Catch It - Nalia Red

Catch It is another Latexia find.. I swear, we just go there and find new designers every time.

We dropped by the Catch It main store for a peek... the look is modern, and the new items are near the door, clearly indicated. (hint, hint, all designers!)

Nalia, er, jumped out at us ;) The corset outfit has a wild red and black check pattern and some excellent shine.

This is a fun change from solid latex colors, although it will be a challenge to integrate in an outfit.

Guess you’ll just have to wear it like that ;)

This outfit by Pad isn’t for the faint of heart, it really makes your breast stand out there.

Don’t forget to take the free matching pasties, offering a little bit of modesty, they are in the box in front of the vendor.

The corset can be worn with or without the leggings, which comes in a pants and underpants layer.

Next to the waist corset you also get a very nice neck corset also in the same red and black look.

There is a nice little bow on the back of the corset, which is a bit hard to see at first, but i think that only makes it better.

Latex Station - Vlanex Black

Deirdre:
We ran into Chill3 Mills while visiting Latex Station some time back, and she immediately handed me the Vlanex catsuit.

It’s new, it’s intricate and gorgeously detailed, and it’s not even on XStreet yet.

There are three versions of the underwear layer : black transparent (back shot here), hard nude, and plain black (the front shot).

The beautiful front designs go great with a jacket like my Cipher, which is widely open in front.

Vlanex is also available in blue and red, with the same transparent options.

Seems Chill3 started censoring the vendor pics.. so instead of my little red hearts, you get her black stars ;)

Well it would have taken that long in RL, isn’t SL great when it comes to changing clothes, specially rubber, no talcum power or oil needed. *smiles*

This outfit works great with last week's Bliss Boots by Deviant Design, they have the same theme going on there.

Ohh.. the included smoky transparent latex is to die for.. not very decent but sooooo good looking *winks*

More than worth the total outfit price so the rest is a bonus *smiles*

Spiderweb Creations - Latex N Lace Top and Skirt

Another latex designer we found at Latexia, this is Spiderweb Creations’ Latex ‘n Lace Top and Skirt.

We dropped by the main store, and found a lot of decent outfits in solid, basic colors.

The teleport places you in the middle of the store, and if you see walls all around you, don’t panic! You’re just under the staircase ;)

Each color includes a black dress with laces matching the kit, except the white, where the black counterpart has black laces, not white - probably looks better that way.

Garry also offers color matched gloves and boots, next to the dresses themselves, on the second floor.

Now here is a nice little number i would love to own in RL, and with the way SL draws skirts i’m sure i would look better in it in RL.

Maybe i should make a skirt version of my shape to compensate, but i somehow got used to little old me. *smiles*

In the kit you get two color combinations, in this case red with black laces and vice versa.

The kits come in 6 colors, white, purple, red, gold, blue and silver.

*sighs* i really must go on a diet... or do you think it’s the skirt? *winks*

Jaquline Jewell Design - Latex Lingerie and Corsage - Black Transparent

This lovely outfit is really two outfits from Jaquline Jewell Design : The Latex Lingerie kit in transparent black, and the matching Latex Corsage.

Now I’m hearing some of you screaming “hey, that’s not what a corsage is!” but Merriam-Webster says “the waist or bodice of a dress” too, so it works, ok? ;)

Both kits come in a bunch of good layers, but the corsage comes with optional undies - use the “w/o Straps” versions if you don’t want them.

The layers are thoughtfully named (J for jacket, US for undershirt, and so on) and as I’m not used to seeing that, it puzzled me for a moment.

The quality is excellent, lelo loved the seamed stockings at first glance, and the latex is really transparent, hence our little PG hearts ;)

Not so long ago we had a nice comment on our blog, telling us about JJD and that it was a store missing in our list, now that’s the spam we like to get. *smiles*

So intrigued by the praise, ok it was from one of Jaqulines girls, so she might have been a bit biased, we had a look at the store.

