POC - Catsuit PinkBlack

This nice blended color combination is POC’s Catsuit PinkBlack. It may not be new at POC but it’s new to us ;)

The blended latex reminds me of Polymorphe’s technique, although it’s probably less tricky in SL than in RL. (visit their new and improved Web site!)

This outfit could be worn with both black and pink accessories, doubling your mix and match options.

A nice change from solid colors, yet still retains the famous POC shine. The blends are available in all POC colors.

Do drop by the store, and have a good look around : there may be all sorts of fun goodies you missed the first time... as we did ;)

When looking for the pink POC catsuit we wanted to use for the WarDoom boots we found this little number.

In the pack you get 12 items, giving you 2 catsuits in 2 layers, one going from black to pink and back to black again.

The other is the other way around, so pink, black and pink again.

The deep glossy latex shine you get as standard with POC, but the color fade makes this little number really stand out, add color matching items and you’ll have a unique outfit.

Netsui Kigyo - Pony Bed

Here is another really nice product I bought ages ago, yet have never really used. And that is often a crying shame as the products are wonderful.

It's just I am often so unfocused. So it's a joy to stumble across something while "cleaning my inventory". And this is one such item.

Your pony has a stall, but the texture hay doesn't look very comfortable - and you don't want your prized pony getting cramps in the middle of a cart race?

This bed of hay fits the bill perfectly.

Comfortable and with 3 sleeping pony poses, guaranteed to make your pony look cute while they sleep.

XTC Leather - BackDraft and BloodLust

Xaviar released these two gorgeous corsets, BackDraft and BloodLust, a while back - he’s in a pretty prolific phase, it seems.

But while I would live 24/7 in leather, we do try to be fair and show a variety in the blog, so they sat in my closet for some weeks, pining for the fjords.

Those are two distinct outfits, not just a color variation : BackDraft in black, has cool decorative laces in front, and BloodLust, in red, has a cool spider-like pattern in front, which is repeated on the gloves.

A tiny, tiny, tiny bikini bottom and excellent leather leggings (that is, footless boots - add some good ankle boots and you’re there) complete the look.

They’re really not very expensive... you could get both ;)

Here are two great leather creation by Xaviar Thunders.

As usual the leather texture on both is amazing and show his love for the material, a love he shares with Mistress.

You’ll find the corsets on the first floor or second floor (depending on which side of the big pond you live), together with a wide variety of other corsets.

One thing we forgot to tell you the last time, but XTC isn’t only for the girls, the left half of the shop is boys-wear. Same lovely leather but a bit more bulky. *winks*

Ohh and for those of you who found the floor scary, Xaviar put in some rugs to walk on.

WarDooM Shoes - XXX Fetish Latex Pink

Introducing the latest WarDooM ballet boots, the XXX Fetish Latex.

We were lucky enough to have a personal demonstration by Tanja herself, and it certainly helped : lelo might have spent hours finding all the features in these gorgeous boots.

The most obvious new development is the color : this pink, for example, matches perfectly the POC pink catsuit lelo is wearing. Other colors match Hugo’s Designs and Gothica.

You’ll notice amazing little details the longer you wear the XXX : the latex reflections running over the straps, the brass shine on the locks, the zipper teeth you can count one by one... these boots will turn heads wherever you wear them.

Finaly some new balletboots by WarDooM, it’s been a while but it was worth the wait.

Wardoom did a full rewrite of the scripts of the “old” XXL boots, making the scripting easier on the servers and easier for the user.

Really new is the resizing option, which works for all prims so no big job to make these fit perfectly.

The boots are RLV compatible as you might expect and the optional ankle cuffs are guard and lockmeister compatible so they should work with most SL toys.

You can choose where you want to put a chain between the boots, 8 in all, and each secured with their own little lock.

Fully locked and chained you’ll get 32 locks, luckily all with the same key. *winks*

As you know the old boots always had the heels off feature, with these this means you’ll be crawling, no walking without heels.

