Marine’s Goodies - Mousewheel

Deirdre:

Sometimes we scoop Aria, sometimes she scoops us ;) Either way, it’s a good thing that she’s there; her reviews are way more in depth than ours.

In our defense, the daily post thing means that in the two hours I spend with lelo, we must:

- take good pictures
- try to catch all the interesting options on an item (I sometimes fail there)
- shop for more items (that’s usually our Sunday)
- write an entertaining and informative bit each (you keep coming back; a good sign!)
- and introduce as few errors as we can

Which doesn’t bring us directly to Marine’s Mousewheel, but I’ll non-sequitur right into it anyway :)

This is a bondage toy straight out of Gord’s imagination.We played with it somewhat briefly, but I have to say I like it a lot!

If I was going to pick nits, I might say that the large covering on one side mostly hides the slave unless she’s facing left, but that would be it.

You must see Marine’s own blog for the ton of videos (featuring Marine in a sexy hip-swaying walk!), detailed explanations, pictures.. and even news of updates to the wheel after a week in use.

You’ll note that while this is a Marine Kelley creation (easily recognized by the astonishing amount of painstaking work in every part), the brand is Marine’s Goodies, not Real Restraint. Here’s the word, straight from Marine’s blog :

Another toy this week, seems someone has been good this week, this time it’s a toy by Marine Kelley the queen of Restraints.

Not sure where Marine got her inspiration for this wheel, my bet is on a new four legged pet in RL, but i love the idea.

The basic concept is simple, but nothing about Marine’s gear is ever simple, she has a lovely twisted and kinky mind.

Take the included lights that take their power of the wheel and even change brightness with the speed of the wheel.

There are loads more options in this lovely little wheel, but i’ll let you read up on that on Marine’s blog , just take it from me this wheel will give you hours of fun.. ehh training. *winks*

Lady Anne’s Latex Emporium - Corset Dress

Some more Lady Anne goodness for you tonight. Hey, it’s been weeks and weeks! ;)

The Corset Dress is available in different textures, and they all look good. Lelo’s flames are pretty eye-catching.

The sizes are a little larger than we’re used to. I’m wearing XS and so is lelo; the M was a bit large on her, and XSS was too small for me.

The dress top shows a corset front with eye and hook closing, and laces down the front of the skirt part. That would make that dress a strict bondage item in RL.

At this incredibly low price, the dress is a steal. You could even get all four and not blow an average budget.

Throw on some evening gloves and some heels, and you’ll wow them at your favorite fetish club.

How is this for a hot, hot dress, Lady Anne manages to give us another set of lovely mesh dresses for low prices.

There are 4 versions of this dress, a red and black latex version, the black leather version Mistress is wearing and the fiery hot version i’m wearing.

You get 5 sizes of the dress which should cover most AV sizes in SL and i’m sure all of you have a mesh enabled shape by now.

Luckily you don’t have to do up the laces on the back of the dress, these kind of dresses are the reason why you need subs in RL. *winks*

So whether you go for the moody black leather, the classic red or black latex or the fiery hot one, at these prices you can’t go wrong.

Wound - Ball Gag

We got a very polite letter from Hope Pelliot, asking if we’d like to feature her new store, as she has a few fetish items already.

Well let it be known that we don’t only feature toys with a million moving parts and a manual a mile long - that’s called foreshadowing, stay tuned ;) - but we’ll gladly add a new designer to our list of stores anytime.

A quick note: the store name is .Wound, with leading dot. Dot Wound.

The ball gag she sent us is a decent and inexpensive toy; the strap is mesh, and once adjusted, it looks pretty good.

We swung by her skybox, which is a bit spartan right now but already features Lola appliers for a bunch of her outfits.

What else? Free gifts to group members throughout the month, a Midnight Mania board, and a Relay For Life vendor so you can make a donation to the American Cancer Society... this is shaping up to be a cool little store.

So support a new designer and who knows, she may start making leather catsuits that will rival XTC :)

Nice little toy by Hope Pelliot from .Wound tonight, it’s remarkable how hard it is to find new toys around SL.

The gag is simple in design, with a prim ball and a mesh strap, and will take a bit of tinkering to fit right.

