It Looks Like Rain Dear

Christmas is coming, and with it, the time of year you hear Christmas songs on the radio so much, that by the time Christmas is here, you just want to bury the radio.

In a bunker. Under 10 feet of concrete. In another country.

But at this time of year, you also get to see lots of reindeer about. And SL is no exception. Which means it is time to dust off my reindeer outfit, and roam SL.

Looking like a cross between a ponygirl and a reindeer.

You don't see many ponygirl/reindeer in SL. So, here are is me, all reindeer'd up so that you can, should you be insane enough to want to pull Santa's sleigh on Christmas Eve.

First up, is the wonderful Latex Reindeer set from Kayliwulf. Complete with tail and antlers, and worn with the Morbid Play hooves and bridle in this pic.

The Harness is named Wild by *SS*.

The nose was something made a while ago by someone, just as a joke, but I liked it, and kept it.

Mesmerise Dungeon also make a latex reindeer set, and is well worth a look.

Complete with Antlers, a nose, nipple bells and a cute fluffy tail, this set is a worthy alternative to the Kayliwulf one.

For both sets, I have used the Reindeer Collar from "It Burns" which includes both chest and spine version, and has a sleigh bell jingle when you walk.

I am sure there are other reindeer sets out there which pony girls could utilise just as well to give Rudolph a break this year.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Carnivale

A fun new release from Kayliwulf, this is Carnivale - a creation of dear Daphne, this time.

Well, Laz can’t be the only one with good ideas ;)

This can be a bunch of different costumes, from goth to burglar - add a mask and you’re there.

The implants are optional, of course - lelo didn’t model them in this shoot.. no, I kid, my sweetie needs a little artificial assistance to look this curvy.

Good thing they’re not vertical stripes, huh? ;)

Halloween is on it’s way and as usual Kayliwulf is the first to bring a themed outfit.

I just love the skirt as you may know, and the corset and fingerless gloves are fun as well.

But the thing that really makes this outfit is the striped catsuit, it will make you stand out in a crowd.

Kayliwulf : Implants Shop and Here Comes Trouble

Under the main towers of Kayliwulf Kingdom, in the center of the island, is the new Implants Shop.

A central point where the outfits and implants themselves (eBoobs and Universal Implants) can be purchased was the motivation for the shop.

The entire Fetishdoll X line will include implant textures eventually - Laz is pulling late nights to make it so.

So what can we expect from Kayliwulf? More focus on the harder/fetishier stuff, as he says, and the implants certainly fit well along those lines.

We heard more, but I won’t tell tales out of school ;) The only gossip I’ll share for now is a surprise appearance of Laz as DJ this Saturday at 3PM SL... We’ll be there!

Latex Fashion Week at Dark Refuge

Latexiana Valeska, the designer at LaVa we covered last June, is holding a week-long latex fashion event at club Dark Refuge.

The club is pretty goth, a little fetish, yet vanilla-friendly. (I don’t know how well that works, but hey, they didn’t ask my advice.)

It’s also mostly German, which explains the Europe party times.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Bunny Club

Bunnies must be busty.. it’s tradition ;)

This is one of Kayliwulf’s classic outfits, Bunny Suit (violet), featuring the new implant applicator over eCorp’s eBoobs.

The latex texture looks very good, and for the moment you can use the skin-matching systems (we ran eCorp’s experimental new hud and got some fair results).

No doubt Laz will make the Kayliwulf skins available with the implants soon; lelo’s skin is from Kayliwulf, for example, and it would sure be nice to just choose the matching one.

This is a fun project, and everyone worked hard and really cooperated to bring you nice, shiny latex boobs.. hope you enjoy them!

Both boobs look good and i guess we have to do a side by side compare one of these days, if we can fit them both in one picture. *winks*

One little down side to all these applicators, you have to watch out where they attach to, lost my collar and wedding ring in the process.

The bunny suit is an oldie but goodie, brought back to life with the help of the boobs.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Universal Implant Applicator

A new development from Kayliwulf, the Universal Implant Applicator takes a bit of explanation.

It’s not precisely a product you’ll buy separately at KK.

