XTC Leather - Oblivion Leather and Metal

Xav does it again! How does he keep it fresh and hot every release? He must be a baker, that’s my theory ;)

Oblivion is a peek-a-boo leather catsuit with metal underwear in the best Red Sonya tradition.

There are a number of cool details on the catsuit: sleeve buttons reprised on the chest and the front of the thighs, bits of chainmail at the wrists, and a number of visible seams. The neck has a cross cut-out that is visible at a good distance.

The huge front and back cutouts are pretty striking. This is designed to show off the chainmail bikini, of course, and it sure does that. (Wear the chainmail top without the leather jacket to find as close to an Easter egg as I’ve ever seen in a SL outfit!)

You could conceivably wear a light catsuit under the leather but you’ll look like a panda - better stick with the chainmail.

The boots look good, although the pattern fades to grey from not too far away.

They are no-script, for which sim owners will love you, and you can easily resize them with standard SL controls. Just be careful, they’re no copy.

An original, inexpensive, versatile complete outfit. Thanks again, Xav :)

Some lovely leather for Mistress tonight, i got stuck with a metal bikini, did you know that stuff pinches? *winks*

Just kidding, it’s a lovely set, where you can wear the bikini by itself or wear it under the leather catsuit.

The other way around is a bit harder if you want to stay PG, Xavier did add nipple tape, but the cut out is very deep…

You also get the XTC boots in the set as well as a pair of fingerless gloves in the same metal as the bikini.

Just figured out why Xaviar included the nipple tape, ahh… much better no more pinching. *smiles*

XTC Leather - Exhibition

Every fetishist has their guilty pleasure, and mine is eighties-style pyramid studs, lots and lots of them in neat rows.

It seems Xaviar may be nearly my age, or he just likes all the same things I do by pure luck. (I’m tempted to say excellent taste, but as one of my friends likes to say, *good* experts are just the ones who agree with you.)

Exhibition, then, is a cool leather outfit, with several versions: skimpy, naughty, and outrageous ;)

For once I let lelo show off the less revealing one, and took the short top. Not that she’s dressed for Siberia or anything.

Gold pyramid studs cover every reasonable inch of Exhibition, in prim or clothes layer reasonable facsimile. I decided to wear the cool included choker, but I spun it 180° to put the roller buckle at the rear. The bracelets are copy, if you want to wear a ton of them :)

Great boots with a bold leather texture complete the outfit, and as usual, the outfit is extremely low-priced.

In the box you will find a complete outfit or even two when you only wear the underwear layer.

XTC Leather - Supremacy

I had a wonderful surprise yesterday. Our dear friend Xaviar Thunders mentioned that a site I showed him inspired a new outfit!

Heike, the Fetish Queen, is a German fetish model. She models tasteful, expensive leather and assorted fetishwear in the least porn-related way I have ever seen.

Aside from appearing on her own Web site, Heike is one of the catalog models for Crazy Outfits, the German store that makes the leather clothing she wears - the smartest arrangement I’ve seen.

So when Xav sent Supremacy over, lelo put it on and acquired a very recognizable Heike look :)

You’ll notice on the vendor pic a lovely pearl necklace, adding a very classy touch to the outfit. It is indeed an XTC product, but it’s sold separately.

(It used to irritate me when I saw in RL catalogs captions like “belt model’s own” on outfits shown with non-included accessories - Xav is smarter than that.)

So if you want a classy fetish look, head over to XTC - the vendor is right in the door, hard to miss.

Leather tonight and you know that leather usually means XTC when we report on it.

Supremacy is a complete outfit, which is more fashionable than kinky, but there are moments that even we need to dress a bit more conservative.

You get the skirt in 3 sizes and 3 length, i’m showing the long version of the skirt, keep in mind even the short version still comes to mid thigh, sexy but not sluty.

For the top you have the choice of a tube top or a turtleneck in classic black and matching gloves are included in the set.

Finally there are the boots, which look great with that zipper on the back of them and worth the price of complete outfit in my humble opinion.