Having said that, there is the heelless pony boot option, so in fact you get 2 boots in one sweet package.

So hurry over to WarDooM and get one of the 7 fashionable colors.

K9 Creations - Puppy Gear

We’ve been seeing some pretty puppies around SL lately, and I decided to go looking for the gear.

K9 Creations were instantly helpful, and so we present their Puppy Gear tonight.

There is no AO included, but Alexie assures us that one is on its way. Until then, most collars offer a perfectly good crawl animation.

The muzzle is made of shiny black prims, so we used a light grey to show the detail in the second picture.. but lelo makes such a pretty black rubber puppy that I think we found her a new look for fetish events :)

In the kit you’ll find almost everything you see here, we just added a POC skin and of course my collar.

You also get a nice little HUD to control the colors and textures of the gear, so you can adjust it to your own liking.

The items are all copy so you can save a couple of you favorite color combinations.

As you would expect from a modern kit like this all the items are fully RLV compatible and as you can see in the pictures some of the restrictions show on the gear, like the steel muzzle when you are chat restricted.

The RLV options are easily adjusted in the menu and there are 2 pages of options in the muzzle that mostly control chat and IM.

The paws have their own 2 pages of options and these control the touch and travel options. Here you can also control if you leave paw prints.

You get two tails, one of which twitches, but you can switch that on and off by touching it.

Hmm, now where can i find a good water hydrant in SL. *winks*

VvB Stiletto Heels - VIK6 Knee Boots

I received an avalanche of VvB products last week : Viktoria has continued updating her product line, so that all the old models have now been replaced by new improved versions.

Casual, Ceshany, Oxford, Stage, to name a few of the improved models.. but we had to make a choice; the one we’re featuring here today is the Vik6 knee boot.

Once again, the focus is on improving the quality of the prim work and textures, with incredible attention to detail. Note the little folds at the ankle, for example.

I wonder how long it took Viktoria to tie the little prim bow on the boot laces ;)

Ok, if you thought Viktoria only made boots with platforms, here is proof that she can make pretty amazing boots even without them.

The sculpting and the texturing are as usual, near perfect, just look at the way the ankle bone shows on the boots.

I think i mentioned the laces before, but you should really zoom in on them, the texture is so lifelike it’s almost scary.

Just add a good looking leather dress like this one by XTC, put a whip on your hip and you’ll have slaves begging at your feet. *smiles* Not that i swing that way.. *winks*

So run to Viktoria’s shop and buy one of the new Version 3 boots, they are worth every penny... ohh and tell Viktoria we sent you!

Pony AO from Grinning Moose

I found this pony AO a long time ago and fell for it instantly. The animations are smooth and imaginative, with a high stepping gait for the walk.

What I love most about this AO though is when you stand still. Or rather, that you don't.

The AO includes several standing animations which include slightly wobbly pose - you try to keep perfectly still and balanced while wearing hooves.

The pony shifts weight from one hoof to the other, constantly moving slightly to maintain balance.

Add to that a little hip wiggle which will cause any prim tail to swish, add to this a lovely little mane preening mane flip.

These all add up to give a realistic feeling behaviour AO.

But my favorite animation is again when standing still a while, the pony stomps each hood in turn a few times, shifting weight while leaning forwards, rearing up for a wonderful head toss.

My only criticism of this AO is it has no jump or pre-jump animation, which would have completed the AO to a wonderful effect.

Though having said this, my version is about 2 years old and it may have been updated.

I am having teleporting trouble at the moment, so I can't get to the store to check if this has been updated, but I recall the price was more than generous for the authentic animations included.

Hugo's Design - Nala

Hot off the press, just came out today (I love when we can do that!), this is Nala, the latest release from Hugo’s Design.

This is definitely a summer outfit : the key word here is open!

A bare middle fishnet catsuit with a cool set of straps and a tiny bikini in the closed version, or no bikini in the open version.

