Red Devil - Persephone and Latex Bumble Bee

Some nice new releases from Red Devil this weekend, so we pounced on the opportunity to show you the yellow Latex Bumble Bee, which we had from the last time.

Out of the new release, the Persephone outfit caught my eye, so this is the one I’m modeling in this gorgeous royal blue.

There are 13 colors in Red Devil releases now, so you'll definitely want to drop by the shop and have a look.

This is mostly a clothes layer outfit, except for the simple but effective ballet-boot and ankle cuff combo.

Persephone is named after Dementia’s in-world daughter; one of those neat unnecessary bits of information I love to pass on to you when I hear them.

There’s other news at Red Devil; first, a move (we have the new slurl) and a cool little mall around the store.

Second, a new fetish club called Dark Orchid.

Run by Silamilu Yowahoshi (aka Peppermint Patty), an experienced club manager and SL DJ, it has a pretty unusual layout.

We look forward to dancing there to good live-DJ spun tunes soon :)

We ran the bumble bee a while back, but Dementia made a few important improvements to the outfit.

First of all it’s now available in yellow, how could she have missed that one before.

A second addition is that you now get the Red Devil ballet boots in the package, in both yellow and black.

All the old goodies are still there, like the harness and all possible layers to mix and match.

And most important of all, the lovely little stinger is still in the package.

Hybridz - Micro Rubber Doll

Remember the “petite” avatars we told you were the big coming thing? Seems Hybridz agrees, as they just came out with the Micro Rubber Doll.

It’s tiny (hence the Doctor Tinycat lol this week), and to give you an idea of scale, I stood in our new Rosal boots next to the model at the store.

Giantess fetishists should have a field day with this one. There’s even a cam controller HUD to force your point of view at heel height ;)

This is a mesh avatar, so you’ll need a mesh-enabled viewer. It's full of RLV goodness, of course.

The Marketplace ad for the Micro Rubber Doll has an impressive amount of detail so instead of copying it, I’ll just give you the link; note that you must log in to be able to see it, as it’s considered adult content.

Rosal - Viron-M Thigh Boots

We’ve been sitting on these for a few days - Tsarina sent them over before they were in the store. We managed not to explode ;)

These gorgeous, extremely well designed mesh boots are the Viron-M (for Mesh) boots. Lelo is modeling the matching (but not included) Viron corset and neck corset.

First, the gorgeous foot shape Tsarina created in the Tueur and other sculpted boots is recreated here in mesh - quite a bit of work, I believe, but she’s a pro :)

Lelo went for the Tron look but I chose a more muted use of the highlight lines - still looks suitably space-ey to me.

The boots are available in one color only, or in a fatpack (which means the included script lets you change the whole boot color).

The one thing which took me a moment to find was “Glow Motion”, because I was already inside the “Appearance” top menu... it’s also at the top.

The boots are copy, so make a safe one and start fiddling! Once you’ve set them to your taste, you can delete the script, so sim owners will love you.

Gorgeous boots, equal to the very high standard we’ve come to expect from Rosal. These are going next to my Bax in my wardrobe :)

These are Tsarina’s first mesh boots and they look great and it’s amazing to see how you can play around with the colors of the boots.

As the boots are mesh you can’t click them, so accessing the menu is done the good old fashioned way: “/2boots”. *winks*

In this menu you can choose the 3 main color schemes: black, red and white, matching the Viron corsets.

You can use the supplied HUD to change the tint of all the different parts of the boots.

There are no limits to the colors you can make, just be careful and make a backup copy first.

Just in case you are worried she hasn’t got your size, there are free demo boots in the shop so you can check before buying.

CorinS Fashion - Daphne

A couple of treats for you tonight : our friend Pet dropped by, modeling a custom, soon-to-be-released latex outfit inspired by a recent photo shoot with Bianca Beauchamp, the Montreal latex queen.

The outfit is called Daphne, and while Pet is a big super-heroine fan, I wasn’t aware of any particular interest in Scooby Doo cartoons - she explained that Bianca was the source, not the original animation.

The outfit is a custom request - Pet loves her customs - which Corin built, and decided was fun enough to add to her line. It has even inspired her to get into superheroines - keep an eye out ;)

The outfit is a latex dress and stockings, and includes the shoes, dress prim part, headband and scarf, and some gloves, not shown here.

