A lovely and fun new outfit from XTC, this is Onyx. It’s pretty short and skimpy, so I wore my long Python boots for warmth ;)

Xaviar dropped by the store as we were shopping, and it’s wonderful to watch a designer give good customer service. He said hello, went to help a customer, then came back and chatted with us.

And while we were there, Xav reminded us about Richter, a hot little croco party dress in a bunch of good colors : black, blue, brown, red, and violet.

Well I’m all for anything that leads to fewer crocodiles around (can you eat the buggers?) even virtual ones, so this little dress gets the Deirdre seal of approval ;)

Onyx is a simple biker chick outfit, but the people who knew us way back when will understand how this one is a bit special for us.

My lovely Deirdre used to have this look for quite some time, her first Leather Goddess look, ok so she improved her look over time. *smiles*

You get two options with Onyx, with or with out the arm and leg straps.

The little prim laces on the short, short, shorts and arm straps are a fun little extra.

The Great House of Meiji

While searching profusely for more landmarks to add to the pony directory this week, I came across a place I had not seen listed before.

Naturally, being the inquisitive journalist I am, I teleported right away for a look around. And within just a few minutes I was very impressed with what I found.

On first rezzing here, I was presented with a large barn surrounded outside by the usual things you might expect to see on a farm.

The grass in the fields was long, knee high in many places, and the pathways a muddy dirt trail. Perfectly in keeping with the farm setting.

All the expected features of a typical pony stable are here, including barrels, dressage fields and a slalom. A steeple is also situated nearby, along with a cart shed.

Set 2600 metres above sea level, this stable spans the Ananke sim and spreads over the adjoining sims too, providing ample carting space.

Still very much a new stable and a work in progress, and with a third sim to join with the existing two for the stable, this is a large and promising build.

And should you require more than just a stable, the ground levels of this idyllic island are just as impressive, packed with a variety of activities, should you need to change the pace, with a dungeon, pool parties and beach to name just a few.

The sim owner has also assured me that they are in the process of adding cart trails on the ground level too.

Performance Tack On a slightly different note, I decided to dust of some of my older pony tack items, including the CCP bridle for the first time in a while. And I was shocked at just how much less lag I seemed to suffer from as a result. So, what I now would like to see if any tack creators want some new ideas, how about some low prim performance tack? I will be the first to admit that some of the older hooves look less attractive than the latest sets, but they also contribute to a lower Avatar Rendering Cost. What do you say? New, low prim yet attractive hooves? Please?

Latex Station - Lala Nun and Ichi Nurse

Two standards with Latex Station’s inimitable spin on them, the naughty nurse and sexy nun : I’m wearing Lala Nun, and lelo Ichi Nurse. The names? You’ll have to ask Chill3 ;)

Lala is entirely v1, no tattoo layers or related surprises. The bust part is probably meant for your bustier nun, it rides a bit low on me.

The headdress is neat, and gives a bit of a space-helmet effect. I’m wearing it without hair (and you can count on the fingers of your left hand the minutes I have spent without hair these last three years ;)

The stockings are footless, so you’ll need to supply your footwear (or apply to Mother Superior, I suppose). The texture suggests Chanel’s famous quilted leather - no vow of poverty for *this* nun ;)

As we did some superhero costumes last night, we though we should stick to the theme and give you some more costumes tonight.

I think Ivonne and Chill had some fun making these outfits, they are extremely fun in my book.

The Nurse outfit comes in the usual high quality latex we know from Latex Station. The color combination is great i just love the combination of red, black and white.

You get 3 prim items in the kit, the lovely little nurses cap, a matching belt with a pair of massive syringes and a third syringe to be held in your hand.

Only thing not in the kit are boots, so i hope you have a pair you can use. *smiles*

SuperStuff - Carol and Emma

Our friend and freelance fetish shopper (and yes, we’ll have more to tell you about that soon!) Diaperedpet Jewell introduced us to SuperKara Kline, the owner of SuperStuff.

Regular readers know I love my heroines, and it didn’t require too much Kryptonian arm-twisting to convince us to run a few of new nice designs : I’m wearing Carol, the Ms Marvel-inspired costume, and lelo is wearing Emma, the White Queen from X-Men.