A note about the fishnet socks : they are ankle-length, and used to finish the catsuit leg if you’re going to wear shoes or sandals. Don’t go crazy searching for them if you’re wearing boots... as I did ;)

Time for a new Hugo’s, and as usual the sexuality just drips of it.

As usual with Erik’s designs you get all the layers and and a choice of options.

In this case you get solid and fingerless gloves, fishnet and solid stockings and the opened or closed version.

All in all, 14 items in the neat little bag, and a choice of 6 colors : black, hard pink (first pic here) and baby pink, red, purple and white.

Try wearing this one over a contrasting catsuit, the effect will be spectacular.

AtaMe - Night At The Opera

On our continuing exploration of Latexia, we were reminded of AtaMe, and decided to stop by the store to see what was new and exciting.

Quite a bit, it turned out. First, the store moved, so you’ll want to update your landmark or take an unexpected plunge when you arrive at the old location.

Second, it’s huge and quite clean and easy to navigate. The second floor is occupied by Milu’s tattoo efforts, and the first is full of AtaMe goodness.

This lovely outfit, Night at The Opera, is a gown with a combination of latex and lace, with long latex gloves and stockings, and a great little prim mask that I found easy to position and fit.

If you take off the skirt, you find yourself wearing quite a different outfit : a lace combination and latex corset, top and bottom in two layers each.

The corset is built into the lace top - it may make mixing and matching a little tricky.

The price is very reasonable - we’ve paid more for less over the years. But when something cries mama, sometimes you just have to get it!

It was high time we visited the shop of our dear friend Milu Laval again.

And it was worth it, she had added a couple very classy outfits including the one we are featuring tonight.

Milu goes her own way and has her own style, and shares Mistress’s love for masks.

Hmmm.. this feels like another themed week.. *winks*

Illusions - Ebony Mask

We’ve seen Illusions masks around for a while, and I was always meaning to drop by.

I was not disappointed by the store. It’s a lovely open structure, and it’s very easy to look at all the gorgeous models and pick just the right one.

This one is called Ebony Mask, and first, it was really inexpensive. As in, “I’ll go back, rob the shelves, and give some masks to friends” inexpensive.

Second, it’s incredibly well made. It’s a very, very clever sculptie that will adjust to your face, and that’s all I’ll say. Can’t reveal trade secrets ;)

The masks are available from the vendor in male and female version, and in copy or trans version : copy if you want fiddle with one and keep a safe version or save with outfits; transfer if you are buying to give to someone. First time I see this from a vendor, and I LOVE IT!!! It’s absolutely brilliant.

So drop by the store, or mail Siyu some money and tell her Deirdre told you to do it. If nothing else, it should blow her mind ;)

Rubber Infusions - Red Female Catsuit

A cool shiny catsuit from Rubber Infusions, called simply Red Female Catsuit.

We found the (really intricate!) vendor at the entrance of Latexia, and followed a slurl to... another space station ;)

Deshima station is really impressive, but be ready to wait a bit to let it resolve.

Rubber Infusions is a group effort, and their line of products is growing fast : some lovely unscripted collars we saw in the vendor will have what I’m told will be a pretty revolutionary script included soon - I’ll keep you posted.

Matching cuffs are also coming.

About the catsuit : the color is vibrant, the shine is unique, and the price is excellent. What’s not to love?

Well as all you rubber bunnies know, you can’t go without a good catsuit as the base for your outfit.

Well Rubber Infusion offers you a great base for a wonderful outfit.

The thing that is most striking are the reflections and the folds, especially on the top of the legs.

Mesmerize Dungeon - MD Pony Boots

How could we have a boot week and not include some of the pony world's own? Step up Mesmerize Dungeon to ensure there is a pair to fit the bill.

The pony boots are attractive yet solid, with chunky horse shoe soles to provide that lovely clip clop sound when walking.