Just like i told you yesterday, make a copy before you mess things up, i managed to land items in other sims while tinkering. *winks*

The scripting is by Dari so no surprises there and i’m glad to say Hope gives full credits to Dari for the script.

As the gag is full mod, you can change the color and texture on the ball, so pink or red ball gags are easily made, just remember...make copies.. *smiles*

Ponka - Caide Catsuit and Carbon Explosion Ankle Boots

We stopped by Ponka’s during the renovations, by pure chance. As Beponka mentions in her blog, she’s refocusing the business.

The Carbon Explosion boots caught my eye and I looked around for something to wear with them, and the Caide catsuit looked good to me. Ta-da! Color-coordinated previews :)

If you peer extremely closely at the boots in my pics, you’ll see that they look odd. It’s my old viewer’s fault, and the boots themselves are perfectly fine.

The Carbon part is probably the cool hex texture to the boot and heel. The shape is a fashionable covered platform, which is growing on me. I blame Lady Gaga.

Some lovely latex and boots by Beponka from Ponka tonight, try saying that 10 times quickly. *winks*

The Caide catsuit is one of Beponka’s first designs, but that doesn’t make it any bit less interesting.

The asymmetric design is very eye catching and the fishnet inserts add to that look.

In the folder you will find all the separate cloth layers and the quick fit tattoo layer, and yes we do love that tattoo layer. *smiles*

Second tonight are the Carbon Explosion boots, which are sculpted from a single piece of mesh.

The boots have a fashionable style making them edging into fetish and considering the price we just couldn’t keep them from you.

When you get them you’ll have to reduce the size, i’m a big girl but i had to take them 20% down to make them look good.

Sizing is done with the script in the boots, this little script offers a percentage resize or an axial resize. You know the drill, make copy, go tinker...

XTC Leather - Resistance

Deirdre:

Another versatile and inexpensive leather outfit from Xaviar Thunders, this is Resistance.

The pants have asymetric shine, the left leg being darker. This is a challenge for blog photography but shouldn’t interfere with regular wear in-world ;)

The top has an over bust and under bust version, and intricate ribbed designs and side laces.

The included gloves are elbow-length, and laced on the back, leaving a wide strip visible for contrast.

As usual you don’t get an overfilled box, still the 6 items in the box give you two outfit options and that’s not counting the optional gloves.

You get two corsets, one with and one without cups, luckily Xaviar supplies some nipple tape in the box.

Not sure if the tape is leather, but i would be very disappointed if they weren't. *winks*

Fun little leather number that should be perfect for a stripper, with these options it should pay itself back in one strip session. *smiles*

Sunshine Technology - Easter Basket Gag

Easter is not far off (Sunday March 31st!), and Sunshine Technology made a fun toy to celebrate the gagging of the Christians.. wait, that’s not right. The colored chickens of Spring? The first chocolate of the vernal equinox?

Well, whatever you celebrate, you can have fun doing it with the Easter Basket Gag.

Physically, the gag is a bit with a ball (oh yeah, thank you Deirdre, that clears everything up.)

That is, it’s a bit-gag (a stick) with a ball in the middle. The basket is attached to the ball, and contains lovely painted eggs that actually vanish one by one when you give them away.

If the thick pink leather bow and pink strap remind you of a certain Bunny Bondage Hood, I imagine that a) it’s not accidental and b) you spend as much time looking at bondage gear as I do ;)

Emma tells me the Basket Gag has the update system from the mittens in it too, so when a new version comes out people will be automatically notified.

Visit Sunshine’s cool little corner store and keep an eye on them.. I think this is an interesting upcoming designer.

Don’t you love it when designers come up with amazing original ideas and just launch them into the world?

This is the Easter Basket Gag from Sunshine Technology and it offers you an original twist on the age old Easter egg hunt.

This time the challenge is to give away eggs to get released from the gag and of course begging and pleading that goes with the request.

In the menu, before it is locked, you can set the colors of the different parts of the gag, except for the Easter eggs themself, but those are already colored for you.

All the usual locking options, including garbling levels are available in the menu.