Rather, if you use Implant Nation’s large breasts, you will now be able to add Kayliwulf textures to them, and wear them with your favorite latex outfits.

The textures are also compatible with eCorp!’s eboobs - slurls at the end of the post, as usual.

Kayliwulf latex textures for the Applicator are the brainchild of faithful KK employee (and our good friend) Candi Ragu.

She listened to customer feedback and made the suggestion to Lazarus, who launched in his usual frenzy of creation ;)

Expect to see the “Includes Universal Implant Applicator” logo on more and more of Kayliwulf’s outfits in the near future.

For now the applicator will be available for Black Galaxy, Red Shift and the Patrol series, of which i’m wearing the Pink Kitty Patrol.

The first two leave loads of bare skin so you better work on getting your skin tone just right. *smiles*

Applying the texture couldn’t be easier, just wear your Universal Implants and when they have initialized wear the applicator.

Ohh make sure your breast aren’t naked, the applicator only works when you are dressed.

Laz spent some extra time to make the wrinkles on the top just right.. did we ever tell you that we suspect he’s a bit of a breasts man?

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Dark Galaxy

Our first new Kayliwulf item in a while, introducing the just-released Dark Galaxy outfit.

The pointy shoulders have a fifties pulp sci-fi heroine look about them, and the corset is a new design, quite detailed.

We’re launching another boot week : ballets, this time. Lelo found some awesome new designs, so if you’re a fan, prepare to be spoiled.

The first ballets this week and the most difficult ones to walk in till date, and that’s a good thing when it comes to ballets. *winks*

Laz has made a good mix of prim and cloth-layer on the boots, and i love how he constructed the heels on these.

You might have noticed I'm a bit of a nut for ballets and especially look for a good toe-box and this one is pretty much the way i like them, boxy and with a stable flat point like the classic pointe shoes.

The corset looks quite lovely, pity it suffers a bit from what we call the black on black effect, still the bow on the right hip is a nice touch.

One little word of warning, the outfit uses both chest and spine so better beware when you wear a collar, you might send the wrong message.. *smiles*

Places - Venustus

Venustus is one of our regular hangouts : it’s gorgeous and peaceful.

It’s also a lesbian sim; that is, it’s for women only - male avatars get ejected on sight.

Fetish and BDSM are welcome - some humorous “Caution BDSM” signs have recently been added here and there near the main building.

Venustus is an old place. It was established in 2008, and grew over time to take over the entire sim.

It has changed looks a few times over the years, as the owner is an enthusiastic builder.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the security is very good - we’ve never even *seen* trouble.

And unlike strip clubs, there are no one-prim-penis noobs around ;)

There are regular events : Kayliwulf Kingdom is in every other Friday (next visit is June 11th!), and XTC Leather is also over regularly.

Even outside of the scheduled events, the club is usually busy, mostly focused around the dance floor.

A mall surrounds the club, full of fetish stores. There is ample seating outside the main building for snuggling and chatting. A lovely little beach offers a quiet corner for same.

Some very clean beach-front condos surround the island, separated from the club by a beautiful “lagoon”.

We love everything about Venustus : the look, the staff, the atmosphere, the visitors.. I swear, the average night sees better fetishwear than Bondage Ranch does.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Open Jacket Corset

We've featured the Open Jacket Corset in an outfit built around it (last week's Milky Way), but it is now available by itself.

It's a good-looking accessory, and since it's available in all colors of the Kayliwulf rainbow, you can use it to spruce up plainer outfits.

Here lelo is wearing it over a catsuit, and it makes a huge difference - literally a different outfit.

Like all Kayliwulf items, the corset is transferable, so there is only the jacket layer; designers don't want you to equip a bunch of your friends with their work.

You know what that look needs? Pink gloves! lelo, let's go shopping again!

Unlikely as it may seem this weeks Kayliwulf outfit consists of only two items, the corset and the laces on the back of it.

Small warning with the laces : they attach to the chest, and if that is where you were your collar like i do, your owner gets a bit of an alarming message.

As the name already suggests it's an open corset in the jacket layer, and bu open, i mean bare it all open.

We used a catsuit to keep our PG rating but you can just as well use some panties and a bra or a bikini to make it more decent.

