VR Foundry : Spreader Bar and Yoke

A bit of heavy metal today ;) A lovely yoke and spreader bar set by Vivian Rail's VR Foundry.

Very detailed metal work, looks beautiful and very convincing.

Looking for something nice for in the living room? Why don't you lock your sub into these, makes a nice little display and costs no prims. *smiles*

These two are sold separately by VR Fetish, but make a great set.

Both are nicely scripted and RLV compatible, as you would expect from toys like this.

They offer the usual options, a key system like most will know from Marines shackles, timer system, up/down on the dildo and of course the locking.

Two things show how much time and effort Vivian has put in her toys:

1. the attachment places are chosen so you can wear them with prim boots and collars. The yoke attaches to the shoulder and the spreader to the hip.

2. to adjust the width of both you can use a special option that makes the bar extend or retract, so you don't ruin the delicately sculpted prims.

Quite a severe bondage toy, wearer beware, there is no escape out of these toys and only movement i manage was turning in circles.

SbL Inflatable Latex BallHood and Mittens

Another evil toy combining strict restriction with the humiliation of pink gear ;)

I wonder what you hear inside a ball hood when someone slaps you?

These are the inflatable BallHood and Mittens by Mistress Lycia, which is the head Mistress of the Latexdolls, so She should know a thing or two about latex *smiles*

The design is pretty simple and straightforward, but the effect is great.

The big pink hood covers all of your head, and makes a good if a bit annoying breathing sound, better not wear any big hair with it.

The menu is simple and clearly dates back from before RLV, and sadly i don't think there will be an updat for i

The Mittens can be looked with a key system, they are little versions of the ballhood, including the vent at the top.

The shine on the pink latex is just right, i told you she knows a thing or two about latex.

All in all, a nice addition to your wardrobe though it's more show than real bondage gear.

Maison Broceliande : Latex Surrender

Really good-looking kit. The pump-gag is awesome... psht, psht, psht! Hee hee. Love the colors, too.. dark red restraints are a beautiful contrast to the black catsuit.

Here is the newest creation from Yhis at MB: Latex Surrender.

Seems we are getting a theme going where on tuesdays: latex skins.

I won't list all the skins and hoods here better have a look at the nice add Yhis has made for this outfit.

The real special thing about this gear are the posture collar, the mittens and the isolation panels.

The collar sadly only forces your head in a somewhat chin high pose and you can change it's color none of the usual locking and leashing.

The mittens offer more: owners, lock, force pose, force stay, mouse look,no touch, bind back, bind front, RLV compatible, texture change

The most obvious part are the face panels, which you can lock, change the texture, a gag, a blindfold with a blinding hud, an inflatable gag which is breath play enabled and as you would expect it's RLV compatible.

A must have for all the bondage bunnies (Mistress's expression) out there, i hope using that line will get me locked in it for a couple of days *winks*

KDC : Narcosis gasmask

A very impressive gas mask for the heavy rubber crowd.. the smoke effect of breathing out is very striking. I don't know if it's a replica of a real model, but it sure feels that way.

The must have gasmask for the latexdolls, as usual the quality is very high.

The filters look very good and it's great that can choice where you want them: none, left, right or double.

There is one little thing wrong with the mask, normally you in inhale through the filters and exhale through the mouth piece, with the KDC you exhale through the filters, good if you had a very spicy meal i guess. *winks*

The menu gives you control over the lenses, the filters and the sound. Sadly the mask isn't as advanced as the Scorpion one.

Kyrah put a lot of work into the look of the filters and belts which look pretty good, sadly you lose a bit of the quality in the black on black texture of the mask itself.

I hope Kyrah will consider making some new scripted toys in the near future.

All in all this mask is a great alternative for the scorpion if you don't need all the locking options and just want a good looking gasmask.

Ohh, if you haven't had a looked at the "store" you should it's a thing of beauty in it's own strange way.