So when you see a sub running around SL wearing this gag better think up some fun tasks in exchange for an egg or two. *smiles*

Graves - Impression and Connect

Another Hikari post - if you think we’re courting the furry readership, you’re not entirely wrong :)

Hik swung by Graves, and was taken by the Connect outfit. She showed me what she guessed was the inspiration, an outfit in the Ghost in the Shell tv series, and I had to admit it was pretty similar.

I’m wearing the Impression dress, and it looks pretty darn good. Throwing on the tattoo layer takes care of 90% of the outfit, short gloves included.

The long gloves don’t quite match up with the short ones (must be a tricky tattoo thing) so if you want to wear them you’ll need to use one of the numerous other layers for the dress.

Prim collar, arm straps, stocking clips and earrings (not worn) add solidity to the clothes-layer dress - Jackie correctly points out that it fits a lot better than mesh ;)

There is mesh in the outfit, though : the dress prim part. Rigged mesh is smart for that tricky location, if one of the sizes fits you well.

A good looking dress that will turn heads on every fetish space station you visit ;)

Not one but two new outfits by Jackie Graves tonight, and guess who didn’t get to wear one. *winks*

Hikari is wearing Connect, which offers you a mesh leather jacket in 5 sizes, free demo’s are available at the store.

You also get the bodysuit, gloves, socks, prim buckles and pockets, a barcode tattoo and a fun looking necklace. Jackie loves to accessoires.

Mistress is wearing the Impression dress, jackies twist on the little black dress, featuring her trademark honeycomb texture.

Once again the box is full of all kinds of extra’s like long and short gloves, socks with clips, sculpted collar, cuffs and earrings, all matching the dress.

The smart thing here is the cloth dress combined with a mesh skirt panel, that’s a first.. for me at least. *smiles*

Chey's Spicy Outfits - Kendra and Laurie LX Sets

Cheyenne Colasanti called us with a couple of new things in her life: the two outfits we’re showing you are new releases, hot off the press.

The other new thing is a complete rebuild of her store. We dropped by and she gave us a tour of the new building - a lot of work went into it, and it looks great!

Chey’s friend Benz Infinity helped creating it, and I like the way she thinks. Drop by, it’s definitely worth a look. Don’t miss the discount basement and sub-basement RLV playroom!

Tonight I’m wearing Kendra, the first new release (why first? um, cause I’m wearing it, ok?) at the new store.

It’s a versatile latex pants and jacket set, with pants in high waist version (requiring pants and shirt layer), and short waist with and without zipper.

The top is a great zippered jacket covering a transparent bra. Long latex gloves are included, as you can see in the second pic.

The pants feature detailed seams in front and back, and a two-color scheme reminiscent of riding pants. The red of the pants matches Bax’s Venetian red perfectly.

Smart outfit, very fair price. You can’t go wrong with Chey’s :)

I’m wearing Laurie, which, just like the Kendra, comes in a LX set, meaning you get quite a few mix and match options.

Laurie comes with 8 clothes parts in the outfit and offers you everything from tattoo layer pasties to an almost full catsuit.

You get stockings and gloves, a long sleeved and a halter top, shorts and shorts with straps connecting to the stockings.

Finally there is a lovely corset, which has a see-through bra, hence the pasties and needs the shorts so you won’t get arrested in the PG areas of SL. *winks*

Lovely stuff at low prices, what else do you need? and if you don’t get this, you might want to spend a few nights in Cheyennes padded cell in the basement.

Pope's Porn Emporium

We got a nice message from Pope Dagostino this week; he’s a reader of the blog, and he wanted to say “Nice work!”

Well I’ll read messages like that all day ;)

Rosal - Tueur 2 Mesh

Deirdre:

A gorgeous new corset and accessories from Tsarina Mint, this is the mesh re-release of her Tueur line, called Tueur2.

This wasn’t a copy-paste job; Tsarina told me how long the redesign took, because of new features like the frills and such. Even the heel click sound was work; its tempo is adjustable, all the way up to running speed!

You may notice that I’m wearing the medium-sized boots. The small should fit me but didn’t, quite.

Tsarina was kind enough to visit - and we had an awesome chat that may result in cool new things coming from Rosal! - and she pointed out that if I reduced leg muscle a bit, the boots would fit better.