A Lolas applier is sold separately and no, these are my own girls, no help from modern plastics. *winks*

XTC Leather - Ruby Leather Catsuit

I don’t know what happened to Ruby - it fell in the cracks of my inventory, and we forgot to feature it when it came out.

A recent visit to XTC reminded me about it, as it’s right in the New area. So it’s not this-week new but it’s still awesome, better late than never, yada.

We shared a few Mord-Sith like costumes with you over the years but this is the real deal. Ox-blood red for me, and (non canon but pretty darn hot!) black for lelo.

The ornate belt is very well captured, and the folds and shine show that Xav is a real leather lover. He even adapted his excellent leather boots to Ruby, matching the deep blood red - they’re sold separately, but they're not expensive at all.

Ruby is on the pants and shirt layer, allowing you to wear a jacket if you feel the generous décolleté needs a bit of covering up.

Just because I like to spoil you rotten, here’s a large picture of the original character - and I mean “suitable for poster-printing” large, mmkay? You’re welcome ;)

Leather tonight, which usually means XTC and no exception this time, Xaviar is still the master of SL leather.

Ruby comes in two colors, the classic black, or noir as Xaviar calls it and in red or ruby.

As you might expect with a XTC outfit you’ll get the catsuit in top and pants layer, giving you room for underwear and a nice jacket.

The gloves are optional, but really finish the outfit, could be me but i feel naked without them. *smiles*

Another great basic outfit from XTC, you just need to add some boots - either Xav's or others - and you are set to roam the fetish side of SL, or go all out and make it the base of an amazing personalized look.

XTC Leather - Resistance

Another versatile and inexpensive leather outfit from Xaviar Thunders, this is Resistance.

The pants have asymetric shine, the left leg being darker. This is a challenge for blog photography but shouldn’t interfere with regular wear in-world ;)

The top has an over bust and under bust version, and intricate ribbed designs and side laces.

The included gloves are elbow-length, and laced on the back, leaving a wide strip visible for contrast.

As usual you don’t get an overfilled box, still the 6 items in the box give you two outfit options and that’s not counting the optional gloves.

You get two corsets, one with and one without cups, luckily Xaviar supplies some nipple tape in the box.

Not sure if the tape is leather, but i would be very disappointed if they weren't. *winks*

Fun little leather number that should be perfect for a stripper, with these options it should pay itself back in one strip session. *smiles*

XTC Leather - Absolution

Xaviar Thunders is a great guy, but he’s terminally shy about notifying us about new items.

That means we have to swing by and see for ourselves, but as he has one of the best-looking stores in SL, it’s no huge hardship.

So this weekend, we came across his latest release, Absolution. It may have been there for a month for all I know, but we’re presenting it as new :)

It’s a gorgeous racer style jacket and pants combo, with a few good sexy bits thrown in as underwear, which you can see on our third pic.

Excellent detail as usual, including authentic stretch ribbing at the waist, contrasting (suede-look) leather on the sleeves and the back, and great leather shine.

The pants are a little more muted, although there’s good seams and shine at the top. Let’s call it stealth ;)

When we did our usual shopping trip on sunday, yes that’s when you can see your favorite bloggers in the wild.

We found the Absolution outfit at XTC leather, the big new signs are a dead give away, if only all designers made it that easy for us.

Not sure if the leather bikini will see much action, but the catsuit Mistress is wearing looks great and the bolero set i’m wearing stays on the right side of sexy.

XTC - Ultimatum Leather Outfit

Another amazing release from XTC, this is Ultimatum, a full outfit with a ton of variations.

I’m wearing the basics: leather jacket and pants. The texture is exceptional, as usual. Yeah, that’s not mathematical but it’s true :)

Soon as I put Ultimatum on, I thought, oh, this could become a regular outfit. (My friends see me wearing Pegasus often enough to assume it’s now part of my skin.. that’s what I mean by regular.)

The detail level is great, and you can see the studs, zips, even the zipper tab quite clearly from a good distance.

The stud patterns on the arms remind me of early North Beach Leather; same feel of classy mixed with biker.