Carol is a faithful rendition of the recent-ish Ms Marvel from Dark Reign (go look it up!) and and Emma is a good adaptation of the classic White Queen, with the collar borrowed from the more recent books.

The observant reader will recognize the Gotham skyline. (We just had to have a rooftop shot!)

You might have noticed that we love to do some heroines now and again, especially Mistress has a thing for them.

One of the costumes she still wanted was MS. Marvel, so when Pet showed her the new costume by SuperKara, she was sold.

For me we took Emma, aka Emma Frost aka the white queen, as it would look good with my hair and blue eyes.

The outfit comes with lovely fluffy shoulder-pads, a snow white cape, lovely gloves and thigh high stocking/boots. The corset with it’s prim bow looks great.

Only thing letting this outfit down are the nurses safety shoes, but then i’m sure you’ll have some nice white boots to take care of that, seems Bax has some very nice white ones. *smiles*

So time to save the world and get into these super low price outfits.

KL Kiki - Shy Ballet Boots

It’s been ages since we dropped by Kiki’s.. and sure enough, we saw someone wearing the new ballets, and were reminded.

Anyone with the idea that we’re going about this with method and order... well, thanks for the vote of confidence, we’re trying, but Chaos is strong ;)

The Shy boots are a recent release, and they look good. The prims are detailed, and some of the tiny ones are smaller than I thought was possible.

The shape of the boot is great, the shine is good, just enough, not too much. The shape of the sole and heel are a big improvement over the old model we reviewed - that’s always a pleasure to see.

Those are not the cheapest boots we’ve seen, but you get good value : excellent design, and a lot of menu features and poses.

By the way - post #600 today, yay us!

Yep, ballets again.. and again and again until we have done them all..*Muhaha*

Ok, back to Kristina’s little gems, the prim work is very detailed, give the heels and metal sole-plate a good look.

The texturing is kept simple, just the right color and using the standard shine option, which in this case works perfectly. They are available in red, pink, white and black.

In the box you’ll find two versions, one for V1 and the other for V2 all labeled so there can’t be any confusion.

The menu shows that Kristina owns a BDSM club as the options here are very well suited for that lifestyle, offering a owners menu, poses and control functions. Best of which is the come function, making you run to your owner.

Great looking boots with a little extra, what more can you want?

Rosal - Tueur Corset and Neck Corset

A new release from Rosal, this is the Tueur line of corsets for waist and neck, in leather and latex, with or without OpenCollar.. whew!

We visited Tsarina’s new store, a cool little skybox that she is feverishly working on filling up with great new designs like this one.

The large grain on the leather corset reminded me of Alien Leather by Brushed Reality, and sure enough, they go really well together.

The prim work is excellent, and the level of detail is incredible (zoom in on the buckles if you get the leather one!). Even the cool little fleur-de-lys design on the front is awesomely detailed.

So if you need a prim corset to complete an outfit or to severely restrain your favorite doll, visit Rosal and tell Tsarina where you heard about her ;)

You get 4 options with the Tueur corsets, leather or latex (guess who's wearing what) and if you want them with open collar script in them.

The details are great on these, no surprise there, look at the buckles on both corsets, those are a piece of art.

In the menu you can turn the corset animations on and off, for walking and normal poses, though i’m sure the real corsets lovers have their own special picked AO to over come this problem.

You can also hide the laces or color them red, pink, black, brown and white.

The V2 users can hide the invisiprims, and use one of the included alpha layers, which come in normal or short and you also get the textures so you can add them to your boot tattoo layer.

You didn’t hear this from us but she is working on some great scifi themed corsets... Pssst *winks*

Saleena's Boutique - Ponygirl Saddle

While searching the SL listings for anything pony play related I have missed so far - and yes, I know there are still plenty more to find - I discovered a saddle that had gone by unnoticed.

Naturally, I had to investigate further, and so i TP'd into Eventide - home of Xcite, where in a small boutique stall, I found what I was looking for.

The saddle comes in 2 versions, one pony and rider, or 2 ponies and rider.

And so far, I have not seen the dual saddle yet in use, but the note-card attracted my interest.

