XTC Leather - Darkness and StrangleHold

We had a pretty cool visit at the studio : XTC designer (and male model!) Xaviar Thunders himself.

Astute readers (ok, most readers) will notice we adjusted the studio background to let Xav’s cool snow-white hair show up properly.

Xav is wearing his newest outfit, Stranglehold (he ran out of snake names, I guess) while I’m modeling Darkness, a great corset plus accessories.

The corset itself is on the shirt and pants layer, and the bra and panties are right where they belong.

Gloves (well, laceup wrist, Xena-style things) and stockings are included - just add heels and you’re there.

Gorgeous as usual.. keep spoiling us, Xaviar :)

StrangleHold (worn here by the man Xaviar himself) and the female version Constrictor have a simple design, but that makes them prefect for the general public.

You get the jacket in shirt layer and the pants in pants layer, the pants are mod so you can wear them over shoes or in boots.

A pair of, again simple, gloves complete this low priced outfit and don’t get me wrong the simple is what makes this one special.

They are selling like hot cakes so better hurry before SL runs out of prims *winks*

XTC - Bloodstone and Garnet

We have some pretty awesome news : our favorite male model, Seph Ishelwood, has returned from his sabbatical, and we pounced on him and covered him in XTC Leather ;)

He’s wearing the very cool Bloodstone outfit, and Xaviar did it again, making a men’s leather outfit which looks good, and is neither too over-the-top nor boring.

I’m modeling the matching-colored Garnet outfit, a detailed top and hotpants combo with Xaviar’s signature arm and leg bands. The rich red color is just gorgeous, but may be tricky to match to shoes and accessories.

A few nice prim ties are included for a touch of realism. There’s a version of the top and the shorts without armbands, if you don’t care for them.

A note about the vendor pic : Xav ran a model search, and Ceara was February’s winner.

Congratulations, sweetie, and thanks for showing off XTC so nicely!

Here’s proof that Xaviar also makes great leather clothing for men : unlike most stores we know, half his store is dedicated to the guys.

Seph is wearing the Bloodstone, which has lovely lacing down the sides and as usual a great leather texture.

The red flame effect looks great and gives the outfit its name.

From the left over leather Xaviar made Garnet, and there wasn’t much leather left. *winks*

Ohh in case you got confused the petite blond one is Mistress wearing the Garnet.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Latex Gothic Vest Suit (Black)

Another delightful men's outfit from Kayliwulf, shown here by our favorite male model, Mr. Seph Ishelwood, who recently put in a serious work week at the Men's Wear Fashion Week.

I think Lazarus has hit on the perfect mix of classy men's wear and latex fetish, and all his recent releases have been hits.

In fact, since we've had a few good men's outfits lately, we've added a men's wear label tonight, and we'll be adding it retroactively to our previous posts.

Maybe it's a failing, but I'm pretty happy with the little talk we gave at Dominion some months back, and I thought hey, it's good enough to keep it handy for anyone who missed it. So, voilà, a link.

To return to the outfit (me so meta!) it's cool, with just enough detail to make it three-dimensional : the hat, bow tie, and black shirt buttons make it come to life.

The matching-colored socks are adorable.. just needs a handkerchief now ;)

Laz's newest creation for his fetishboy collection, which can be found on the first floor in the store nowadays.

The outfit includes: a vest, pants, shoes, a top-hat, a bow-tie, shirt studs and cuff-links plus 16 colors of matched tux shirts and socks.

And is available in all 26 kayliwulf colors and there are two demo colors for just 10 ls.

The shoes are just a shoe base but work surprisingly good this way.

Seph has it easy with his short hairs, no fiddling with the top-hat. *smiles*

A good looking outfit, add a good shape, skin and hair and you'll be sweeping the girls or boys off their feet.

Male Riding Gear

Just to show I'm fair and not totally female oriented in my shopping, you guys can also pick up a few rather nice equestrian outfits for yourselves.

Mako Magellan offers a wonderfully detailed complete set, including I believe a hunting horn. Sadly, not having a need nor the male shapes, I haven't purchased this item.

Included are a traditional English red riding jacket, jodhpurs, boots and the detail is suitable to convince any pony you are the boss.

Weighing in at just under L$1200 for the whole set, though I understand the items are also available as separates for those on a budget.

Alternatively, E Watkins offers riding outfits for men also, and at a bargain price. Textures on the clothing are well put together and certainly create the look.

Riding jackets are L$300, jodhpurs are L$75. The riding boots are L$500 and look great on.

If the perfect English gentleman look is not your style, perhaps looking at some of the western based sims and stores can offer up a wonderful cowboy or ranch style.

There are so many to choose from that it's hard to single just one out, and, requires some more shop hopping to research :)

There is also the cavalry outfit featured a few weeks ago in men's sizes for a little more variety.

