Drakke's Design - Dragon and Demon Boots

It seems hard to believe but it’s a year to the day since we posted about Drakke... I need a better system to keep track of designers.

As we were having a peek in the store, Mandrakke himself dropped by and said hello, and pointed us to his cool new releases, the knee-high Dragon (which I am wearing) and the ankle-length version, Demon, modeled by lelo.

That wild heel caught my eye.. and my leather pants.. and the drapes.. No, I kid. It’s really gorgeous work.

If you like all the color combinations, there’s a fatpack of each model. Note that if you’re using the trusty old viewer 1, you’ll want to take a bit of time to fit the Dragon just right. Invisiprims are included.

This is a fierce-looking boot, perfect for a goth-style domme. Stay tuned, we hear new fetish boots are coming up after Christmas :)

a second pair of boots this week, made by Mandrakke from Drakke’s designs this time.

I’m wearing the Demon ankle boot, which comes in red/chrome, black/black, black/chrome, black/gold and white/white.

Clicking on the boots gives you access to the re-size options, including a reset option and a kill script function, the fight against lag concerns all of us.

There is also a pointy little HUD button that gives access to another menu, which lets you control the glow and the little teeth on the front of the boots.

So when you are into Dungeon’s & Dragon’s these are the boots for you, just be aware that these boots have pointy spikes, so don’t wear them around any rubber dollies. *winks*

Drakke’s Designs - Lil' Naughty and Misbehaving RLV

Do Christmas boots go into stockings? I’m all confused! ;)

Introducing the Lil’ Naughty and Misbehaving boots by Drakke Designs.

We haven’t featured a good Christmas-themed boot since our early days with the Armyst boot.

The Lil' Naughty ankle boots feature a color-change HUD. The included colors are lustrous and vibrant, you’ll have fun shopping for matching outfits.

The Misbehaving are not color change, but the colors are available as different models.

RLV and v2 support are becoming popular (I won’t say standard) features, and these boots offer them.

You’ll want to take a moment to position and resize them just right - did I tell you how wonderful the Cipher pose stand is for that? ;)

24 days till Christmas, so its time for our first seasonal foot wear and this year it’s Drakke who gets the ball rolling.

The Lil’Naughty are the ankle boots and are Drakke’s first boots on which you can play with the colors.

You get a nice little hud that controls the colors of the boot’s cuff, seam and foot. You can select black, red white or a very festive green.

The Misbehaving RLV support.. yes you guessed it RLV but now figure out how to get into the RLV menu.. *smiles* i’m not telling...

The menu is based on the open collar script so you don’t have to worry about that.

The one thing both boots have in common are the furry tops, which will add about 5000 to your rendering costs.

So hurry to Drakke's and get a start on your fetish holiday outfit, 24 days and counting...

Drakke - Starry Freebie and Store Move

We discovered Drakke Designs a short while back, and Mandrakke sure adopted us.

He keeps us informed of new developments, sends us the store’s new SLURL, tells us about freebies, sends us flowers - well, no, not quite, but nearly ;)

So. The store has moved, and is now taking a good quarter of the sim at Bounty Bay II.

It’s big, but it’s really clean and well laid out, has wonderful high ceilings (you know by now how I hate the cramped little boxes), and a cool black theme, a gorgeous fountain... it’s pretty much what I’d build if I had talent ;)

To celebrate the store move, Mandrakke made one of his best-seller ankle boots free in white, and the black model a cheapie at a stunning 50L$.

By the way, designers, are you listening to the broad hint, here? Keep us posted, and we’ll keep posting about you ;)

Now how goes that old rule again, don’t wear white shoes after.. some day or another.. well i really don’t care these boots are good looking and even more important they are free... well free for group members, but then that is free also.. *smiles*

Ok back to the boots, not true fetish boots but the stiletto heels are sharp enough to be dangerous in the.. ehh on the wrong feet.

You get the boots with an invisi prim for Viewer 1 users and the alpha mask for the Viewer 2 users, how’s that for good service.

The belt and the little stars on the chain are a fun extra for the boots, making them stand out a bit more.

Drakke’s Design - Restraint and Locked

Remember the eighties? ;)

No, no, not the Saturday Night Live Goat Boy sketches, it’s just what I told Mandrakke when I saw those cool ankle boots with the chains and cuffs - clip-on boot bracelets were big back then.

Mine are called Restraint, and feature a neat handcuff on the left boot and the most adorable little BDSM triskele sign rotating under the heel - talk about not possible in RL.

Those are not new releases - au contraire, they are some of Drakke’s best-sellers.

Don’t forget to tell Mandrakke where you saw them ;)

Some nice ankle boots by Drakke, mostly fashion wear but with a fun little BDSM twist.

The boots have a nice suede look, though he comes close to black on black we love to hate. *smiles*

The big belt is just for show, sadly, and the locked, which i’m wearing, has a couple of nice looking boot chains with loads of little locks.

A great detail is the little key between the sole and the heel with the rotating rings around it.

As with his other boots there is a good working re-size script in the boots which can be delete when the boots fit.

The boots offer the old invisible foot prims or the newer viewer 2 alpha masks.

Great boots for a fun night on the town...

Drakke's Designs - Obsession

Want some brand-new, hot-off-the-press, shiny, funky-heeled, platform crotch-high boots?

Drakke’s Designs knows you do ;) So here are the just-released “Obsession” boots.

They’re based on the same prims as the Elektra ankle boots we’ve shown you, but the contrasting lucite sole highlights the foot shape really nicely.

A RLV version of Obsession will be released on Friday, and you’ll be able to get them soon (at a discount!) on the Second Life Marketplace (the artist formerly known as XStreetSL).

A v2 version is included, and fiddling to adjust the boots to be tight but not show skin was a little challenge that had me yearning for alpha stockings, I’ll admit.

Gorgeous fetish boots - you see that you don’t need much to make a fetish outfit with them ;)

When we were talking to Mandrakke a little while back he told us he was working on some crotch high boots.

To say Mistress was a little interested is an understatement, so she was quite happy when she received these today.

As usual the adjustments with high boots like this take a bit of work, but this is as good as it can get till we get mesh and it delivers what it promises.

Nothing says Domme like thigh high or even like these crotch high boots.. well maybe a whip and a stern look, but a pair of boots is easier on the eyes. *winks*

Drakke's Designs - Elektra Fetish Boots

Some fun ankle boots from Drakke, these are the Elektra Fetish Boots.

The wild heel and platform hide a very good foot shape, and the shine is bold and quite good.

If you drop by the gorgeous main store, don’t miss the 50L$ cheapie “Starry” boots by the door.

I just love when a designer gets the name of a product totally right.

These boots are really a fetishists dream, extreme high heel, good looking platform and a nice latex shine.

And the Elektra in the name must be the fun, build in, Neon lights, which are controlled by a nice little HUD.

The boots themselves have a good resizing script and the option to kill the script when done.

Only thing missing might be a locking script, but hey, most of you will have a nice little relay that can take care of that.
