Real Restraints - Body Harness

Marine’s latest release is a classic, O-ring and leather Body Harness. Simple name, nice and clean product.

Part of the harness is fitted mesh: the vertical strap below the middle ring, to be precise.

The rest is non-rigged mesh, fairly easy to adjust. In fact, Marine gives detailed instructions on adjusting your harness one strap at a time. (That will produce a better fit than you see in our pics - our very short production time, sadly, will do that.)

There’s a ton of goodies in the harness, including a leash handle giver. There were a few small bugs in early releases - if you have them, read the details here and fiddle if you like, or simply visit one of Marine’s updaters.

Miss RLV, Marine Kelley, for those who have been living in a dark dungeon for the last years, has come out with a new harness.

Coming from Marine you are assured of the usual RLV abilities and follows the script layout we have come to know for years now.

The new features are that the harness is making use of the latest fitted mesh for part of the harness.

This part works great, adjusting the standard rigged parts to it takes a bit more work, Marine has chosen this way of working to give you the ability to adjust the upper part to lolas or tight corsets.

The second new feature is the fact that you can adjust tint and the pattern on the harness.

There are 35 preset colors, but you also get the option to enter the RGB code of your own favorite color.

With pattern you can add seams, studs or text to you harness, always with the option to interchange the background and text color.

So in all a very nice harness that should match any outfit you have, just plan some time to adjust it perfectly to your body.

Z and A Productions - Gags

I was poring over a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore when George the raven brought a few goodies from Z&A to lelo :)

We’ve seen a lot of boxes, but George wins the prize for best ever, hands down.

These are just a sampling of Antony’s recent efforts; you need to check his blog nearly as often as you read ours to keep up.

The ashtray gag is just about the most humiliating thing I can think of for a non-smoking sub - bleh! ;)

The candle is more fun. It throws real light, too - with the new Firestorm way of displaying light from objects, I live in a much brighter world than before.

Good looking items, clean, simple design. I did notice that from 5m away, clicking the gag for the menu, I was warned to come closer. Let’s call that a feature so people don’t fiddle with the gag from across the room.

Some fun toys tonight, courtesy of Antony at Z&A Productions, who has been busy lately, producing all kinds of (restraining) fun.

The gags are straight forward and come in all kinds of versions, something for everyone.

Fitting the gag was easy for me, i just had to raise it a bit to fit me perfectly, if need be all SL edit options are available for the perfect fit.

The menu is easy and gives you control of who can access the gag, turn off IM’s and the flame or the smoke of the gag.

There is also a timer option, so you can lock and forget about the gag, well you can as Domme, the wearer won’t be so lucky.. or.. *winks*

We went for the ashtray and candle light gag’s as they looked the most original without endangering our PG status, but check out the shop for the complete line up.

Sinha Hynes - Hawk Hood

We were sitting at Domme a Domme and noticed a lovely ponygirl, all in white with lots of Rosal corsetry, a striking head harness.. and a lovely open-face hood matching the rest perfectly.

The hood turned out to be the Hawk Hood, created by Aleda Koba, and scripted and sold by Sinha Hynes.

Aleda happened to be on, so I gave her a call and we chatted a bit. Turns out she reads us, “when she remembers” ;) Seriously, it’s nice that we’re starting to be known - it does make the calls easier.

Sinha sells the hood and the revenue supports Stones n Rubber, an important fetish sim, so we’ll call the slightly high price a donation to keep things running.

The hood is definitely meant to be worn with head harnesses: the vendor pic shows a Maison Broceliande harness, and Beauty was wearing a Mesmerize Dungeon head harness when we saw her.

My impression was that the Rosal collar, Hawk Hood and harness were made for each other. The official Deirdre Mix And Match Award goes to Beauty!

A lovely bit of sculpted mesh tonight, coming from Stone N Rubber one of the few remaining hard core pony sims in SL.

The fit is pretty good and the hood is easy to adjust, using the normal SL editing tools, with a small alpha hiding the ears, i’m sure prince Charles would love to have one of those. *winks*

When you wear the hood it gives you a HUD to wear, RLV users won’t even notice this step, that will block your view according to the level set by the hood.

Clicking the hood gives you access to a clean looking menu that offers you 4 steps of opacity, from transparent to full blind.

A control button lets you check for updates, lock the hood and check if the HUD is worn, the owner button is pretty much self explanatory.

Finally there is the color button, which lets you color the hood in 68 different colors all with a nice latexy shine.

So get over to Stone N Rubber and get your own and while you are there give the sim a look it a great lovely place, with some kinky play on offer.