The boot uppers are wonderfully styled, with lacing at the front, and a side zip that when the boots are locked is secured with a tiny padlock.

These boots are RLV enabled, so, be careful who locks the boots - you will not just wear these and be running and jumping around SL as if wearing a comfy pair of Nikes.

Oh no, these are serious and restrictive boots, and not for the faint-hearted.

On initially wearing the pony boots, you will hear the zipper being closed, and from this point on, be prepared to work to walk.

Coming with their own AO controller, you can set one of 4 walks, or turn it off and use your regular AO.

First time wearing the boots, you will be asked to set a training level.

This sets the amount of time you must spend walking in the boots to progress. With them locked. And on level 1, be prepared to get frustrated.

Due to the high soles, no heels, it takes time to ogain confidence walking in pony boots - which means you will be walking slow, falling over, and struggling to climb over the tiniest step.

And this is where the boots really excell. And frustrate. Persevere long enough, and level 2 gets you that little bit more mobile.

Just be sure to follow the instructions when updating - your progress can be saved, but, it is easy enough if you go wrong to lose all progress.

I keep these in my RLV folder though my impatience gets the better of me and I don't wear these boots as much as I should. But I'd be lying if I said I hated them.

I love them. And I hate them. Seems I spend as much time on my butt in these as I do walking... The boots you will love to hate, or hate to love.

Either way, a fun and enjoyable addition to your pony tack, RLV folder, or a kinky pair of boots for your fetish closet.

Adam n Eve - Anessa Black

We saw someone wearing the Anessa boots at Twisted Orchid (hey, I actually remember!), followed our nose to Adam n Eve, and actually found them without getting sidetracked.. a minor miracle.

The store is huge, and carries a lot of nice clothes, not just boots, and not just fetish.

The Anessa boots are lovely ankle boots, available in a wide variety of colors and textures - and the suede textures actually look like suede.

The pesky prim display bug reared its head when we shot the pictures. Here’s a side by side comparison, from 3 meters, and 2.5 meters.

Some might say that instead of paying millions of dollars to interface design companies, the Lindens might make things show up properly. (Repeat your mantra, Deirdre “They’re doing their best, they’re doing their best”.)

The Anessa boot top is open a little wider than we’re used to, but it’s a feature, not a bug.

Just wear your jeans a little less tight than usual, and you’ll make a cool new look work for you.

The cool wide ankle belt (which originally caught my eye) looks terrific, the heel is elegant.. this is a classy little addition to any boot-lover’s wardrobe.

Our newer residents might remember Adam n Eve from the first clothes they wore in SL, look in your library you’ll find the clothes i mean.

I think that's a great gesture by a designer and just for that you should give the store a look, i promise it’s worth it. *smiles*

Adam n Eve is a bit of a maze, but they cover everything you might need for a good makeover.

Best way to get around are the Store maps which also act as teleporters.

I think we might need to return to A&E as i saw a good looking pair of ballets in the corner of the shop. *winks*

Ohh while you’re at the store give the discount department and the fetish corner a look.

Utopia Design - Pearl Black

Now and then I take a little note, promise myself I’ll go have a look at the store, and totally forget what I saw.

The result is often surprising... I have no idea what I coming here for, but I found these cool platform boots in a tiny little boot store lost in the middle of a pastoral setting.

The Pearl Black platform boots, by Utopia@Design, are what you see little gothettes wear with long pvc coats, striped red and black stockings and too much makeup. Well, the brave ones - those heels are wicked.

This is a boot with a very good shape : great attention to detail in the prims, great textures on the platform sole and heel, oddly, but a little plain on the boot shaft. Good highlights on the calf, could just use a few more of those here and there.

The third pair of boots this week, a nice pair of platforms by Elisabetta Hyun from Utopia@Design.

You can see that she used real boots as a reference when she made these, especially the heels and the rounded bit at the front of the platform really make these boots work.

She must have spent hours on making the laces on these boots and it shows.