The store is on two levels, with the lower one offering some fun latex clothing and the upper floor is filled with her BDSM toys.

While you are at the store don’t forget to take a pair of the free leather shackles, same as with shoes you can never have to many of those.

Small word of warning.. there are active traps on the top floor so better watch out, it might become a pretty long visit. *winks*

POC - Catsuit PinkBlack

This nice blended color combination is POC’s Catsuit PinkBlack. It may not be new at POC but it’s new to us ;)

The blended latex reminds me of Polymorphe’s technique, although it’s probably less tricky in SL than in RL. (visit their new and improved Web site!)

This outfit could be worn with both black and pink accessories, doubling your mix and match options.

A nice change from solid colors, yet still retains the famous POC shine. The blends are available in all POC colors.

Do drop by the store, and have a good look around : there may be all sorts of fun goodies you missed the first time... as we did ;)

When looking for the pink POC catsuit we wanted to use for the WarDoom boots we found this little number.

In the pack you get 12 items, giving you 2 catsuits in 2 layers, one going from black to pink and back to black again.

The other is the other way around, so pink, black and pink again.

The deep glossy latex shine you get as standard with POC, but the color fade makes this little number really stand out, add color matching items and you’ll have a unique outfit.

WarDooM Shoes - XXX Fetish Latex Pink

Introducing the latest WarDooM ballet boots, the XXX Fetish Latex.

We were lucky enough to have a personal demonstration by Tanja herself, and it certainly helped : lelo might have spent hours finding all the features in these gorgeous boots.

The most obvious new development is the color : this pink, for example, matches perfectly the POC pink catsuit lelo is wearing. Other colors match Hugo’s Designs and Gothica.

You’ll notice amazing little details the longer you wear the XXX : the latex reflections running over the straps, the brass shine on the locks, the zipper teeth you can count one by one... these boots will turn heads wherever you wear them.

Finaly some new balletboots by WarDooM, it’s been a while but it was worth the wait.

Wardoom did a full rewrite of the scripts of the “old” XXL boots, making the scripting easier on the servers and easier for the user.

Really new is the resizing option, which works for all prims so no big job to make these fit perfectly.

The boots are RLV compatible as you might expect and the optional ankle cuffs are guard and lockmeister compatible so they should work with most SL toys.

You can choose where you want to put a chain between the boots, 8 in all, and each secured with their own little lock.

Fully locked and chained you’ll get 32 locks, luckily all with the same key. *winks*

As you know the old boots always had the heels off feature, with these this means you’ll be crawling, no walking without heels.

Having said that, there is the heelless pony boot option, so in fact you get 2 boots in one sweet package.

So hurry over to WarDooM and get one of the 7 fashionable colors.

Hugo's Design - Nala

Hot off the press, just came out today (I love when we can do that!), this is Nala, the latest release from Hugo’s Design.

This is definitely a summer outfit : the key word here is open!

A bare middle fishnet catsuit with a cool set of straps and a tiny bikini in the closed version, or no bikini in the open version.

A note about the fishnet socks : they are ankle-length, and used to finish the catsuit leg if you’re going to wear shoes or sandals. Don’t go crazy searching for them if you’re wearing boots... as I did ;)

Time for a new Hugo’s, and as usual the sexuality just drips of it.

As usual with Erik’s designs you get all the layers and and a choice of options.

In this case you get solid and fingerless gloves, fishnet and solid stockings and the opened or closed version.

All in all, 14 items in the neat little bag, and a choice of 6 colors : black, hard pink (first pic here) and baby pink, red, purple and white.

Try wearing this one over a contrasting catsuit, the effect will be spectacular.

Rubber Infusions - Red Female Catsuit

A cool shiny catsuit from Rubber Infusions, called simply Red Female Catsuit.

We found the (really intricate!) vendor at the entrance of Latexia, and followed a slurl to... another space station ;)

Deshima station is really impressive, but be ready to wait a bit to let it resolve.