The saddle in pleasant to look at, and the texturing is modify enabled, so it can be re-coloured if you choose to.

Featuring a nice walk animation for the pony, and a gallop speed with the tap of the page up key, this saddle also lets the pony tackle steeple, with a rider.b

By holding the left mouse button and letting go, the pony, saddle, and rider are launched skywards, the height depending on how long the mouse button was held down for.

Whilst this is a nice variation on the SL saddles so far, I feel this may take some practice to be able to successfully tackle a steeplechase.

And so I bought one, unable to resist further and made the addition to my collection of saddles.

Rez the saddle on the ground like any other vehicle, the first to sit to it is the pony. A nice tidy example of a pony saddle that should enhance your rides out.

VvB Stiletto Heels - Absolute Fetish 11" Platform Shoe

How’s the weather up there? ;)

All right. Eleven inch heels are not for everyone. But for the aficionados, there’s only one name in SL, and we tell it to you regularly : Viktoria Von Brandenburg.

Version 4 of those amazing pumps just came out yesterday. I’ve mentioned more than once how much work Vik puts in improving her wares. (As a reminder, the shoes are for v2 only, no invisiprims included.)

What I may not have mentioned is that she will swap old versions with the new ones for members of her update group - the least she can do for faithful customers, she says.

This came up as we were discussing, and I showed her a picture of a famous friend wearing her shoes - no, no.. I don’t drop names *all* the time ;) - Viktoria immediately spotted the old version and made a note to replace them.

So drop by the store and support the artist, mmmkay? Cause starving artists are bad, mmmkay?

Viktoria remade her classic 11” platform shoe’s and she put in all the good stuff she used in her latest shoes.

You get the HUD to control everything about your shoes, from skin color and stocking texture to the re-sizer - all are in the HUD.

You can change the color of the metal parts of the straps and even remove the straps altogether.

I still love that you can wear and take off the stockings so you don’t have to change your skin color.

You can even type in the three RGB values of your skin tone, if you happen to know them, to set it, but if not you can try the presets and change them around with the use of the foolproof color charts.

So get out your step ladder and get into these heels, the weather if fine up here. *winks*

KDC - Stuffed Ballgag

It had been entirely too long since I forced something large and humiliating in lelo’s mouth ;)

Fortunately, Kyrah came to my rescue with her excellent new Stuffed Ballgag.

The sewn panels look quite authentic, with great attention to detail.

The new Touchbound system is really quite clever - and it took me a few tries to get 100% clear on the concept, so here’s how it goes:

• First, lelo gives me the padlock. (It’s transfer)
• I wear it on my person, and touch it once so it reads my fingerprint.
• From now on, when I want to lock the gag, I touch the padlock - it then glows.
• Then when I touch the gag’s strap, I can lock the gag, in whatever position it is.
• (I touch the gag itself to make it go in or out of my sweetie’s mouth when it’s not locked.)

When you’ve done it once, it’s quite intuitive.

I can see this thing catching on with lazy dommes - like yours truly - who don’t want to take a doctorate in RLV ;)

Kyrah has been busy again, and she came up with two lovely things.

First there is this great looking gag, as you can expect with a KDC product the gag look very lifelike.

With it you get a HUD to adjust the gag to your liking or outfit. You can change the color of the gag, belt, stitching and the metal.

Then there is the second thing Kyrah came up with and i’m sure this will be controversial. But we really like it.

Kyrah went back to basics and introduces TouchBound, a system that simplifies bondage in SL and that’s the thing we love about it.

Click the gag and it slides in your mouth, click the padlock and then the gag and it’s locked, and locked means no speaking and not taking it off, that’s it just as in RL.

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Rubber Slave Red

A barely-there new outfit from Kayliwulf Kingdom, this is Rubber Slave Red.

It has a lot of good things to keep my sweetie happy, including a latex hood on the v2 tattoo layer (so you can keep your own face underneath) and ballet heels.

The prim straps and clothes layer harness look good together; and you can wear them over a matching (or contrasting!) catsuit, so long as it’s an underwear layer catsuit.

Keep an eye on the new v2 hoods.. we’ll have more about them soon!

