices when we visited, but this Asian themed one was the one I found the most striking.

The blending of red and black is well done, the shine is subtle.. there's a lot to like here.

The cut-outs are deep and daring - if there's a fan of butt-cleavage in your life, they'll love you in this outfit.

Here is the newest offering from Sintimacy a twist on their best selling Asian catsuit.

With this outfit you get an option for long sleeves like shown here and a strapless version.

The print on the sleeves, and for that matter the pants, is wonderful, i just love those cherry blossoms.

In keeping with the Asian style of the print the texture has a nice silk look.

The catsuit shows a load of cleavage, front and back, i wonder if that's the reason Mistress had me model this one... *winks*

The outfit is on the middle (shirt/pants) layer so you can add underwear and a jacket or corset to jazz this one up, not that it needs it.

Squeaky Rubber - Circuit Catsuit

Today is a pretty amazing day for us. One year ago today, we began this little blog, dipping in our inventories and sharing with you the cool stuff we had found here and there. There are so many places and vendors, it's pretty hard to see everything in Second Life. We get shopping exhaustion! But the joy of meeting the cool folks who make the great clothes and boots and toys hasn't paled, and it looks like we'll keep at this for a long time. Introducing the Circuit line of catsuits - I'm sad to say they've been sitting in our closet for a month, but I plead busy on LFFW.

The color combinations are awesome, the white in particular just blew my mind.

The price is very reasonable for the excellent quality.. go on, get a couple. Or go nuts, and get them all ;)

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Candy Blue

Here's a cool, classy number from Kayliwulf : Candy Blue.

The astute reader - him again! - will spot a family resemblance with Belle Rouge, which we reviewed in June.

That's ok, Kayliwulf do that. So does everyone. You want 12 colors, get the 12 outfits ;)

Partial nipple baring alert, as in many Kayliwulf Kingdom outfits.

You know, I wonder if anyone would really scream for a half-bared nipple?

Another great outfit from Kayliwulf, this time a black and royal blue combination, something you don't see too often.

In this box you get 16 parts, including a sticky latex obsidian catsuit, a PVC & Chrome open corset in royal blue.

The lovely type 4 heels are combined with cloth layer back laced thigh highs and the prim laces, al in royal blue.

The lace are also on the back of the corset and the gloves.

A new feature is the laces on the back of the skirt, completing the back laced them of the outfit.

Latex Station - Aeryn Red

We haven't showed all the recent designs from Latex Station, so here's one from the new series : Aeryn, in red.

You'll recognize the corset from prior posts (there's also a red version), but this catsuit features some intricate floral lace in an asymmetrical pattern which is quite striking.

The outfit comes with a mask, which is really a skin, as those things usually are.

The skin under the mask is quite pale, and comes with a gothy makeup.

The mask ends at the neck and the gloves are wrist-length; they are clearly meant to complement the outfit.

While examining the outfit closely - we usually do a fair Sherlock Holmes job on the clothes, dear reader.. getting our facts right! - I noticed that wearing the shirt layer without the undershirt showed breasts in a semi-transparent way. Wearing the undershirt makes the outfit opaque.

The reflections on the texture are amazing, you really have the urge to look for your own reflection in them.

The red really matches the red Bax used in her red patent ankle boots.

Next to the red there is a white, with black lace, and a black, with white lace, version of this outfit.

A great outfit, the lace making it stand out from the crowd, Chill once again proves she goes her own way when it comes to clothes design.

Kcreations - Wave Catsuit black/pink

Wave is Kat Fetisov's new line of catsuits, with a distinctive pattern of black over some good colors : pink (shown here), red, white and blue.

The shine is subtle and well-executed, the colors are vibrant.. there's a lot to like here.

I know, I know. You're thinking, "Deirdre, how many catsuits are you going to show us?"

Short answer? So long as I keep finding good ones, I'll keep posting about them!

If anyone finds the number of combinations that work with Wave parts, let me know ;)

Here is something new and exciting by Kat from Kcreations.

With the kit you get 18 pieces of Kat's usual textured latex, but the fun thing is all the pieces can be mixed and matched to get your own personalized catsuit.

One nice detail is that even when you choose one solid color, the other still shows as tiny lines between the panels.

This outfit will keep you busy for a couple of hours, finding the combination you love and chances are you won't run into the same in SL.

So if you want a good quality base catsuit with your own personal style, get to Kat's shop and buy your favorite color combination or two, or three... *winks*

Latex Station - Cresol Red

Here's a lovely lace and latex outfit from Latex Station, called Cresol Red.

The black lace over the deep red gives a great effect. A big zipper at the back is a neat touch.