Maison Broceliande - Armbinder

The latest bondage toy from Maison Broceliande, a lovely and detailed arm binder covered in zips, straps and buckles.. hey, like half my wardrobe! ;)

Yhis was kind enough to demonstrate the multiple chain : she hitched up three girls and pulled them around with one leash. This may not be something you need to do every day, but it looks pretty amazing.

A note for taller girls: you may need to shorten your arms for the binder to fit.

Make a copy of your shape with different arms if you want to save time, and switch between them. Took lelo all of 30 seconds.

The MB armbinder is a thing of beauty, showing Yhis' talent for realistic bondage gear, and it's good to see that the scripting is getting better and better.

With the set you get the armbinder, a hitching post, a wall ring, a hitch column and a leash holder, all of them of good quality.

The hitching points are all copy so you can put them all over SL, and use them to hitch your subs to them.

As you would expect from a brand new bondage item, it is Restrained Life compatible, supports multiple owners and uses the real chain function.

A MB specialty is the seqchain option making it possible to make a chain of subs.

Another thing i like about the MB script is the fact that you can leash a sub everywhere and that s/he stays hitched even after a re-log.

Finally the armbinder offers many functions you might expect from a collar, like poses, prefix and channels for chat commands.

Maison Broceliande has firmly taken it's place in the short list of great bondage gear suppliers in SL, at least that's my humble opinion.

A true must have for every bondage dolly in SL.

KDC : deluxe head harness

Deirdre:
A fun bondage harness from KDC, with lots and lots of straps and buckles. This is more a bondage toy and less pony gear - no red felt under the straps, and not quite the look of tack.

The shape is very nice, and I like how all the straps tie to the around-the-ear piece and curve around the head.

Good fit all around except the rear vertical strap, which digs into lelo's head when we make the harness tight.

The gag forces the mouth open, which as I've mentioned before, I also like a lot.

We had trouble recently shooting some prim items - they vanished from sight when we zoomed in. Today's new server deployment fixed that.. just in time for this shoot. So thank you Lindens from all of us fetish photographers ;)

This was one of first toys, with the harness come a ball gag, a ring gag and a blindfold, there is an extra optional pony kit, but as you might know i went for the KDC bridle and not the kit.

The biggest missing option with this kit is the absents of some scripting in the harness, so in the end it's purely decoration, decoration i love to wear but one of these days i'll have to write some script for this one. Anyone have a nice locking sound they aren't using? *winks*

The buckles are very plain as is the texture but than i think this is a rather old design from Kyrah, but i hope she will consider updating it with some better buckles and texture.

I love the way the snap fastener look on the harness when the attachments aren't used, and the blindfold and gags match the fasteners without much fuss.

All in all this harness has grown on my, i've seen ones with scripting, better buckles, better texture... still i love this harness, it has become a part of me i guess.

The Odium

I'm going to stop complaining about how evil these toys make me seem. I promise. Soon.

The Odium is a wicked-looking, padlocked, heavy-duty, no-kidding-about-it chastity belt. Metal bumps in front, chains in the back, this would give any medieval princess serious chills.

It gives a good metallic contrast over lelo's rubber.. along with her wrist and arm cuffs, and the Amethyst collar matching, the Odium looks like part of a set of metal restraints.

We looked for the store, and only found a little spot in the Little Shop of Kink mall. Which is perfectly fine, not every designer churns out hundreds of items.

So there you go. Add the metal mask, and you'll need a dolly to wheel around your dolly ;)

Hmmm where to begin with my odium.... i love it and i hate it, so i guess it does what it's supposed to do. *winks*

It looks great, like Mistress says, there is no doubt what this belt is all about.

I practically live in it, it's somewhat like my second collar, another part of my Mistresses control over me.

There are two little things i don't like about the belt, well three when you count the obvious,it's a chat spammer first class when someone wants to be funny and flicks the odium.

Luckily mine is owned by my Mistress so she is the only one who can flick it.

The other thing i don't like is the way there always seems to dangle something from the plug.

The things i like about it, next to the wicked look, is the good scripting and that it's easy to hide in a PG sim.

The scripting gives the owner the control over the plugs and of course the locking of the belt, but also the timer, coloring and chastity.