Nice little extra to upgrade an existing outfit or something for a special night.. *winks*

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Milky Way

Milky Way is Kayliwulf's latest release, and I believe it's the first that only works in the v2 viewer; that is, there is no alternative boot included - something to keep in mind when you buy.

If you're living on Bora Bora and don't know what I'm talking about, the latest Second Life viewer introduces alpha layers, easily making inconvenient body parts invisible.

Quite ingenious: it will finally rid us of the messy invisiprims.

The cost, sadly, is that you must run the v2 viewer - you know, the one that looks like a demon ate the interface and puked.

A lovely white outfit, lacy and airy, with a demure, virginal feel.

2010-04-27 correction : There is a skirt included in the outfit which didn't make it in our evaluation kit, and you may request v1 compatible boots from Kayliwulf if you need them.

Milky Way is a brand new, 13-piece outfit by Kayliwulf.

It features the new Latex Vest Corset and as the name indicates, it's done in a bright white like the rest of the outfit.

In case you don't like the white version, the corset is also available in all Kayliwulf colors.

One word of warning, this corset is an underbust corset, which in the outfit is made decent with the included lacetex undercup bra.

The X2 ankle boots look great in Viewer 2, i just love it that we don't have to wear those bulky invisi prims.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Under My Pink Umbrella

Lelo likes her pink.. it's the doll in her.

So when she showed me this fun oldie, I said sure, it's neat and worth sharing.

This, then, is Under My Pink Umbrella, by Kayliwulf. It's one of a series which includes red, blue, black and yellow - the last being named Golden Showers.. for April, no doubt.

There is a Midnight Mania sign in the store... If you want a blue and white polka-dot latex bikini (is that how that song goes?), just come over and click, and you will receive it at midnight if enough people show up.

Umbrella is a 10 piece outfit, including a big color matched umbrella, which has it's own animation for the right hand.

The shirt and top are the ones we already featured a while back, still my favorite KK skirts.

The thing that really attracted me to this outfit are the pointe slippers that are included in the kit.

The set is completed with pink net-stockings and gloves.

A must have for all budding SL ballerina's... though i'm a bit unsure about what Laz wants to get across with the name of the yellow one.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Special Edition Latex Football Uniforms

A nice charity donation opportunity this week, this is the South Africa (modeled by lelo) and Haiti (worn by yours truly, at the left of the pic), and I'm proud to say I made my little donation.

As you see in the vendor pic, all proceeds from the sales of the Haiti outfit go to the Red Cross's relief effort.

Well, it's the first Kayliwulf outfit designed for the new SL viewer 2.

For a calm, expert reaction on the V2 viewer by Deirdre, please scream the following at the top of your lungs :

"AAAAAAHHHH!!!! ARE THE LINDENS ON FUCKING DRUGS??? WHAT IS THAT HORROR? WHERE IS EVERYTHING THAT I TOOK YEARS TO LEARN? WHAT IS THIS DEMONIC ABORTION? DID THEY HIRE MICROSOFT DEVELOPERS? AAAAAAHHHH!!!!"

The outfit comes with the lovely number 4 heels we like, and the mask texture looks new, and is quite detailed.

Brave souls who have already moved to the v2 viewers will enjoy Kayliwulf's cutting edge work.

Ok this is a milestone for SL and us : the first SL2 viewer clothing we are reporting about.

First things first though: WOAHHAAA!!!! where did they put all the controls and options we are used to, i feel like a bloody newb!!!!

Ok we switched back to the trusty old viewer and calmed down a bit, so back to the outfit.

Back in the old viewer the two improvements you get with this outfit are suddenly clear.

First there is the tattoo layer mask which goes missing in the old viewer, luckily Laz has included the "old" prim mask so you can achieve something close to the SL2 mask.

But i must say the SL2 option looks much better. *sighs* i guess we'll have to move on sooner or later.

The shoes show the new invisi option in SL2, no more bulky invisi prims, smooth lines, seems this is the way forwards, if only the Lindens would give us something we can recognize.

So nothing earth-shattering in this outfit, but still it's a sign of things to come, so get it and try the new viewer, but better take small steps into that new world. *winks*

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Innocence Enslaved

A nice white virginal outfit for lelo today, this is Innocence Enslaved, by Kayliwulf.