The 8-piece outfit comes with a "nude" latex catsuit in bra and panties layer, latex stockings and wrist gloves, and two corsets in jacket layer, red and black.

You're definitely getting your money's worth here.. all this will mix and match with other outfits for great looks.

The three colors for this outfit are transparent, dark, and red (worn by yours truly).

The texture of the body looks very good and works great as a contrast to the milky catsuit.

The black stockings have a white contrast line at the top, makes them really stand out.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Bleu Belle

We covered Belle Rouge from Kayliwulf last month (our 200th post!) and now, here is Bleu Belle.

The outfits only have the name in common. This is a catsuit in a solid blue, with the famous Kayliwulf deep cleavage.

The white lace accents (gloves and bra) are a nice, delicate touch.

The boots are an earlier design. We saw recent improvements from Kayliwulf - in heels, in particular - but those are far from junk.

A nice outfit that just needs a few straps and cuffs and corsets and belts, and a hood, and a pump-gag and... um. You know ;)

Blue Belle is a 11-part outfit, mostly as you might get from the name blue but with a few little white highlights.

The white boots are obvious but the enchanted bra has a nice white lacetex border and there are the lacetex gloves.

The enchanted bra and the lacetex undercup bra are in two seperate layers so you can mix and match them.

Sadly the boots are the old type and those take a bit of adjusting with my somewhat more than average calf's.

And be careful the boots are no copy, one of mine almost left the sim when i made a wrong move *winks*

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Desert Patrol

Here's something for the gun lovers : Desert Patrol, the new ensemble from Kayliwulf.

If you need to fade in a desert background while unfriendly strangers (or naughty friends!) are trying their best to kill you, this outfit is for you.

I imagine that you would stand out if you wore this on a dance floor - sort of defeats the idea of camouflage ;)

The latex shine is a little lost in the camo texture.

This is definitely a change from the usual fetish colors - no black or red here. Well, change is fun. Strap on a few guns and ammo belts, and play Sarah Connor!

Hey, maybe Arnold shades would work with this? ;)

This is a 17-part outfit, and you see most of them in our pictures.

There is a choice of gloves, i went for the camo instead of the chocolate.

Yes the brown is chocolate, and you where wondering why i was looking so sweet in this *smiles*

I had to adjust the belts to my somewhat muscular legs, too many cart rides i guess, a quick stretch and they fit perfectly.

The now familiar #5 heels are pressed into ankle boot service with this outfit.

This outfit is also available in blue (naval patrol) and pink (kitty patrol) but we thought we needed some more brown in this blog *winks*

If the US army would issue these outfits to the fighting forced i don't think there would be much fighting. "make love, not war"

Hugo's Design - Kitana Suit

Kitana is my role model. She wears leather, spends time at the beach (sometimes does both at the same time) and kicks butt.

It's also the name of this excellent new outfit by Hugo's Design.

The full kit is 69 items : you can spend a lot of time mixing and matching parts.

Excellent shine, good details. The buckles and straps are cloth layer but look very good.

There is a slightly more covered version of the pants... more clubwear than the "full-access" version showed here.

Definitely a good buy, considering how much you get for your L$.

Kitana comes in 4 versions, the top, the body, the pants and the suit (which contains all the for mentioned parts).

You get a lot of items in each version, here we went for the short sleeved body, chaps, gloves and nipple covers (we want to stay PG).

As you can expect with hugo's clothes the texturing is perfectly done, i just adore the little belt under the my breasts.

As mentioned in the comment last week the lines are indeed sharp and well defined.

Wearing this is begging for a good spanking. *winks*

Kayliwulf Kingdom - My Pink Bucked Futt

Daphne loves those naughty names.. "Up Your Butt", "Up Your Butt Too", "Freeze Your Butt".. and now, introducing "My Pink Bucked Futt".

I'd suggest being really careful naming that outfit in casual conversation.. it tends to come out wrong ;)

The pink color is great, but to get a skirt any shorter than that, you'd need a belt. A *small* belt.

Boots with the excellent #4 heels, a slew of good prim details here and there.. a lovely outfit for the latex doll in you.

A 15- part outfit from Kayliwulf, leaving you with little to no free attachments. *smiles*

First thing that you'll notice is the problem with getting the colors on prims to match the color on the cloth layer texture.

It works for the collar, cuffs and knot of the shirt, but sadly not on the boots, the skirt doesn't seem to have the same problem.

A skirt with a nice flexy prim edge and a no-modify cloth layer top, luckily a thong panty is included to cover things up.. a bit at least.

One of the great extras with this outfit is the rose quartz sticky latex catsuit that was used as the under layer for this outfit.

Though be aware this *is* a transparent catsuit, so it might show a bit more than you'll want to show *winks*

As usually the boots are scripted with a sexywalk AO and sound.