With the boots you get a nice looking hud to control the sounds of the boots, a fun way to do it, but be careful that it doesn’t take the place of something already there.

In my case i was wondering why my radar stopped working, hey i’m blonde... *smiles*

The boots themselves have a resizing script, which i didn’t have to use, woohoo tailor made boots!! *winks*

FJ Design - Fashionista Boots Black

Deirdre:
A gorgeous thigh boot from FJ Design, this is Fashionista (black). There are also white, red, and snakeskin versions.

This is my favorite heel shape, the classic eighties stiletto. Guess my grey hair is showing ;)

I’ve shown this picture to quite a few designers in SL.. first one to make these boots gets my eternal gratitude and all the Linden dollars they want.

The texture on Fashionista is muted, not so detailed, but still gives a good impression from the front or back.

The prim details are terrific, though. Jareth could sell that little ankle bracelet alone and I’d wear it on most of my other boots. A good resize menu is included.

The new store is absolutely awesome.. very modern-looking and airy - you know how I love high ceilings!

While looking for boots for our boot week we came across these boots at FJ Design.

At first we didn’t recognize the store as it and the logo had had a pretty amazing makeover.

Luckily Jareth reminded us of our previous post and explained the changes he’d made since.

Quick look around the store and we found the boots that we had been chasing month ago.

A store that looks much better than the old one, a huge improvement, that even makes the boots look better.

VvB Stiletto Heels - Maid Platform Ankle Boots.

Long time readers will have noted our traditional Monday Kayliwulf Kingdom post. We looked forward to doing them too; we love their designs. Daphne and Lazarus have given us tremendous support since we started this blog, as well as a choice spot for our blog board at their sim. So we will continue showing their new outfits as they are released, but we will ease off the weekly posts for now.

We found so many good boots recently that we’re launching a week devoted to them.

Here’s lelo with the first entry in Boot Week 2010 : VvB’s Maid ankle boots.

Viktoria sent us these a while back, and we were just itching to run them.

They’re gorgeous ankle boots with an extreme heel, and as we said before, Viktoria’s inspiration is La Piazza Heels.

Once again, there is a shine texture, and a prim shine applied to the boots - so they look awesome from any angle.

Viktoria has been busy the past weeks and according to her, she’s finally getting the hang of 3D sculpting, and we can only agree.

The shoe-shape is amazing and the texturing is perfect and i can only wonder at how she got the little bow in the lace looking so good.

The extreme high heel is made even longer by the height of the platform, these are true sky scraper heels, you better not have a fear of heights in these boots.

There is just one little bit of critique on these boots, the scripting in them could use a bit of help.

You have to change the color of the laces on each boot separately, can you imagine. *winks*

Now lets hope she can make the same improvement on the ballet-boot prims as she did on these and she might, like she said, get me out of my Fairlights, no promises though...

Anthemion - Bridle and 50th Pony Post

I received an IM a few days ago from Anthemion's creator, Lylani Bellic, bringing the bridle to my attention.

Imagine my shock to realise I had already purchased this bridle some time ago, yet failed to mention it even once on previous postings about bridles.

The bridle is simple but effective in design, keeping prim cost low, (106) which is no bad thing.

In full tack with some high prim bridles, teleporting to another sim is nearly impossible.

The bridle is full RLV compatible, and includes blinders or full blindfold, a choice of bit gags, and interestingly, features a snap-on muzzle, ears and plume/mane and nose hook.

The gag prevents open speech and can also restrict IMs, though not to the keyholder.

Addon ear muffs prevent you receiving chat and or IMs... a nice touch to keep your pony from hearing your plans for them :).

Options with the gag allow the pony to speak in IM or open chat if required, and whisper, while the ear mufflers can restrict hearing range from 0-100 meters.

Blinkers or blindfold options are included too - and feature a variety of blindfold thickness settings to restrict or totally blind your pony.