The metallic-look sweater and bikini are pretty cool, and lelo pried off her latex briefly to model it ;)

She also modeled the gloves, since they kind of turn the jacket into a catsuit top from a distance - you may or may not want that look.

Another round of leather tonight and this time i’m not sitting it out, but then this is XTC Leather.

There are 9 items in the kit, giving you quite a few options, lets start with the bikini, yes there is one and to make things more interesting for you bondage bunnies, it’s knitted metal.

To cover up the bikini you get a sweater and once again knitted metal, don’t complain if it’s an itchy sweater, we did warn you. *winks*

Two prim sleeves give the sweater life and a realistic look.

Next comes the leather in the form of pants, jacket and matching gloves, wear them all and you get a very good catsuit look.

The pants offer a open version, though you do need suspender belts or the pants will be around your ankles in no time. *smiles*

XTC Leather - CorruptCop and JailBird

You have the right to remain... sexy ;) Yeah, it’s a cheesy line but I love it.

Some classic costumes from XTC, as I promised last time. I’m wearing CorruptCop and lelo is wearing Jailbird.

Cop comes with four pairs of boots: the black leather I’m wearing in the pic, and three alligator leather ones: plain, black and cream.

The boots have invisiprims and so are suitable for v1 users, and a no-foot alpha is included. Mod but not copy, so careful ;) The whole outfit is trans, suitable for gifts.

One clothing layer for the top and the hotpants, in the usual excellent XTC tradition of good leather highlights and folds. Cool shiny prim handcuffs at your belt and a very good police cap are included.

I might add some mirror aviator shades and a nightstick for a costume party, but this is a good basic costume right out of the box. Go personalize it and have fun!

Well a few days to Halloween and we kept this one just for the occasion.

This is a fun couples outfit even if the cuffs don’t work, people should get your are together.

Jailbird comes with everything you see in the picture, well lelo is not included in the pack, but the rest is.

This includes the lovely boots and fun cap, both are prim and are just the way we love them, simple.

You also get a skirt with the by now mandatory prim insert to hide Ye Olde Linden booboo.

So add a pair of working cuffs and you can steal the show at the upcoming Halloween parties.

Preview - XTC Boots

Our friend Pet was nearly bubbling with excitement when she called us this week: she had a hot XTC tip to throw our way, and did we want to see it?

Yeah, it didn’t take too long to ponder that one ;)

So she showed up tonight and modeled for us the new, upcoming, not released yet.. XTC mesh boots!

The shape looks really good; Xav is such a leather lover that I expected no less. The folds look really good, and the colors are meant to match his existing outfits.

If the boots seem a little dark, they are probably meant to complement and not take focus away from the outfits.

No actual release date available yet, except “after Hallowe’en”.

XTC Leather - Mach 7 and DarkMatter

Lelo told me the other day “We haven’t featured leather in ages.” When I got back on my chair, I agreed and we dropped by XTC.

Xav’s been busy, and we have two of his recent outfits (in case I’m being too subtle, that means more are coming!) tonight: I’m wearing Mach 7, and lelo has DarkMatter for women - yes, there’s a men’s version, as with many XTC outfits.

Mach 7 is a double outfit: a tiny bra and tiny tiny bikini panties, and some nice black pants, gloves and a white jacket.

The gloves have designs matching the pants, which I hope aren’t mystical demonic symbols that will make my monitor bleed at midnight. ;)

The jacket is a cool belted bolero; it washes out a bit in our studio, but you can see it better in Xav’s vendor pic. He takes some of the best vendor pics we see, I should note.

XTC Leather - Phantom Womens

Xav called me with this gorgeous outfit, said I might like it even though it wasn’t very “fetish”.

I know there are no rubber tubes going into orifices not generally intended for them or anything like that, but the day a leather catsuit covered in zips and straps and laces doesn’t rate a post, I’m hanging up my fetish blogger hat (it’s a leather military cap, obviously.)