If i can find a rich, male volunteer, I will cover these in more detail. Sadly, this is something that isn't in my inventory, nor do I feel it would be prudent to get some.

Whichever look or style you guys go for, there is no reason us girls should get to have all the dress up fun, and jeans and a t-shirt just doesn't do it if you are serious.

So go on, get yourself some special riding gear to train your ponies in. Tell them Jaydana sent you. It wont get a discount, but it might get me a freebie.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - The Count

Another outfit for the men.. I think Lazarus looked at his wardrobe and found it a little bare, judging by his recent offerings.

This is a classy look, and the classic Transylvanian medal is a nice wink at the old Dracula movies.

The cape is nice and simple, with straight lines and no unnecessary parts.

I love the white gloves, they're another impeccable touch... I just love this whole outfit, not a bad thing to say about it.

As I told Seph, (the utterly dependable and recommended mister Ishelwood), now go and make the girls swoon ;)

The Count is a 12 piece outfit which has a real royal feel to it.

The combination of black with the dark red works very good, take a look at the cape, the dark red lining is pppprrrfect. *winks*

Another thing you might want to give a real good look are the shoes, took me a good second look before i figured out that this are in fact socks, amazingly good textured socks that is.

The bling cuff links are a nice little touch, giving the outfit that little bit extra and for once the bling isn't to much.

So get ready for that royal dance during the holidays... *smiles*

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Black Tie Required

We've been meaning to run these pics for a few weeks now, but Kayliwulf kept introducing new or seasonal outfits.

Finally Laz is taking a breather, and we can show you this excellent latex tux, called Black Tie Required.

The whole look is awesome and classy, with latex shine sprayed on, so to speak.

I love the back of the knee folds, the ruffled shirt.. the dozens of details that just make the whole thing look so authentic

As we said before, it's good to see great outfits for the men... I mean, they can't *always* be naked ;)

Laz has made a great looking tux in latex, complete with walking stick, gloves and bow tie.

The great looking shoes are also part of the complete kit, and after shopping for a friend some time back i know how hard it is to get good men's shoes in SL, well hard for the men who don't want to wear high heels. *winks*

Sadly Seph's lovely shape and hair isn't included. *smiles*

So better run to KK, with luck they have a BOGO sale and you can get Saucy Jack and this one in one go.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Saucy Jack And Saucy Jill

Feeling Victorian? We've got Saucy Jack and Saucy Jill tonight, the new releases from Kayliwulf.

The color is fun, a mix of maroon and black, with gold buttons for highlights.

The gentlemen's outfit is well made, the cape and vest are definitely a touch of class.

The ladies' outfit is a little shorter of skirt than strict realism would require, but we won't quibble, the garters make up for it ;)

We called our friend Seph Ishelwood to model Jack for us, and once again, I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Now all we need is a 19th century themed party, and we're all set.

Here is something new for us, his and her outfits.

Jill is a 19 piece outfit and offers quite a few fun items like the hat and the new laced ankle boots.

You'll also find lacetex stockings and arm gloves, which work perfectly with the rest of the ensemble and when you are feeling extra sexy you can strip and reveal the lacetex bra and string.

The Goth top has great looking ruffles at the arms and neck, i just love details like that.

Seph is showing the Jack ensemble which really goes well with the Jill i'm wearing, showing up at a party dressed like this should get people talking.

Jack has 13 pieces including a fun top hat and some funky glasses.

I'm glad that KK offers some good male or better fetish boy clothing, can't let us girls have all the good clothing in SL, we'll take 99%.. *winks*

Elixir - Serpent

As I promised in our last Elixir post, here's some fashions for the boys : an extremely neat outfit called Serpent, modeled by Seph Ishelwood, one of the friendly models we met during LFFW.

(Seph is dependable and zero-fuss : I recommend him wholeheartedly.)

Elixir has a space theme, as well as fetish. I'd say this is the perfect outfit for a slave boy on a space station.. but you'll have to supply your space shoes, none are included. ;)

Beautifully detailed textures, the top in 3 clothes layers so you have options. Numerous colors, as you can see in the ad we snagged.

This store is definitely worth a visit. Tell them lelo sent you, that ought to confuse them.

lelo:Great use of texturing and prims in this one and an amazing fresh design from Khorus Magne.

The pads in the texture give the clothes a good 3D look, i had to really zoom in to check if he hadn't used prims.

The cutouts are really revealing and give the outfit a very sexy look, first time i see a good sexy outfit for men in SL, could be i didn't give them that much attention till now. *winks*

The thing that really stands out with this outfit, no not that part, are the prim leggings which give the outfit it's unique look.

So guys, if you want to show your sexy side get one of these, the girls will love it, well i do anyway... *smiles*