Pretty much all you need to add is some red hair and some Scooby Snacks. The Daphne outfit should be coming out next week - if I get a release date from Corin, I’ll add it here.

Toy's Toys - Teddy Chair

While there is competition in Second Life commerce, sometimes it’s pretty civilized. I was talking to Chloe at Dark Elf last week, and she mentioned Toy Wylie.

That’s pretty much like BMW sending someone to Audi; but not only did she refer me, she gave me an introduction :)

Toy was busy, but she did invite us to have a look around and see if we liked anything. Her island is not your usual shop, I’ll say no more and give no spoilers.

Her specialty is RLV traps, and even with a pretty specific description like this, there’s a lot of variety in her toys, from cute to disquieting.

The bear chair caught my eye. It caught more than that; I sat on it, thinking “ha, I don’t run RLV, I’m invulnerable”, congratulating myself on the cool chair I got and bondage toy lelo got.

When the bear paws caught me and dragged me in, I was genuinely surprised :)

This is a simple, fairly good-looking bear chair, and a fun toy. I’ll let lelo describe it and invite you to visit Toy’s Toys... cautiously ;)

Time for a fun bit of furniture tonight, of course furniture with a nice little twist.

The lovely bear is a dangerous seat for your unsuspecting.. ehh guests.

The simple design of the chair is also mirrored in the simplicity of the scripting in it.

As with any good toy these days it’s fully RLV compatible, even if it works without the use of RLV, RLV offers a few easy controlled extras.

The victim's chat is damped while trapped, but click on the bears mouth and it closes and the victim is fully muted.

This also works with the ears and eyes, blind the bear and you blind the victim. Elegantly simple scripting, just the way we love it.

The victim can try to escape by clicking the zipper and playing around with it to try to open it.

XTC Leather - Revolution

Deirdre:
A summer weight bike babe outfit, brand new from XTC, this is Revolution.

The cropped jacket is fun, leaving the midriff bare - well, the rear too, if you have a lower back tattoo you want to show off.

As usual, the leather textures are awesome, and you like them the more you look. Shinier jacket cuffs, seams, the cool X buttons (maybeis Xav sneaking his initial in).

The chaps have a garter belt look, fun in SL, not possible in RL. Good leather folds along the legs, too.

The bra and panties are pretty much as skimpy as possible.

Wear this outfit on your motorcycle and you won’t want for attention.. maybe even love , too ;)

It was high time for some new leather from XTC and Xaviar didn’t disappoint us.

Revolution isn’t quite a revolution but it is a good looking little number.

Top and bottom are fully clothed with a jacket and a pair of chaps.

All the sexiness is around the waist where you only get a garter holding up the chaps and a tiny string bikini bottom.

The leather looks a bit closer to patent, not sure if Xaviar is preparing to make a step into latex or that he got hold of some cheaper leather. *winks*

Next to the jacket, chaps, string you also get a pair of matching gloves and a bra.

There is also a snake tattoo included in, surprise surprise, tattoo layer. *smiles*

Inflation Latex

This is a viral link doing the rounds even outside the kink circles; it’s so funny people pass it on to everyone they know.

We passed it on to Fyre Furse, and hinted that this was right up her alley.

Will there be super-inflated avatars coming from Hybridz? We wouldn’t be surprised.

Mesmerize Dungeon - Freebies

This is one of lelo’s finds.. she smells out freebies like a bloodhound, I swear.

There are no less than 23 freebies lined up in neat little rows in a back room at Mesmerize Dungeon. And I never noticed them ;)

They’re not far from the social area, see lelo’s instuctions to get there.. I can give you the coordinates (174, 162, 26), but with MD’s fixed landing zone, they won’t help as much as usual.

There is a wide variety of outfits, so we picked a few to show you. One unexpected find is no less than six skins. New citizens don’t start out quite as naked as we old folks once did, but that’s still a valuable thing to find if you’re new.

The catsuit I have in the first pic is good, but it’s top, bottom, gloves and stockings.

Nothing more needed, you’ll say, but the Soldier Girl outfit has 14 parts, including a hooded skin and boots; the top and pants version I’m wearing here, plus a catsuit.