Phantom, this gorgeous leather fetish outfit, then, has Xaviar’s trademark amazing leather textures, and features military-style buttoned straps, side lacing (for that perfect fit) and decorative sleeve zippers.

It doesn’t look like it, but it reminds me of the old Zoom Bizarre Atomage homage catsuit : an “activity center”, as I refer to it privately, with lots and lots of fun moving parts ;)

There are also a pair of long gloves in the box that have the same straps as the jacket.

The skull on the belt of the chaps really gives them that biker girl feel, sadly the jacket hides the belt so you’ll have to wear the bra with the chaps, still there are worse looks out there. *winks*

XTC Leather - Revolution

A summer weight bike babe outfit, brand new from XTC, this is Revolution.

The cropped jacket is fun, leaving the midriff bare - well, the rear too, if you have a lower back tattoo you want to show off.

As usual, the leather textures are awesome, and you like them the more you look. Shinier jacket cuffs, seams, the cool X buttons (maybeis Xav sneaking his initial in).

The chaps have a garter belt look, fun in SL, not possible in RL. Good leather folds along the legs, too.

The bra and panties are pretty much as skimpy as possible.

Wear this outfit on your motorcycle and you won’t want for attention.. maybe even love , too ;)

It was high time for some new leather from XTC and Xaviar didn’t disappoint us.

Revolution isn’t quite a revolution but it is a good looking little number.

Top and bottom are fully clothed with a jacket and a pair of chaps.

All the sexiness is around the waist where you only get a garter holding up the chaps and a tiny string bikini bottom.

The leather looks a bit closer to patent, not sure if Xaviar is preparing to make a step into latex or that he got hold of some cheaper leather. *winks*

Next to the jacket, chaps, string you also get a pair of matching gloves and a bra.

There is also a snake tattoo included in, surprise surprise, tattoo layer. *smiles*

XTC Leather - Def Con Leather Dress and Boots in Chocolate

We keep in touch with Xaviar, sharing spectacular pics and cool things we find. In this latex world, a good leather designer is a friend to cherish :)

He drops a bomb on us tonight : the Def Con Leather Dress, in rich chocolate-colored leather with distinctive leather braided seams.

It’s hot off the press - like, coming out at the store as I write this. God I love exclusives :)

Def Con is a gorgeous little leather dress, in biker “indian” style, with XTC’s usual excellent textures, perfectly matching skirt prim part, and a good variety of openings if the skin you want to show off is your own.

The matching (but not included) boots fit me out of the box. They don’t come with a resize script, so take a copy and edit by hand - it’s pretty straightforward.

So if you want to stand out from the latex crowd - not that there’s anything wrong with latex! - you know where to go.

Def Con comes in 3 stages, Def Con 3 is what Mistress is wearing the full dress, with Def Con 2 you lose the front panels and Def Con 1 (aka global nuclear war) opens up the back of the dress.

You get the dress in the pants and shirts layer, just where you would expect it.

Xaviar also added gloves and net stockings to sweeten the deal, and they do work great together.

As expected the leather texture is quite yummy and chocolaty and it’s also used on the matching boots.

The boots, which are sold separately, are of a simple fashionable style, well i guess a heel like that would put them in the fetish category in RL.

Finally i just have got to mention the prim skirt inlay, hiding that awful SL cloth skirt, i might have said this before, but i do love these little prims.

XTC Leather - Prison Planet with Red Boots

A different texture for Xav’s leather this release, Prison Planet is more suitable for action adventure heroines than the runway.

The texture of the leather is very big-grained, which is best viewed at mid to long range.

If you look very closely at the straps on the corset (and a certain designer warned you in advance), you’ll note they look like straitjacket bits.

Another cool detail to add to your “Escaping from the prison planet” roleplay... hey, maybe Xav watched Sucker Punch!

The (sold separately) boots are script-free. That’s pretty cool, and as they’re full mod, you get to stretch and squeeze them to fit as you like using standard edit functions (hint : Edit, control-shift!)

The included note recommends to make a copy before you start. Having ruined a prim-based outfit (in the distant past!), I attest that this is excellent advice.