KDC - Classic Leather Posture Collar

Kyrah’s blog was hinting that the Classic Leather Posture Collar was getting near, and sure enough, she released it this morning. I pounced and burned my fingers as it’s so hot off the press ;)

This is a staple of RL BDSM, and it is as powerful a symbol as you can get, so Kyrah gave it the full treatment.

Thick leather, big rivets, lockable roller buckle with metal-reinforced holes, riveted ring post - this collar screams “slave wear” loud and clear.

I took the liberty of snagging one of her pics, an “early normal mapping preview” because the shine  looks like someone lovingly applied several coats of mink oil to the leather :)

That said, Kyrah took pity on us poor late adopters and the collar’s texture looks absolutely stunning even in our tired old viewer.

I’ll quote Kyrah for a bit : “NOTE: this product uses a delivery box system and can be bought as a gift and distributed freely (no copy/transfer), it only becomes no copy/no transfer when the gift box is unpacked.”

You’re smart, you can take a hint ;)

Kyrah has been at it again and built us a brand new, exquisite leather posture collar, that looks good enough to eat.. or wear… *winks*

As before the collar does what a collar should do, it locks and secures your neck, putting you in a somewhat awkward posture, hence the name.

Some might not agree, but i love that in Kyrah’s designs, no RL collar can control your speech, you use a gag for that, and that’s Kyrah’s thinking as well, keeping the scripting clean.

The one thing you can also do with the collar is chain your wrist cuffs to it, using KDC’s TouchBound system: touch the side of the collar you want to chain to and touch the cuff next and you are bound.

Simple and elegant, just like the included color HUD that gives you a choice of 8 colors for the outside, stitching, inside and border of the collar.

The metal items on the collar, like the big ring on the front, get a choice of 7 metallic colors.

So go get it, i know you want to add this to your KDC collection… *smiles*

DS Tech - PaciGag

Deirdre:

Nearly a year since we featured DS Tech, so I thought it was high time. We were reminded of this when someone called us to ask where the store was, as they were looking for the Rubber Puppy kit.

A bit of searching brought us to the new location, and lelo immediately updated the slurl in our old post. (We do try to keep on top of things, so please don’t hesitate to call and tell us a store’s location has changed.)

While we were there, we had a look around and the PaciGag caught my eye. Silence plus humiliation - how can you beat that combo? ;)

The gag looks like a big pacifier, and offers fine control over colors - 131 of them, to be exact; mostly pastels, unsurprisingly. It’s also a great RLV gag, and I’ll let lelo describe that.

Drool, of course, is a feature. Not a bug ;)

As you can imagine this is a RLV toy and gives you control over everything a gag like this would do in RL.

So next to naming owners, filling blacklists, setting lock timers you can control everything involving speech with this gag.

The gag goes further than most including the suck binky option where everything you say is changed into an embarrassing remark about sucking on your binky.

There is even an option to control the gag from outside of SL with an Android app, though this will mean downloading a free app and some hacking in settings.

Finally, if you get stuck in the gag, there is the option to go to the store and reset it to factory settings.

So amazing scripting, which should give you hours of embarrassing fun… *winks*

Marine’s Goodies - Bubblizer

It’s not every day a designer tips us to another’s creations, but Kat Fetisov was the one who pointed us to the Bubblizer.

This is one of those toys that’s better suited to public locations and lots of players, so we went to see one on location at Stones `n Rubber.

It can be a fairly big arena, and they cleverly squeezed it in place at SnR.

If that one is busy when you arrive, there’s another at Bondage City. Or, you know, buy one for yourself ;)

There’s a soccer mode, a dodgeball mode, it involves large bubbles that change color, bondage will hinder you while you play, and you’ll need RLV for it to work.

Community Doll Key and Dolly Dreams

A tip from Pet led us to a Doll Key and a thriving community of dolls, living at the Dolly Dreams SIM.

We were lucky enough to run into one of the owners, Jo Ronin, who is also an old friend and pony correspondent.

Jo filled us in on the history of the group: started in 2009, it started as a place based around RLV transformations, and eventually evolved into the current dolls group.

When we’re tired and frustrated with the work of putting this blog together, a letter like that comes along.. it helps a lot, I’ll admit it :)

Xalia’s Curiosities is not the largest store we’ve featured, and that’s totally cool. You guys would get bored of nothing but Bax and Kcreations in a few months, I’m sure ;)

While OpenCollar is popular enough, anyone making their own scripts to reduce lag has my cheers. Lelo likes them well enough, and they look good.