Reins and holder are included, as well as an anchor, and naturally the whole set can be locked, and a timer options is also offered.

A customization menu offers a choice of color combinations as well as the ability to change the size of the bridle to help fit.

Having said that, I had trouble getting this to fit my small head. Thankfully, Lylani was able to help with that, ensuring a better fit than I was able to muster.

Overall, a great bridle and a worthy alternative to the numerous options now available. at LS650, this may not be the cheapest bridle, but compares favorably with others.

Some may find the look of the bridle simplistic, however I have been made aware of updates to come - and Anthemion is a new player in the pony market.

VUI - Latex Catsuit

Tonight’s outfit is a little bit of a mystery.

Lelo and I both received it somehow, somewhen, but darned if we remember the details.

It’s Aurora Vuissent’s excellent latex catsuit, a 50L$ steal.

It’s the only fetish item in her store, sadly, but the rest of the clothes are also inexpensive and pretty.

The color is quite rich when worn as lelo is doing here, that is, with both layers worn at the same time. Otherwise the catsuit is transparent and a lot naughtier.

Let’s hope Aurora sells a lot of catsuits thanks to this post, and decides on a career in fetishwear ;)

Aurora offers these catsuits at a price that’s hard to beat, well it would have to be a freebie.

And to be honest i haven’t seen a freebie with this quality of texturing.

The catsuits come in eight colors: green, dirty gold, blue, violet, purple, teal, red wine and the red shown here.

Gloves and stockings are included, but in transparent only, which sadly makes them stand out a bit when you wear both layers. A second pair of each in the color of the double layer would be a nice little improvement. *smiles*

XTC Leather - Code Leather Mini

A cool little party dress brand new from XTC, this is the Code Leather Mini.

It’s shiny, shiny, shiny! A nice, simple design with an excellent front and back panel prim parts that can be adjusted independently.

The skirt is really a pants layer, avoiding the horror of the SL clothes layer skirt, which gives everyone a behind wider than a city bus.

The Code mini dress is at the front of the women’s section, on the right - you can’t miss it.

Ah, and Xaviar apparently felt that his store wasn’t gorgeous *enough*, so he’s been improving it.

Drop by just to see the architecture.. and a leather outfit may accidentally fall in your lap - it’s not your fault, I tell you! ;)

Another wonderful product from our favorite leather designer, XTC.

As we have come to expect from Xaviar, the texturing is great, especially the little buckles and the zipper.

I just love the prim panels that hide the ugly SL skirt lines, every skirt should have them.

Xaviar offers the dresses in 3 colors, blue and red as shown and the classic black of course.

As a fun little bonus you get the color matching gloves in the kit.

In the store you can buy the dresses as gifts, the little box in front of the vendor, so guys better get going. *winks*

VvB Stiletto Heels - Hedonic Platform Heels

Viktoria’s been working frantically lately, showing us awesome new stuff we can’t tell you about ;)

No, I kid - but some really amazing stuff is coming soon, remember that you heard it here first.

This, then, is the new and improved Hedonic Platform shoe, and when I say improved, I mean pretty much re-worked from scratch.

As Vik says, “The ankle straps are roughly the same”, ie, everything else is re-done... and I’d bet money the straps were, too.

This is version 3 of this shoe, and most of her catalog is getting the same treatment.

If you bought an earlier version of her shoes, Viktoria is quite understanding about trade-ins... but at this low price, I’d say buy again and support the artist.

Well the queen of the platform boots is back, and she is has been working hard.

Her new line looks amazing and features her best sculpty work till now.

The platform and the heel are a single prim and the entire shoe only counts 37 prims, buckles and all.

We are featuring the Hedonic here, but she also has come out with the Absolute Fetish, which in name would fit our little blog better.

The big difference between the two is the shape of the toe box and as i prefer a shorter rounder toe box we went for the Hedonic, the AF is a bit more pointy.

Now hurry and get the best looking platforms in SL while they are hot.