She also explained that the rear top gap let the boots look better with most walking anims. All cool info you can’t get anywhere except from the designer; I had to assure her that this was not dry and boring, au contraire.

Lelo wore every option that could be turned on, and I turned them all off; you’ll note frills, back-of-the-hand crosses, and side straps on her but not on me.

And as usual, I feel dressed up enough in my Rosal kit that I just threw on a latex bikini and called it an outfit.

Tsarina did what we hope all designers in SL are doing at this moment, she went back to her prim best sellers and made them all meshy.

Tueur has been around for awhile, but she redid it in full mesh and it looks great and fits great as well, ok you’ll need to wear your mesh compatible avatar, but that’s a small price to pay.

Tsarina includes a good list with size suggestions for the different sizes she includes in the kit.

Color can be edited with the built in menu which gives you 7 main colors (color textures) or you can change the tint of the separate parts with the included HUD, as i did with the red glow on my version.

Next to the alphas for all the parts, Tsarina is so kind to include the combined alphas for all her gear, don’t you just love it when designers do the work for you.

So if you were already loving her corsets but never got around to fitting them perfectly, go Mesh you won’t regret it. *winks*

Hybridz - Little Mai

Deirdre:

The Little Mai bitch suit by Hybridz is as restrictive a bit of gear as I’ve seen in a good while in SL.

We featured the Hybridz Spotted Fur suit in 2011, so I think we won’t be accused of being too repetitive if we run another one two years later ;)

Little Mai is named after our friend Mariko Demonia, of Darkadia and Latex Web. The hairpins are a dead giveaway if the strict rubber bondage wasn’t enough to tip you off.

This is a full avatar, including a shape, but you’ll want to hang on to your skin as there isn’t one included. No biggie, who doesn’t have a skin, right?

The details on Little Mai are really fun. Handles, plugs, blow-up valves.. someone had fun creating this toy :)

A long detailed note is included, explaining every script and moving part.

Just because I spoil you with every post in here, here’s a ton of bitch suit art - not safe for work, as the astute reader will have readily guessed ;)

It was high time we showed you another extreme rubber production by Fyre from Hybridz.

Ok, it’s a bit extreme, but isn’t SL the place for extremes? And one thing is for sure, wearing this will turn some heads.

In the box you will find 9 prim parts, a tattoo layer hood, a alpha to hide you body and finally a shape for ease of fitting.

I usually want to stay lelo, but in this case i made an exception, it’s pretty extreme as it is.

Clicking on any part of the AV gives you access to a simple menu giving you control over the usual RLV restrictions, the owner settings and of course the all important lock. *smiles*

As you might expect the outfit has a leash option so you can take your vic.. eh.. loved one in tow.

There is also a black edition of Little Mai, which will be the more popular version for sure, but i’m a Barbie at heart. *winks*

Hugo’s Design - Lynk

Deirdre:

If you like ring harnesses like Wilo and Wila (which we featured in 2011!), you’ll love Lynk, a fun chain and ring latex bikini.

The small O-rings that make the bulk of the harness are connected by chains, for a cool silver effect. Large O-rings around the breasts and the crotch ring support the latex bikini part.

Since the rings and chains are silver, Lynk looks amazing over a dark catsuit (the catsuit will need to be underwear layer, though).

Open version, not shown, is simply the metal without the bikini parts.

Lola appliers are available for Lynk, although you’ll need to get the HUD separately.

A fun harness outfit with lots of possibilities, get Lynk for the exhibitionist in your life :)

Another week, another Hugo’s, seems Erik has found his way back to Photoshop and he manages to keep his latex usage to a minimum. *winks*

There are 8 tattoo layers in the Lynk package, giving you options for opened and closed bottoms, the bikini styled top we show here or a ringed top version.

It won’t surprise you that Mister Erik supplies you with all the options in all possible layers, we really should start calling him Mister mix and match.

You will also find matching gloves and stockings in the package, i’m still a big fan of his seamed stocking, i’m an old fashioned girl i guess.

Back From Exotic Distant Lands

Hello faithful readers!

I have returned from a fun, somewhat exhausting visit to Toronto, where I spent the weekend at Comicon!