Rubber Infusions is a group effort, and their line of products is growing fast : some lovely unscripted collars we saw in the vendor will have what I’m told will be a pretty revolutionary script included soon - I’ll keep you posted.

Matching cuffs are also coming.

About the catsuit : the color is vibrant, the shine is unique, and the price is excellent. What’s not to love?

Well as all you rubber bunnies know, you can’t go without a good catsuit as the base for your outfit.

The thing that is most striking are the reflections and the folds, especially on the top of the legs.

VvB Stiletto Heels - Maid Platform Ankle Boots.

Long time readers will have noted our traditional Monday Kayliwulf Kingdom post. We looked forward to doing them too; we love their designs. Daphne and Lazarus have given us tremendous support since we started this blog, as well as a choice spot for our blog board at their sim. So we will continue showing their new outfits as they are released, but we will ease off the weekly posts for now.

We found so many good boots recently that we’re launching a week devoted to them.

Here’s lelo with the first entry in Boot Week 2010 : VvB’s Maid ankle boots.

Viktoria sent us these a while back, and we were just itching to run them.

They’re gorgeous ankle boots with an extreme heel, and as we said before, Viktoria’s inspiration is La Piazza Heels.

Once again, there is a shine texture, and a prim shine applied to the boots - so they look awesome from any angle.

Viktoria has been busy the past weeks and according to her, she’s finally getting the hang of 3D sculpting, and we can only agree.

The shoe-shape is amazing and the texturing is perfect and i can only wonder at how she got the little bow in the lace looking so good.

The extreme high heel is made even longer by the height of the platform, these are true sky scraper heels, you better not have a fear of heights in these boots.

There is just one little bit of critique on these boots, the scripting in them could use a bit of help.

You have to change the color of the laces on each boot separately, can you imagine. *winks*

Now lets hope she can make the same improvement on the ballet-boot prims as she did on these and she might, like she said, get me out of my Fairlights, no promises though...

VUI - Latex Catsuit

Tonight’s outfit is a little bit of a mystery.

Lelo and I both received it somehow, somewhen, but darned if we remember the details.

It’s Aurora Vuissent’s excellent latex catsuit, a 50L$ steal.

It’s the only fetish item in her store, sadly, but the rest of the clothes are also inexpensive and pretty.

The color is quite rich when worn as lelo is doing here, that is, with both layers worn at the same time. Otherwise the catsuit is transparent and a lot naughtier.

Let’s hope Aurora sells a lot of catsuits thanks to this post, and decides on a career in fetishwear ;)

Aurora offers these catsuits at a price that’s hard to beat, well it would have to be a freebie.

And to be honest i haven’t seen a freebie with this quality of texturing.

The catsuits come in eight colors: green, dirty gold, blue, violet, purple, teal, red wine and the red shown here.

Gloves and stockings are included, but in transparent only, which sadly makes them stand out a bit when you wear both layers. A second pair of each in the color of the double layer would be a nice little improvement. *smiles*

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Open Jacket Corset

We've featured the Open Jacket Corset in an outfit built around it (last week's Milky Way), but it is now available by itself.

It's a good-looking accessory, and since it's available in all colors of the Kayliwulf rainbow, you can use it to spruce up plainer outfits.

Here lelo is wearing it over a catsuit, and it makes a huge difference - literally a different outfit.

Like all Kayliwulf items, the corset is transferable, so there is only the jacket layer; designers don't want you to equip a bunch of your friends with their work.

You know what that look needs? Pink gloves! lelo, let's go shopping again!

Unlikely as it may seem this weeks Kayliwulf outfit consists of only two items, the corset and the laces on the back of it.

Small warning with the laces : they attach to the chest, and if that is where you were your collar like i do, your owner gets a bit of an alarming message.

As the name already suggests it's an open corset in the jacket layer, and bu open, i mean bare it all open.