This is quite a change from her usual hooded rubberdoll look, and a reminder that Kayliwulf has a fair amount of variety of types of clothes, as well as a large number of models in each category.

We don't see a lot of white clothes, somehow - maybe it's the stigma of the grey un-rezzed?

Good contrast on a dark dance floor, I should think... but maybe this is more of a bedroom outfit.

Couldn't help it, the name of this outfit just caught my eye and i just had to have it.

It's a 10 part outfit, complete with the stiletto strap pumps, please be kind and turn off the bling.

The top, gloves and skirt are in that great Kayliwulf invention, lacetex. i just love it.

By the way the skirt is more like lace lining on the corset, so better beware of drafts.

The PVC & Chrome corset comes with one of Laz's patented (not sure if they are but he should) prim bows on the back, lovely little detail.

The shiny sheer stockings complete the outfit, which i would call sexy without being slutty.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Glass Slipper

We received a notice Saturday.. some pretty exciting news for shoe fetishists, I'd say :

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Burn Out

An elegant outfit from Kayliwulf, this is Burn Out.

The skirt is longer in back, giving a train effect. Well, a short train. A trainlet. A bus? ;)

The laced gloves join the top, making a fully covered look that is quite attractive.

The landing zone at Kayliwulf is still wallpapered with red outfits, so if you missed Valentine's day, or you really, really like red, now is a great time to drop by.

Laz did a great job on the skirt, this is the second improvement on my first Kayliwulf skirt, first he added the lace now he gave it a nice train, still loving it.

The other bit i really love about this one is the spanking dress top, and not just because of the name.

The open back of the top is nicely covered by the corset, showing just one buckle of it, but the bit that caught my eye is the front.

It has a high collar, which i love, and a great cutout showing just enough cleavage and amazingly no nipples, seems Laz is going more mainstream. *smiles*

Nice little head turner that you can wear to even the most PG of PG parties.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Mardi Gras

Festive colors.. it's the least we can say about this new outfit by Kayliwulf, called Mardi Gras.

It features the famous Kayliwulf laced stockings and gloves with contrasting gold eyelets, matching the corset back lacing.

The yellow lace at the sleeves and collar matches the yellow petticoat.

The laces at the back of the corset are attached to the chest and the lace collar attaches to the spine - if you're wearing a collar, it's pretty sure to be displaced by one of those, so you may want to shuffle things around.

Get dressed and go dance.. Carnival!!!

Mardi Gras is a 16 part outfit which makes a bold color statement.

I do love Laz's short little skirts, the way they move while you walk looks so very sexy, and the added lace really works for me.

Unlike other designers who add clothing items in all layers, with Laz you get a full outfit, including underwear, so no need to try all the items, click on the folder and wear it.

With this one you get the lovely heel 4 shoeshape in a thigh high boot version, still love the no fuss use of the clothlayer shafts, no adjustments needed.

One thing is for certain, you'll really stand out in a crowd with this little number.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Latex Kung Fu Uniform

It's Hidden Tiger, Crouching Dragon! Um, someone's hidden and someone's crouching. Whatever ;)

This gorgeous Kung Fu outfit from Kayliwulf ties in nicely with the Chinese New Year.

And I just had to dust off my moves.. this is Hero Standing Pose 16, from Sine Wave.

The outfit is good, and manages to give a feeling of looseness (well, the jacket does).

There is also a t-shirt included, for working out on hotter days, no doubt.

The heliotrope demo looks particularly good in this model, I find. Get a bunch of friends over and start a pink ninja clan!

Just kidding, you can obviously see this is a Kung Fu uniform, black is the classic color for this one but we think that the bright colors work better.

To get the best effect out of this outfit you better look for a good tai chi animation.

All fun aside i really like what Laz has done with this one, especially the use of a skirt as the bottom of the coat is a great idea.

And the shine could double as the shine of silk, so quite wearable in non-fetish sims.

There are two almost freebies to test, including the shown Heliotrope, which a lot of you real Kayliwulf Kingdom fans will have loads of. *smiles*
