Balanced Evil is when you oppress the peasants but you don’t starve them or burn down their churches, I think.
It’s also a great name for a fetish outfit featuring skulls arranged in yin-yang symbols.
The simple top and pants are one layer each, no needless inventory clutter here.
The color version of Balanced Evil (worn by yours truly) includes red, blue and purple, and the colors (the blue in particular) fairly burst off the screen.

Well this one really comes close to a freebie, which makes it a must have in my book.