We received a lovely set of cuffs from Xalia and we didn’t want to keep them from you as i love the look of them, but then i’m that kind of girl. *winks*

The currently available version uses the OpenCollar script we all know and love, but that also has its problems.

Xalia sent us the (at this time) still in development V2 that features a complete new script to replace the OpenCollar one.

I really like that she’s brave enough to script her own collar/cuffs and i must say, even if it’s work in progress it feels solid, is easy to use and she’s open for suggestions. *smiles*

The fitting is pretty straight forward, even if the leg cuffs are pretty big and at an odd angle, she explained that that’s because she was a furry and that it will be fixed in a future update.

The cuffs have a nice and chunky look and you have a choice of 9 colors for the strap and backing and the buckle has 3 color options.

So go and support the brave little designers in SL and if you have any good suggestions for her script, i’m sure she will love to hear from you.

Restrained Freedom - DJ Gag

Deirdre:

A very neat toy by Restrained Freedom tonight, this is the DJ Gag. If it looks familiar, you probably watch Britney videos with one finger on the pause button.

This cool gag is shown for a few seconds around 2:08, sporting the distinctive “b” logo of Beats by Dr. Dre. (Katie’s has her RF logo instead.. fair enough.)

Naughty suggestion of the week : everyone call the store and order a Britney gag, just to make them uncomfortable ;)

The straps have a nylon texture, and shiny rivets anchoring the speakers part solidly. Cool little RF padlocks hold things firmly in place on the sub’s head.

The vendor blurb says materials processing is applied to the speaker grille, and since Firestorm doesn’t let me see that yet so I’ll take Katie’s word. For now. I’ll check in 3 months, Katie! ;)

So, a cool and clever toy by the queen of bondage bunnies, and a fast release - the video premiered in September!

Ok, i’ve heard of using music to silence someone, but here they took it a bit too literal, Katie painstakingly copied the original and added her own special magic to it.

You will find all the usual Restrained Freedom options in this gag, more locking options than you would ever need, renamers, garblers… everything really.

But there are a few things that really stand out with this one, first there is the primary use of this gag, the sound machine, it comes with a dance, music note particles and a sound bite of the original song. This will make you the center of every party, just a pity it can’t stream music.

Then there was a surprising option i haven't seen in SL before, you can uses sign language when wearing this gag, i nearly fell off my chair, this is brilliant, ok there are only 17 words, but that’s more than you would usually be able to utter wearing a gag like this and the most important sign is in it as well “love you”, what more do you need? *smiles*

Now the question is does this portable speaker system have a ipod dock or is it usable for the more generic audio solutions. *winks*

Latex Station - Glass Cage

Deirdre:

A new item from Latex Station, this lovely bondage toy is simply called the Glass Cage.

There are two versions, one with the “Latex Station” text etched in the glass, and the other sporting the LS logo.

The poses are good, there are a ton of different colors both for the glass and the frame, which you can multiply by six glass effects (“spatter” is a little ominous) - making a cage that will suit most environments, I’d say.

RLV toys is definitely a new area for Latex Station, but there may be more coming.

Cindy is cooperating with Mija Perfferle, of Deviant and Bizarre, who we featured in August, and it’s possible that we’ll see more but I can’t discuss that yet ;)

A not-inexpensive toy, but it does a lot, looks good, and doesn’t eat up your prim allocation. Bondage bunnies early Christmas gift, perhaps. If they’ve been super good, you understand.

Cindy at Latex Station is branching out into toys with these glass cages and being a smart designer she had Mija Perfferle build her special Latex Station editions.

Getting the Latex Station version makes a lot of sense as this knocks off more than half the original price, not bad for a bit of good looking advertisment.

You would think that a good looking cage like this would eat a lot of prims but due to the magic of mesh it only costs you about 7 prims.

The cage has a trap mode and timer options to work independently of direct supervision, set up in a public place and see what you might catch. *winks*

The look of the cage can be adjusted to match the look of your home, there are no less than 70 glass colors, 4 glass textures and 5 colors for the frame.

The scripting is very solid and easy to understand and you can see that Mija is a bondage bunny, like the way how your options change when you are inside of the cage.

Anima Temptation - Tubes and Dildo Gag

We ran into Adira at the Rubber Room last week - the awesome party we dropped in on was sponsored by her store, Anima Temptation.

She proceeded to cover lelo in bondage toys - usually that’s my job, but since lelo loves those things so much, I couldn’t say no.

Adira seems to have gone gaga for humiliation, judging by her latest releases.