There were amazing sights, tons of cool shops, and I’m pleased to say I’m nearly recovered ;)

Weekend Options

Mistress is traveling this weekend so i’ll do our friday post and as i’ll be alone this weekend i thought it would be fun to have a look at what’s going on this weekend in SL.

Well in the parts of SL we tend to visit. *smiles*

On saturday (3-5 pm) the “DJ Evergreens Cum As You Are” party at Rubber Room sounds like fun, Ever “the Management” is always fun and a general all around nice guy.

On sunday from 10 to 12 am there is a “Deadly Sins: Vanity” party at Twisted Orchid, TO seems to be back to it’s old form, i just crashed there. *winks*

Next to that there should be the usual standing around at Mesmerized Dungeon and our newest people watch spot, Domme a Domme.

Hugo’s Design - Yali Garter Set

Presenting the third installment of the Yali saga, this is the Yali Garter set.

Featuring latex lace like the rest of the line, this lingerie set bares a little more skin than the previous Yali outfits.

Also new are the fingerless shoulder gloves with arm cuffs and snaps and a zip - those are *staying put* !

If you got the three sets, you have three different glove types, a fun mix and match option. Wear the garter belt with the Yali body, mix and match tops.. three outfits make dozens.

A new feature are the footless stockings, which end in a nice band of lace, ideal to combine with all kinds of high heeled shoes.

VvB - Grayce Shoes V4L

Deirdre:

We hadn’t visited VvB in a while, and lelo spotted the Grayce shoes immediately. High-heeled shoes are more her thing, and I prefer my boots.

The Grayce are good-looking shoes, sporting some typical VvB details like ankle-strap buckles and metal tips.

But the remarkable aspect is the triple strap at ankle and foot, coming to a point in a RL-defying (and wicked cool!) shape :)

The price is really low for such an original shoe. I hate to think of the amount of work that went into bending those straps.

As a reminder, the menu has RGB input, so if you have an eye-dropper of some sort and can snap your skin, you can match the shoes’ foot pretty easily.

Some lovely shoes tonight, from the latest V4L series, V4 meaning they feature Viktoria's latest shoe shapes.

The L means they come with a latex texture on the shoes and 4 latex textures for the stockings.

It has been a while since we last featured VvB, and opening the HUD brought back pleasant memories.

Except for maybe the size, it’s a pretty big HUD, the use comes fully natural to me.

All you would want to do to the shoes is controlled from the HUD, size, skin color, show hide ankle straps, show hide stockings and change stockings texture and color.

I got yakking with my friend Tyra Sciarri at Mesmerize Dungeon - which by the way is still a good fetish hangout if you don’t mind the mostly German crowd.

I was saying how fetish folks don’t think twice about things that would send the non-kinky either running away or giggling and snorting; lelo’s permanent latex mask would have many screaming “gimp!” in reference to the Pulp Fiction character.

Well, Tyra mentioned that a friend of hers makes a nice mesh isolation hood, and we should have a peek.

We peeked, we liked, and so we present to you AshleeK’s Medical Hood V1. The V1 is important, as there’s currently a version 2 in the works.

Ashlee doesn’t have an in-world store, so we’ll point you to her Marketplace store. I still believe stores pay the tier that keeps the world alive, but I can’t fault someone who has a few items for putting them up for sale directly and saving rent.

The hood looks good, and the shine is cleverly used as trompe-l’oeil, fooling the eye into seeing more complex shaping than is actually there. The big straps are like the ones on similar RL hoods, thick and sturdy.

Make the restriction enthusiast in your life swoon (oh so quietly!) by giving them the marketplace link (the hood is no trans), and we’ll keep you informed of new developments.

First thing that caught my eye was off course the RL picture on the vendor, if that doesn’t make your blood rise you aren’t a bondage bunny. *smiles*

In the box you’ll find two items, the mesh mask and an alpha to make your head disappear, this could be used for a great halloween costume.

For now the mask comes with the open collar script, which is fine, and the mask will also accept the Slick! isolation hood script.

But we have been assured that there is a purpose made script in the works for this mask.

So looking for a mask that will cut you off from the world and make you anonymous to the world.. here it is.. *winks*