This chastity is a great addition for user of Xcite! or sensations genitals, turning the chastity on prohibits the genitals from cumming.

With the coloring you can change the look of the odium to match your outfit, or in my case my cuffs and collar.

All in all a great addition to every subs outfit, shows you mean business *smiles*

Kinky-O! Black Leather Spiked collar

Lelo had trouble with her Amethyst collar some time back, and when I mentioned this to Kailani Ling, she immediately offered me a replacement from her Kinky-O! collection. She has showed time and again that she is not just a smart businessperson but a thoughtful, friendly lady.

(To finish with the Amethyst collar script crash : we never heard back from her, and lelo figured out how to fix the problem - resetting the script. She lost all her configurations but it got the collar working again.)

The Kinky-O! collar is well-made, in a leather and spikes way. Lelo's more of a rubber doll, so it was a change for her.

The commands are straightforward, similar to Amethyst's, so there was no confusion or long learning curve.

With sixty animations included for free - it will be a fun evening or three going through all of them ;)

So if you are looking for an intro collar, I would definitely recommend this one.

Simple collar of a simple design, the real great thing about the Kinky-O! collars is the many, many versions Kailani offers.

We have chosen the black leather spiked collar, it's got a simple leather look and the spikes give it a bit of a goth look.

It doesn't offer all the options the Amethyst does but it has all the things you need: 60 pose, owner system and leashing.

The collar is controlled with the usual chat commands, and has the useful channel option to cut clutter in local chat, as well as the prefix option (useful if you have more than one collared slave).

This collar is a great option for someone who wants a stable, inexpensive collar with a personal design.

The Kinky-O! scripting is much more advanced and stable than what you'll find in freebie collars - those crash each and every time there is a Monday in the week.

One thing i miss is the option to put an owner's name, or any other text, on the collar.

Going on the experience we have with Kailani, the customer service should be way better than the service Amethyst offers... or better, doesn't offer.

Even if you're not looking for a collar, you should have a look at the Kinky-O! Shop, loads of nice toys and most you can test in the shop itself *smiles*

Steel Mask by Illyria Eros

Another lovely device which contributes to my evil reputation. This is more a head cage than a simple mask. Locks, blindfold visor, echoes.. this is heavy metal bondage ;)

I like the shape, although I might have put a few more straps at the top to hold the thing in place.. fortunately, gravity is not a huge factor in Second Life... lelo would need neck muscles like a wrestler to hold that up.

Satisfying clicks and clacks when you lock the various bits on, a convincing metal texture, and a medieval-ish design.. this is just the right toy for the bondage bunny in your Second Life.

One of my more severe looking masks, it looks massive and it is... This was one of those things i saw and just had to have, just like Mistress always tells you.

Only problem was finding it, at that time i hadn't learned the little inspect trick and the mask and it's wearer were gone before i could ask about it.

Somehow this feels like years ago. Problem with the mask is, it's a one of, it's the only product Illyria makes or better sells, so the vendors are small and hard to find.

The mask covers the full face leaving small looking hole and a hole for the mouth, so you can still uses that *winks*, if set right the hud gives you a "realistic" view trough the holes or total darkness if the looking holes are closed off by a metal plate.

The mask it self is of a simple design, just the way i like it, good texture and easily fitted to the head, the locks and rings look realistic and give the mask a realistic look. Only thing i don't like it the fact that Illyria doesn't make more toys like this.

A must have for every bondage lover out there, most severe looking thing yet.... but hey we are just starting... who knows what we'll find...

Scorpion Gas Mask

I already have the reputation of being the cruelest, evilest bondage bitch in Second Life for the way I keep lelo hooded and covered in latex and restrained all the time.. one more strict rubber bondage toy on her can't make me seem any more evil, so here we go ;)

This gas mask is terrific over a hood... really gives that heavy rubber effect with the thick straps and detailed prims... and since it's color-change, it goes with everything.

So if you like your sub in heavy rubber.. and you don't mind an evil reputation.. this toy is for you. Well, for him or her, to wear for you. You know what I mean ;)

another of my favorite toys, the scorpion gas mask, the first good looking, scripted gas mask i found in SL.