According to our famous fetish fashion shopper, Pet, the boots will soon be available in all the striking XTC colors.

Prison Planet comes with the options we show here.

You get two top options, well a leather bustier with a net body and a roll of sticky tape, and somehow i ended up with the tape. *winks*

Then you’ll find a pair of leather pants and a tiny string which completes the net body, once again i ended up with the string.

You’ll also get a great looking red leather corset, which covers most of the net body which pretty good on it’s own, you just don’t need to be scared to show a bit of skin.

Finale clothing part are the good looking leather gloves we’ve seen before with other XTC products.

The real news are the boots which are something new for Xaviar, but that’s Mistress department. *winks*

XTC Leather - Oppression

“HELP! HELP! I'm being oppressed!”.. well, the original Python line is “repressed” - don’t misquote to a fan, they bite ;)

This is XTC’s latest release, hot off the press : Oppression.

What a great name.. Oppression by Xaviar Thunders.. sounds like Obsession by Calvin Klein.

Xav was kind enough to give me an advance version for our anniversary party at Rubber Room - you’ll spot it if you look awful close at the first and last pictures of the set.

Speaking of pictures, look at the vendor pic and you’ll see four lovely models named : the contest winners for this month.

Obsession is one of those impossible - or at least really not easy - to make in RL outfits. We’re lucky XTC is in SL and not competing with Jean-Claude Jitrois in Paris.

Belts anyone? Seems Xaviar heard that Mistress has a thing for them and he does aim to please.

You can choose between 4 different colors: violet and noir, as worn by Mistress, and blood and sapphire, worn by me.

The set comes with gloves, pants, corset all nice and belty, you also get a nice leather bikini and nipple tape, all color matched.

The corset is connected to the pants by, you guessed it, another belt that runs all the way down the leg.

Lovely party outfit and the bikini can be used at the beach, just don’t swim in it, it’s leather after all.

XTC Leather - BlackOut

I’m addicted to XTC.. If I don’t get a catsuit now and then, I feel withdrawal symptoms ;)

Well Xav was kind enough to give me my fix for the week, a sleek catsuit called BlackOut.

This is a catsuit with some fun accents : the front and side lacing don’t only look good, they’re pretty authentic.

See this reproduction of the 60’s AtomAge design by Zoom Bizarre (Sadly, a company which has had some serious difficulties for some years - don’t order there.)

Lacings on the hips prevent the heartbreak of “closet shrinkage” in real life - no danger in SL, fortunately.

I like the variety of different tops, showing more or less cleavage, as you choose that day.

The BlackOut catsuit offers you one pair of leather pants and a choice of 4 tops.

The pants are straight forward with an inserted stretchy panel on the side that is continued on the tops.

The tops all have that panel and a nice laced corset style front, you can pick how much you want to show up top.

Xaviar kindly added a roll of tape, just for that little bit of modesty. *winks*

Finally you’ll find a pair of lovely elbow length gloves in the package, just add some nice shoes or boots.

XTC Leather - KillSwitch

I called Xaviar to show him our DeVicious post.. a leather designer has to love bike babes, right? We had a nice chat, and he sent me the KillSwitch oufit for review.

I was about to thank him, when he sent me four more KillSwitch tops :)

The colors are so nice that I had lelo cloned to show all of them off at once. Now I need a four-pony cart! ;)

The long pants have a more subdued shine than other XTC pants we’ve seen, but they do look good.

One thing I certainly won’t miss when I switch to to a v2 viewer is the way invisiprims chew up pant bottoms.

What’s that? Wear more hotpants in the meantime?

KillSwitch is the beginning of a new clothing system by Xaviar at XTC Leather.

In the base set you get leather pants, shorts and a bikini bottom and also the golden top.

All the other tops can be bought and added to the outfit so you can make the outfit you like.

Now this is what i would call recycling the SL way, not that there is a real need for recycling pixels but it’s the thought that counts. *winks*

As you might expect from XTC Leather the texture is very good and all three bottoms work great with the tops.

You decide how much leg you want to show.... *smiles*