Now all i need is to find my beach house, cabrio and Ken and i'll be fine...

Squeaky Rubber - FruitLine MultiColor

Another cool and wet item from Squeaky, this is Fruitline Multicolor, shown here in pink and black.

There's a good variety of other color combos, with black on the outside (as shown here) or the color outside, plus a few with dark red instead of black - all quite lovely.

Visit the store and there's a little surprise near the landing zone : one of the colors (not saying which!) at nearly half-price ;)

The colored part in the middle of the catsuit makes you stand out in the crowd of mono colored catsuits.

The reflections on in the texture are in all the right places.

The water droplets on the catsuit are a fun feature, there is of course also a dry version of this catsuit.

Squeaky Rubber - Latex DOT

A cool catsuit from Squeaky Rubber, this is DOT.

The neat changeover from one color to the other is naggingly familiar.. if anyone knows where it's from, please leave a comment!

Good shine, lovely color choice, and reasonable price. Hard to go wrong here :)

The DOT comes in 4 underwear layer parts, and we have chosen the red/black combo here, Elisa offer quite a few color options and will do special requests.

For some extra lindens you can have your own emblem on your catsuit, instead of the SR one that's there now.

The effect of going from squares to dot's is nicely done as is the general shine on the latex, this is the slightly older DarkSeed, not as deep as POC's shine but getting close.

Note the fun little spots on the feet, nice little detail, which got me out of my ballets for a little while. *wiggles her toes*

This is the basis for a great outfit, the dot's make it really stand out, just add the right toy's and you'll look great.

Brushed Reality - Alien Leather

A really original catsuit from Brushed Reality, this leather texture zoomed way in gives a really interesting effect, even from a good distance.

When you buy one of Lis's catsuits, you get a seriously full box : 17 items, making three different catsuits (closed, cleavage, or fully open) in every conceivable layer you'll need to mix and match with other items of clothing.

I actually had to sit and make sub-folders to avoid wearing the cleavage top as a bra, and shirt, and jacket ;)

She has these catsuits in eight different colors, and the price is very good.

Wear it as underwear and pile on the accessories!

Here is a great product from an old friend of ours, an alien leather catsuit, and the texture really is alien. *smiles*

Her style is quite sexy, with a good eye for detail.

Next to these great catsuits she is offering, latex skins, nice lingerie, see through catsuits, eyes and jewelry.

Have a look at her super-heroine outfits, they are fun and full of nice details.

Kayliwulf Kingdom : Bad Luck

First, this is our 150th post! Yay us! ;)

Introducing Bad Luck, the new Catwoman outfit from Kayliwulf Kingdom. This is a 16-piece outfit, including the excellent heels #4, the new prim hood, cute ears, whiskers and tail.

The prim hood is great, and will fit 90% of head shapes in Second Life. For the other 10% (me included), Lazarus tells me the mask fits the Kayliwulf LatexDoll shape, which will be included when you buy the hood by itself.

The hood has the "percentage resize" menu which is apparently all the rage with prim designers lately.. I like it!

And since we're talking about black cats, here's a little reminder that they are timeless.

We're slowly building up our collection of comic book heroines, but we are still waiting for Wonder Woman.

I don't think Catwoman was ever meant to be *this* sexy, but hey this is Kayliwulf.

This outfit comes with another of the new prim masks, take your time (and a good pose stand) to fit the mask right.

The cut out in front is rather revealing so Laz added a couple of pasties to cover things up, a bit....

The whiskers are a cute extra as is the tail, which could use a little animation..

Well, I'm off to find some milk and a nice window sill to take a nap.

Here's Penny Lane's evil twin sister : Bad Penny, by Kayliwulf.

In this outfit, the transparent top is a smokey light brown that looks convincingly like real transparent latex.

And if you go back to read that previous post : I modeled Bad Penny because I can't let lelo model *all* the good Kayliwulf outfits, and hey, it turns out that I look awesome in it ;)

The Sophia Bathing Suit Top is one of Kayliwulf's best designs, so do mix and match it with other black bottoms and skirts... it's too nice to leave in the closet!

Here's another one for the buy one get one free sale.

I liked the bloodstain Penny Lane, but the black bad penny is even nicer, especially the transparent obsidian under layer catsuit is very nice.

So once again you get 3 outfits for the price of one, though the under layer catsuit is more for private use. *winks*

It's amazing how different the outfit looks with out the under layer and just bare skin.

As with the Penny Lane the outfit is completed with the 10" strap pumps, still one of KK's best shoes, in my humble opinion.

I can't wait for a 70's party where Mistress and i can wear both the Pennies and steal all the best dressed prices.