The first toy is Tubes (like the Internet!) Well no, they’re a little shorter and more localized, really.

The Tubes are plugged, RLV-enabled access to the slave’s orifices. To emphasize the use of the plugs, they can be used to deny orgasms from Xcite! genitals.

The other toy (our second pic) is the Dildo Gag. It’s not animated like the Oral Trainer Gag but it comes with seven couples animation so it can be put to good use.

Seems Adira has found her way into toys and is leaving her shoes behind, two more inventive little toys by her tonight.

First there are the Tubes, which at first i thought would be some kind of cage, but a vendor pic quickly set me right.

You get 4 Tubes or plugs, two versions for the mouth, a pussy and an anus tube, the last one holds all the scripting, so you’ll always need to wear that one.

The tubes can be opened and closed and hold all the RLV toys you could ever want, but for me the big thing are the included animations that make the wearer of the tubes usable.

There are 10 fully adjustable animations included in the package, suitable for couples and threesomes.

The tubes are easy to resize and color so they should fit anyone and every outfit and better keep your safety key tucked away so you can reset your Tubes in case of emergency.

Secondly we are showing you the brand new Dildo Gag, which just like the Tubes comes with a nice collection of animation so you can put the Gag to good use.

For an extra effect the dildo will deposit cum all over your face just for extra realism.

The Gag lets you set garble levels and a favorite of mine, gives the wearer a new name in chat, RLV only of course.

KDC - Vacuum System

Are you ready for torture? S&M? Horrible abuse, we’re-talking-Amnesty-International-stuff here? Introducing… the Vacuuming chore by KDC ;)

Now this is not a bondage bench you just put down and it’s ready to use, I’ll tell you right now.

But the setup looks worse than it really is. One run through and you’ll get it. Which doesn’t help you *beforehand*, but that’s the way of the world ;)

As the system owner, you have a bit of setting up to do. Fortunately Kyrah gives good documentation and a step-by-step for getting started.

Basically you'll rez and name a room controller. Using it, you’ll rez and name an object that will let you define the area to vacuum. Your victim does a first run of cleaning, and you’re set.

I’ll mention that the vacuum rezzes from the holder, so you don’t look for it when you unpack the box.

The whole system takes up 15 prims once in place, so it should be usable in the smallest skybox without putting you over your limit. The items themselves are handsome and nicely detailed.

Lelo assures me there are legions of maids eagerly awaiting this toy, and I believe her; as she pointed out, I am clearly not the target audience of this excellent torture device.

Here’s something new from Kyrah at KDC, something to keep your maid out of trouble when you aren’t in SL, or get her into trouble when you get back. *winks*

Introducing the KDC Vacuum System, as with most KDC things, she has kept the system very easy to use, just pick up the vacuum and klick to turn it on.

If it runs out of power, yes it’s cordless, just place it back in its holder and it will recharge itself.

Is the cleaner full, just take it to the included dustbin and empty it into it, by, yes you guessed it, clicking on the dustbin.

Then there is the evil overlord, aka the room manager that will indicate the cleanness of the room in the form of a green bar, which will haunt good little maids in their sleep. *smiles*

Having said this, Kyrah explained the science behind the system, all sciency like, with nodes and percentages, suffice it to say it works and even checks under the sofa, so no cutting corners with this system.

So put your girl or boy in your favourite maids uniform and let the room manager keep them on their toes, if the ballets aren’t enough for that.. oops personal fantasy slipping through…

Anyway KDC Vacuum System gives you a busy maid and a clean house, what more could you wish for.

Freebie Bunny Hood from OpenCollar

Our never-ending quest for cool fetishwear takes us many cool places, and occasionally on Marketplace - slow news weeks are the bane of the daily blog ;)

As I hinted Tuesday, we found this very cool freebie, the Bunny Hood.

Bondage Witch Project - Bondage Hoverbike

Lelo won’t go speeding through the forest moon of Endor on this toy, but she’d turn heads if she did ;)

This is the Bondage Witch Project Bondage Hoverbike - not a new item, but a darn cool one.

As with their hover cart, it’s a worn vehicle, not a standard one. Lelo has to hit "fly" to actually float around; from a bystander point of view, a moot distinction.

This is a well-crafted device. Lots of moving parts, turbines and blinkenlights  ;)

It’s reminiscent of Gord’s crazier remote-controlled bondage vehicles - sadly, the Master passed away recently; we’ll never see his like again.