The mask has a great look, it takes some time to get the straps on the back of the head right, but if you do you really get a wonderful looking addition to a rubber hood.

The look is great and pretty realistic i love the way the lenses sit over your eyes and the cloud coming from the filter is a nice touch.

The sound, which is very realistic, starts to get on your nerve after about 10 minutes, but it can be turned of.

The mask offers the option of garbling the speech and giving you another name when you uses the right channel, so you get: "Deirdre's rubber doll mumbles....."

The scripting is very good, only little thing i don't like it the fact that the menu shuts down after about 15 seconds but i guess that helps to keep lag down.

The use of the HUD is great, it can restrict vision to two nicely made lenses or it can make the screen go totally black.

Finally there is the option to color the mask to match your outfit, a very important addition for the fashion conscious rubber doll *winks*

Maison Broceliande - The Isolation Harness

A lovely harness made of slender leather straps, the kind which is sometimes called a "trainer". Exquisite detail, O-rings and rivets in all the realistic places... since we got this thing, lelo spends more time in it than out of it.

We had a bit of a bad time with the Restrained Life isolation scripts at first - even with me as owner, lelo couldn't receive my IM or local chat messages. This was solved in simple and somewhat barbaric fashion - I ripped out the scripts ;)

I'm sure it was impatience on my part; but when you test these features, keep another way to communicate with your slave handy (like an instant messenger of some kind)... just in case.

The gag is very good.. one of those which make the av mouth open, not a stupid ball that just sits there.

Yhis is a friend and a devoted trainer who has often praised my lovely rubber pony. Buy with full confidence.

As usual the attention to detail Yhis pays to her designs is clear, good leather texture, realistic fit. But the really good thing about the harness is the way it shows the how the wearer is restricted when using the Restrained Life viewer.

The gag shows that sending chat is not allowed, the ear mufflers that receiving chat isn't allowed and the blindfold show that the wearer isn't seeing anything.

The nose hook is a fun addition but the breath play gag is a bit much for my taste. A fun extra is the option of a plug in, in the kit is a ring gag that can be used like that.

Nice toy to have, perfect addition to a rubber hood.

Scripting is improving at MB, i can't wait to see what she will do next.

Kas corset

As you might have noticed i do love restrictive clothing and things that lock, well this corset does both and as you might expect i almost sleep in it.

The first impression of the corset it good, the closers on the front of the corset look very good and the lacing at the back must have taken quite some time to get it looking as good as it does.

The invisi-prims that hide the restricted waist show against some backgrounds but that's something you should already know from most boots in SL and not something you can expect a designer to get rid off (winks to the Lindens, hoping some of them read this blog).


the corset is menu controlled and trough it you can set the owner of the corset, restricting the control the wearer has over it.

As with a real corset you have to wear it a while to get used to it and lace it tighter and tighter, when there is an owner set only he/she can change the lacing settings.

another option of the menu is the possibility to change the colors of the corset, the lacing and the contrast color of the corset, making it possible to wear the corset with almost every outfit.


Finally the corset offers a nice AO, only problem is finding good animations that work with the corset, and this is the only downside to the corset, it makes using pose balls almost impossible, which at the same time makes it more realistic, it's not easy to sit down with a tightly laced corset in RL as well.

A nice solution to this problem came with the V1.1 corset, cloth layer corsets to wear under the real thing making it possible to hide the prim corset with the movement restrictions but still having it show, in a way.

i want to close with a final word about the service of KaS, the first time i tried to upgrade the corset something was wrong with the server and i didn't get an upgrade, the same day i got a IM from Salid that she had seen that i had tried to update and she told me she had fixed the server and i was able to update now, that's the way to keep your customers comming back.

Amethyst : Collar, slim

Collars are great fun. Aside from the visible mark of ownership, the leash and the rest of the controls really add to the experience of D/s in Second Life.