Rubber Slave introduces the new V2 tattoo layer rubber hoods by Kayliwulf. In the kit you get the closed and open mouth version.

It’s great to see at least parts of your own skin under the mask.

The outfit is completed with loads of belts, and i mean really a lot of them, 14 prim belts and some fun cloth layer ones to complete the harness.

I have one slight problem with the outfit, for a rubber slave there is way to much skin in sight. *winks*

The BDSM - Fetish Grid Hunt

Scavenger hunts are not new, but a SL hunt is a neat way to discover new stores and get cool freebies - and it’s way more fun than lucky chairs.

We started getting a bunch of clicks on one of our in-world URL-givers, so lelo and I went to investigate, and found this hunt right at its beginning.

A quick call to Aeon Crystal got us a bunch of good info, and boom, we’re also official hunt bloggers ;)

The BDSM-Fetish Find hunt, then, is from January 14th to Jan. 30th. There are currently over 65 stores participating: a few old friends and many we didn’t know.

Expect fun new listings here thanks to this!

Unbridled - Deluxe Pony Stall

While gathering landmarks, checking facts and doing my usual whizzing around SL looking for something new to bring you, I revisited Unbridled.

It had been some time since my last visit, and I was interested to see some of the newer items that are now on sale.

One of these was the Deluxe Pony Stall.

It is a small box stall, with its own closing door to keep the pony from wandering. It has a bed of straw for the pony, which, if the pony sits on, opens up small selection of poses.

Included inside the stall is a drinking and a feeding trough, and clicking the stall floor will let the pony use these.

But better yet is the stall has a second set of poses, for trainer or groom.

While the pony eats, drinks, or sleeps, the groom or trainer sits on the rug outside the stall, and watches the pony carefully.

Other poses are aimed at the trainer or groom, letting them mop or sweep the stall, and the pony will stand in their stall, watching this happen.

And don't let on, but the stall has a RLV capture to help you find a pony to house in the stall, if you should need one.

I found this a pleasant and attractive stall, and at just 16 prims, is small enough to keep in the garden or yard of your SL home, and enjoy a little pony play right at home.

Bootgasm - Enslaved Boots Red

The white version of those boots caught our eye at Bondage Ranch, and we were pleased to see they were from Bootgasm.

This is the Enslaved ballet boot, and it’s a fun, nicely decorated ballet thigh high.

Chains and straps and padlocks all over tell the world that this is a slave boot.

Do mistresses wear ballet boots? Sure. Mistresses wear whatever they want ;)

Enslaved, then, has a lot of good-looking prim details, and a fun, metallic shine.

The Fetish section at Bootgasm is pretty easy to find.. Look for the giant Enslaved boot and you’re there ;)

You would think that after 32 posts about ballet boots we would be running out of them, but it seems SL has a limitless supply of them, not that i’m complaining. *smiles*

These boots come with a standard resize script, making it pretty easy to fit them, even if you have to do each part separately.

The boots come in black, blue, chrome, purple, white and the red shown here, there is also a version called owned which doesn’t have the chains.

For you bondage bunnies, there isn’t a locking script in them so you’ll have to rely on your other RLV times to keep them on or drop in an OC script of course.

Good looking ballet boots screaming “lock me up, tie me down” and isn’t that what we all want? *winks*

Hugo's Design - Suba 2

A cool (pun!) harness from Hugo’s Design this week, this is Suba 2, a new and improved Suba harness (which we covered last February).

I think Erik goes South for the winter, so he thinks up light, airy clothes while he’s down there.

Suba 2 has more of an all-tied-together feel, with the straps linking stocking and glove tops.

The straps look terrific over a catsuit, as modeled here by lelo, but if you have a bare skin fetish, they also work well ;)

Suba is back for a second showing, as Erik seems to love his harnesses.

The big improvement is that you now get gloves and stockings that attach to the harness

This gives you a bit of a dressed feeling, well a very little bit that is. *winks*

As usual you get all layers including the tattoo layer and Erik kindly included some pasties, though i doubt if that will make this one PG.

Still a good looking harness is a must for every serious sub and mandatory for ponies, and this is one of the best harnesses in SL.