We used a catsuit to keep our PG rating but you can just as well use some panties and a bra or a bikini to make it more decent.

Nice little extra to upgrade an existing outfit or something for a special night.. *winks*

Brushed Reality - Liquid Latex Catsuit

We've been sitting on those lovely catsuits for a while, it's about time to show them to you, dear readers.

Introducing Brushed Reality's Liquid Latex catsuits, a lovely collection in six colors : black, grey (worn here by yours truly), red, purple, pink (modeled by lelo) and black.

The catsuits are very good, and the reflections look quite authentic to me. I like that there is a good choice of open-ness to the zippers.

Lis is an artist, and obsessed with perfection like many are.

So, included in the outfit is a notecard explaining a cool trick to improve your appearance by editing the avatar_lad.xml file and increasing texture maximum resolutions.

Let me know if you try it and you see an improvement!

The liquid latex catsuits by Brushed Reality have a subdued shine to them, not the deep gloss you get with POC, just some nice little highlights.

In the box you'll find 24 clothing items, Lisbeth supplies all the cloth layers so you can mix and match to your hearts content.

Al the items are copy so you can use them in your favorite outfit folders for ease of changing clothes.

You can adjust the outfit from PG to XXX, just by opening the zippers, put it in your RLV folder and you can be stripped by your significant other.

She also supplies two options in gloves, full gloves and fingerless gloves as shown by Mistress.

Hugo's Design - Chain, Mila and Xani

Here is the latest release from Hugo's Design - Chain, Mila, and Xani, in order of the pictures here.

I'm wearing Mila.. what little there is to wear ;)

The corset eyelets are reprised on the gloves and stockings, and they look good.

The front of the corset is wiiiiide open, holding together by force of will as much as by the belt buckles.

It looks terrific over a catsuit, if you don't want to show too much skin.

Well Chain is named right : it's a chain, or better a couple of them.

(POC catsuit not included!)

Simple but effective and as you might expect from Hugo's it comes in most layers.

The pack also contains a pair of black stocking and gloves, and for the shy among you a pair of nipple covers, as the chains don't cover much.

The Xani is another beasty all together, much more dressed, if you want it to be.

The top and bottom come in an open and closed version and as this is a PG blog we'll only show you the closed version, sorry boys.. *winks*

Same as with chain, all the layers are supplied and next to the gloves and the stockings you get the nipple covers.

The belts on this on are a very nice detail bringing it to life.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Milky Way

Milky Way is Kayliwulf's latest release, and I believe it's the first that only works in the v2 viewer; that is, there is no alternative boot included - something to keep in mind when you buy.

If you're living on Bora Bora and don't know what I'm talking about, the latest Second Life viewer introduces alpha layers, easily making inconvenient body parts invisible.

Quite ingenious: it will finally rid us of the messy invisiprims.

The cost, sadly, is that you must run the v2 viewer - you know, the one that looks like a demon ate the interface and puked.

A lovely white outfit, lacy and airy, with a demure, virginal feel.

2010-04-27 correction : There is a skirt included in the outfit which didn't make it in our evaluation kit, and you may request v1 compatible boots from Kayliwulf if you need them.

Milky Way is a brand new, 13-piece outfit by Kayliwulf.

It features the new Latex Vest Corset and as the name indicates, it's done in a bright white like the rest of the outfit.

In case you don't like the white version, the corset is also available in all Kayliwulf colors.

One word of warning, this corset is an underbust corset, which in the outfit is made decent with the included lacetex undercup bra.

The X2 ankle boots look great in Viewer 2, i just love it that we don't have to wear those bulky invisi prims.

Latex Station - Vertrex Catsuit

We stopped by Latex Station recently.. the place is so huge that it's always an adventure.

A new floor has been added, with another on the way - fresh news straight from Chill3 herself.

Vertrex comes in three colors : red, blue and black. As all versions come with a transparent underlayer, I nearly missed the difference at first glance.

I'm wearing the black version here, and lelo the red.