The price is incredibly low, as with other Bondage Witch products we’ve seen. The only reason we don’t see more of their products around SL is shy marketing, I assume ;)

Fun toy tonight, once again a lovely little hover toy or bike in this case by Cidri of the Bondage Witch Project.

You get two versions in the package, the Roadster and the Targa, both can be set in 9 different colors.

You can also turn the sound on or off and the dust effect is also controlled by the simple menu.

There is also a piston set in the seat that is operated from the menu, which works together with the included Sensations connector to let it stimulate your Sensation genitals.

The chains work on every Lockmeister-compatible cuff, but just in case you don’t have those, there is a complete set included in the package.

Lovely bit of kit that makes it possible to drag your sub behind you during a shopping trip and it does fly beautifully by itself.

This versatile mesh hood has six shapes included - they might very well have been six different products. Throw in the straps, the gags, the ears… I’d hate to count all the permutations!

The long manual is definitely worth reading; this toy will keep you busy for hours just trying variations :)

Lelo does a good job of touching most of the features, so I’ll just mention the renamer in the gag, which will prefix everything you say, and the smart emoter, which will garble only the text you emote, and not the actual emote verb.

If you like variety in your bondage hoods, this toy is definitely for you.

Next to the hood being all meshy, it’s full of all kind of goodies you might expect from a bondage bunny like Katie.

Just the keys access part takes 3 pages in the considerable manual, there are main keys, master keys, emergency keys and a so called ice key.

That last one is very interesting and the first time i think i’ve seen one in SL, it gives someone control over your key for a set time, great for a play around bondage bunny.

There are 6 hood types included in this on, i’m wearing the monk and maiden version here, next to that you can add a panel or ball gag, earmuffs and a blindfold.

Next to that you can change the color and texture of the separate hood parts, add the fun ears on top of it, select a laced or zippered style and have your hair stick out of the back of the hood.

As you might expect from a Restraint Freedom toy, it comes with every possible RLV option you can imagine and you do see that Katie lives in RLV. *smiles*

So get your hood and get restrained… this one should keep you busy for a while.

DSYS - Latex Dissemination Device

We saw a cute latex avatar at Mesmerize Dungeon, and followed it up to its creator, Maxwell Desider.

It turns out that it was part of a set, so to speak.

The Latex Dissemination Device is a fiendish, diabolical, mad science RLV machine.

It captures unwary (relay equipped, RLV active) passers-by, dips them in a swirling bath of colored latex, and turns them into various adorable latex furries.

Being forced into latex sounded like just the thing for one of our friends.. a quick call without too many explanations, and our dear LatexLady was a tan rubber raccoon :)

If you’re curious, I’m the pink bunny and lelo is the blue foxy - all random, of course.

The avatars are cute, but the mouth and other orifices leaking lube show clearly what they’re intended for - this ain’t disneyland mascot time ;)

This is another of those “drop in a busy fetish spot” toys that should make a really fun party - turn off name display for added fun!

So what does a Latex Dissemination Device do, well simply put it makes SL a more shiny, cuddly and squeaky place.

You will have to have an active RLV relay to be captured by this machine, when that happens you are emerged in a shiny gue…

And a few seconds later you’ll reappear as a lovely latex animal, there is a choice of 11 animals that are select at random as is the color of the latex fur.

You can set which type of animal can be selected as can you set the gender of the beastie, you can also set the time you’ll be forced into your new skin, max setting is 10.000 days!!!

Go get yours and make SL a friendlier, shinier place… ohh did we mention they are free!!

Sunshine Technology - Deluxe Mesh Mittens

We got a call from Emma about certain updated mittens - would we be interested in having a peek?

It turns out we certainly would ;)

These are quite an improvement over the previous ST mittens; so much that Emma offers a free update.

You know we don’t usually point to Marketplace, but you should definitely have a peek at the mittens there to appreciate the variety of textures you get.

The mittens look really good, and would suit puppy play as well as general leather bondage. First thing lelo pointed out to me were the cool little padlocks on the inside wrist part. Love that attention to detail :)

An update of a fun little toy we featured some months ago, the mittens from Emma at Sunshine Technology.

We usually don’t feature updates, but this one was too good to let slip by, first as the mitten is now all nice and meshy.

Secondly because of the great update offer that Emma is planning, a free update to the mesh leather mitten for the customers who bought the old version.

And to top that you can upgrade the leather mesh version too the deluxe for around 50 L$, how’s that for a great deal.

All the old RLV goodies are still in place as are the texturing options, though with the deluxe you get a lot more of them.

So go get yours if you haven’t already and if you have the old ones, keep an eye on her store for the update.