Doll Life - The Gasmask

Calling all dolls and heavy rubber enthusiasts!

The Doll Life Gasmask is a great addition to your wardrobe if you like breath play, heavy restriction, and that je ne sais quoi that says Darth Vader is your Alec Baldwin.

Aside from looking good, the gasmask comes with a nice simple menu, which I will let lelo describe in detail.

Time for another toy, it’s been a while...

A nice gasmask this time, yes we do love to hide me behind all kinds of hoods and masks.

The look of the mask is very good, but the thing that makes it even better is that this is the first gasmask i’ve seen that is fully fashion adjustable.

You are spoiled for choice for colors and which items you can adjust, so if you have a purple little dress with golden highlights, the mask will be able to match it.

Next to the usual locking, owners and timers functions, you can also restrict vision with the added HUD which comes in a level 2 position for V2 users.

The sound and the rebreather can be turned on and off, please turn off your sound when on a public sim, the do tend to get on people's nerves.

The resizing script is well hidden and i had to read the f..riendly manual to find it, still it works great. *smiles*

XTC Leather - Viper and Python

It’s Snake Monday here at SLFF : Viper on me, Python on lelo. I mean the latest releases from XTC, of course.

Viper is your tiny little black leather dress, and a fun contrast with the long, long, long Python. (I told lelo she looked like Jessica Rabbit in black.)

Included with the clothes layer parts (two tops and a pants layer for the dress bottom) are a very good skirt prim part, and some cool eighties-style bracelets.

A cool basic outfit, that will turn heads if you wear as is, or that you could accessorize in a million ways.

Ok, first leather this year and of course by our favorite leather designer, Xaviar.

I’m wearing Python, the long gown, a herd of virtual cows has died to make this gown.

As usual with the clothes layer skirts, it makes your butt stand out, even though Xaviar did his best to hide this with some smart shadows on the gown.

The leather texture really works on this gown, though you better check your AO to match the restrictions of a dress like this.

Lovely looking gown, which will work in most dungeons or at parties, just make a very small butt for this one. *winks*

CCP

One of the first stores I visited in order to upgrade from freebie tack items was CCP.

At the time, the CCP bridle was considered among the very best.

Though other bridles have now come into SL, the CCP bridle still stands proud.

And CCP offer more than just a bridle.

Tail plugs, hooves and additional bits, arm guards to keep the pony'd forehooves up near the chest, and pony sounds HUD are available here.

Although many of these items have been available for a long time in SL, they still look great.

The bridle is less heavily scripted, and contains fewer prims than others available, and so creates less lag. Racing ponies in particular should be interested in that.

There is even an RLV third-party add-on script, although I can no longer recall where this vendor is located. I know it used to be at Stone Haven.

If anyone knows if this add on is still available, please let me know.

A full Deluxe pack, including hoof boots with hair trim, a tail, and bracers with colour changeable hair and fur trimming can be bought.

So drop in and take a look, the store is uncluttered and is definitely worth a peek.

Neurolab - Fatality Ballet Boots

Neurolab is always fun and original. We skipped their last creation, but these Fatality Ballets are more along the lines of fetish, the ballets boots lelo loves so much.

There are two different models to this boot, one with a nifty thigh extension, and a shorter, overknee one.

The needle heel looks good - the Neurolab trademark, if you recall other models we’ve showed here before - and I believe it looks better on Fatality.

Fatality is available in four colors : black with red, black with blue, red, and pink.

Some new nifty ballets by Neurolab, first things first, have a look at the great leather texture on this, is swear i can almost smell them.

The boots come in 3 sizes for a quick fit and have a good working re-size script for fine tuning.

You also can change the colors of the seam and ankle-band to black, red or pink, must be the barbie in me but i went for the pink.

The color of the zipper and heel can be set to Black, chrome or dark aluminium.

You can also control the sound, on and off and it’s sound level in 5 steps.

I only got one little problem with the boots and that’s the short time the menu is active, after 15 seconds it shuts down, good in the fight against lag of course, but you better hurry making a choice, so no boots for empty headed bimbo’s. *winks*

So hurry over to Neurolab and get a pair of these before everyone is wearing them.