The "yank" on a leash to rapidly bring a slave to heel just *has* to be done once.. boom, you'll be addicted ;)

In my humble opinion, the Amethyst collar is the standard collar in SL. i have been wearing this collar since day one and i never regretted it.

The design is simple and not overdone, which i like; the scripting is the same and that's something i truly love.

You can control the color, the text on the collar and the little bell through the menu, or with voice commands. The newer designs come in a variety of models - something for every one.

The collar offers the option of one primary owner and several secondary owners. (Owners are the people who can give the wearer commands) It also comes with a wide variety of poses and a couple of animations.

The leash holder has a nice special option (aside from making the leash end up in the owner's hand, and not somewhere in their stomach.) It also gives you the option to control your subs movement, which can be great fun.

Another great feature is the fact that you can put third party scripts into the collar. We only use the couples plug-in, but i have seen some very nice tracking and speech control options.

The collar has an option for setting the commands to a channel, rather than main chat. i wish more people used it, as hearing everyone give their slaves orders really is chat spam.

Take it from me, using a channel is easy and makes it more exciting for the sub.

PS: while preparing for this story, the collar developed a malfunction. i just contacted the people at Sensations for help. i'll keep you posted!

KDC : the ponygirl bridle

This is lelo's entry. Personally, I love how this thing looks. The intricate straps, the bit, the feather... it all feels terribly authentic :)

this is the KDC bridle, it is for pony play and offers next to the great look a few simple functions you might expect from a collar, like a leash option, a lock option and of course a owner option.

The great thing about this bridle is all the add-on's it offers. Personally i wear it with the forehead triple feather ornament with pony talk by SubAlice Sands, and the jointed egg butt pelham copper roller bit.

I never went for the blinkers but there is a nice selection of them as well.

All these add-on's allow you to put together you own personal bridle without having half the ponygirls you know running around with the same bridle.

i put the pony talk in the feathers to make them more interactive and offering a simple way of communicating with the world, i'll go into this fun little plug-in in a later entry.

As you might expect from a product by Kyrah Abattoir, the look is very good, most of all the feathers. Adjusting the bridle takes a bit of effort but is worth the work.

The scripting is good but can't be compared to Amethyst collars.

Then there is the shop, which is as impressive as it is confusing, but you can easily find your way around it once you have gotten used to the scenery.

Prancing Harlot Designs : One-Pony Cart

I just love this cart. The best part of pony play, to me, is to be driven around and see the sights with my beloved magic pony, lelo.

We entered the Iron Pony trial with this cart : a cross-simulator endurance race along the Linden roads on the mainland organized by Marissa Akula, of Questionable Virtues.

We went across seriously bumpy country, and never had a hitch.

Simulator crossings can be wild in any vehicle : we bounced, sank in the ground, lelo went invisible.. we still made first place ;)

Linden Route One is another great ride we took in this cart. There is a lot to see in SL, and touring with your pony will give you memories to treasure.

The cart has a simple straight forward design, easy adjustable texture to personalize the look of the cart.

It supports one pony and two riders. Controlling the cart is easy, it uses the normal walking controls and page up/down controls the speed of the cart. Only taking corners takes a little practice; there's a little drift to the outside of the turn.

When we got it, it was a little low for me, making my hooves sink into the ground. A quick call to Alyssa Jessop, the owner and designer of PHD, and within minutes she adjusted the ride height to fit me perfectly.

Great customer service from her and the best was yet to come, a couple of months ago due to a Linden sponsored server hiccup, our beloved cart wouldn't rezz anymore, another call to Alyssa and the cart was replaced no questions asked, she even had the adjusted model still in her inventory and sent that one.

Fairlight balletboots

Best balletboots in SL, personally i love the ankle version, been wearing them for almost a year now, the locking sound still sends shivers down my spine.

A nice extra is the RL feature and that you can copy and color the boots the way you like. A big thumbs up for Fairlight.

Julia Faulkland, the owner, scripter and designer, only makes the boots in a ankle and knee high version. She has a nice looking, locking bondage mitten, which i still have to try personally, and that is all the bondage things she makes, which is a great pity her work looks great.