And unlike some outfits, the underwear layer is *actually* optional and doesn't leave you too naked. (Although I kept the bottom here)

A gorgeous, versatile outfit, with great detail.. it's going to the front of my wardrobe ;)

With the Vertrex catsuit you get 3 versions in one handy little package.

The upper-layer part i covered in belts and i especially like the metal rings on the left leg.

The under-layer comes in 3 colors, the advertised color, red in my case, black transparent and light, which is also transparent.

As usual the texturing is very good on the outer-layer, the under-layer is plain latex and the transparent ones are only for the very brave. *winks*

Ohh and one final thing as with most latex station wear it's transferable so great as a gift.

Elixir - Albedo Sunglasses and Bodysuit 2.0

Deirdre:
The latest Elixir release is those lovely, futuristic Albedo sunglasses, but I thought it would be kind of boring to just wear that.

I thought that they would go really well with the Latex Bodysuit 2.0, and what do you know? I was right! ;)

The sunglasses have a very good menu, allowing texture, opacity and shine change on the lens and frame, and a cool flip option to wear the shades up on your head.

A note about the body suit : it comes with cool prim shoulder pads and pant legs. You will fiddle to fit them. Take a copy first ;)

While looking in our list of designers we saw that we had neglected Elixir for some time so we went and had a good look for what's new.

The real news were the sunglasses and as we both liked the look of the 2.0 bodysuit we were quickly sold.

Where the glasses say snowboard queen the catsuit makes it a more spacey thing, you just have to love those 80's shoulder-pads.

Khorus shows once again that Elixir has it's own style and goes it's own way in SL.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Under My Pink Umbrella

Lelo likes her pink.. it's the doll in her.

So when she showed me this fun oldie, I said sure, it's neat and worth sharing.

This, then, is Under My Pink Umbrella, by Kayliwulf. It's one of a series which includes red, blue, black and yellow - the last being named Golden Showers.. for April, no doubt.

There is a Midnight Mania sign in the store... If you want a blue and white polka-dot latex bikini (is that how that song goes?), just come over and click, and you will receive it at midnight if enough people show up.

This week we have an oldie but goodie... and being an older design it found it's way into the clearance section.

Umbrella is a 10 piece outfit, including a big color matched umbrella, which has it's own animation for the right hand.

The shirt and top are the ones we already featured a while back, still my favorite KK skirts.

The thing that really attracted me to this outfit are the pointe slippers that are included in the kit.

The set is completed with pink net-stockings and gloves.

A must have for all budding SL ballerina's... though i'm a bit unsure about what Laz wants to get across with the name of the yellow one.

Hugo's Design - Ellen

A nice foundation for a fetish or glam outfit, this is Ellen, by Hugo's Design.

Ellen is a nice, fifties-style pencil pants and zipped top, available in all layers.

I'd wear the under layer and pile on the prims... straps and snaps and zippers and laces, woohoo!

As usual from Hugo's, good shine and cloth-layer details.

If you're rendering-cost-conscious, this is for you.

Funny, it reminds me of someone... can't quite figure out who, though.

Seems Erik is slowing down a bit, but it doesn't show in the quality, i would even say he's getting better.

The texture quality is top notch as we have come to expect from Hugo's, just have a look at the eyelets on the belt loops.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Special Edition Latex Football Uniforms

A nice charity donation opportunity this week, this is the South Africa (modeled by lelo) and Haiti (worn by yours truly, at the left of the pic), and I'm proud to say I made my little donation.

As you see in the vendor pic, all proceeds from the sales of the Haiti outfit go to the Red Cross's relief effort.

A little note : the Kayliwulf gift cards are not eligible for this purchase. It has to be cold hard Linden dollars.. um, digital and ethereal Linden dollars ;)

About the outfits themselves : as a certain sweetheart model pointed out, they look pretty similar to beach volleyball outfits... accessorize with Arnold shades and you're there!