So a generous trove of good quality free items to draw you to Mesmerize Dungeon, if the Fetish Ranch aspect wasn’t enough ;)

You might have noticed that we do quite some people watching at Mesmerize Dungeon.

It’s our way to shop while standing still and it’s also a great way to meet like minded people.

Funny thing is that we and almost everyone else stands in the same place, the third room of the complex.

While having a quick look around Mesmerize Dungeon, i ventured deeper into the complex and found the freebies just in front of the update center.

They are on the right side wall, like Mistress said 23 nicely packaged gift boxes.

The quality of the latex is amazingly good, thought the boots show that this is her earlier work, still add some newer boots and you have a great outfit.

Indyra Originals - Discipline Boots and Booties

Another incursion in the world of fashion: with a name like Discipline Boots, it was unavoidable - fated! ;)

The Discipline boots caught my eye when we were at the store some time ago, and I made a mental note to feature them at some point.

They’re a loose-fit fashion boot, with seven buckle straps on the knee-high version.

The standard resize script included has a smart twist; when you’ve fitted your boots, it offers to take a copy of the boots and remove the script. Low script is the ecological movement of Second Life :)

The ankle boots and knee boots are different in a few ways; there are no invisiprims on my knee-highs, and an alpha mask was included. Lelo’s booties included a plain and bright version; the bright are quite a sight in midnight lighting ;)

The foot shape is excellent and the textures are great. There’s quite a lot to like here, so if you’re looking for a bit of variety from your usual fetish boots, keep Indyra’s in mind.

Ok don’t be fooled by the name, the discipline is because of the buckles, not that they can be locked or any fun like that, those silly fashion designers. *winks*

The boots come with a good resizer script, one you will need, i’m not a small girl but i had to shrink the boots quite a bit.

Indyra sells the boots in the following colors: saddle, white, cherry, dark red (which Mistress is wearing), indy pink (which i’m wearing in the bright, glow in the night, version), noir, soft gold, and magenta.

The booties come without an alpha sock so i used one from my other shoes, how did we ever do without the alphas.

Lovely heel, good looking shape, great buckles, fashionable colors.. still here?

Dark Elf Manufacture - Iron Pipemare Yoke

Deirdre:

Nihal called us to let us know there was a fun new toy out from DEM, but we ended up speaking with Chloe about it. Time zones... someone will have to do something about them.

Chloe, then, was kind enough to tell us all about the scripting in the Iron Pipemare Yoke.

She’s understandably proud about it; with all the things it does, resizing and so on included, the script takes a mere 352KB of memory.

Physically, the slender black iron yoke looks very good.

You’ll notice the “staircase” diagonal effect because the bars are so slender, but there’s no way around that until the world goes higher resolution ;)

The collar has nice details like the rivet in front and the subtle iron texture - you’ll see them if you look closely because of the old black on black thing.

An elegant toy for a female slave, then; efficient yet not overwhelming. Drop by Dark Elf and have a look around.. it’s worth the trip.

Seems Chloe was given a break from her scripting for Think Kink and she put that time to good use.

It was of course just a matter of time till she would put her collar and cuffs together, and hey presto a yoke. *smiles*

Biggest jobs according to Chloe was the resizer script and keeping the script load down to a minimum.

The resizer lets you change the size of the collar, cuffs and the yoke beams, simple, elegant and a lot of math.

Next to the resizer, you will find all the necessary options for a toy like this, owner, timer, RLV.. the usual in a very light, loadwise package.

So when you are in need of a easy to fit, server friendly bondage toy...

Kayliwulf Kingdom - Cliffhanger

A nice new release from Kayliwulf, this full outfit is called Cliffhanger.

It features the slashes we loved in Slash and Burn in an underwear layer-only catsuit.

It’s smart and simple, but I have to say I’m getting used to one-piece tattoo layer outfits.

Tons of Kayliwulf’s signature straps are included, on boots, gloves, even as a belt and collar. No resize scripts in the belts but they’re easy enough to fix manually.

I think I’ll call my local latex guy and give him this design. Slashes in latex should look really spectacular in RL, but I expect it’ll take some work to prevent explosive tearing.

Ok so the catsuit isn’t quite new but that’s not what cliffhanger is all about, it’s about the boots and the gloves.

The boots are a new style, with sky-high heels and platforms and the big buckles Laz seems to love.

Both the boots and the gloves are sold separately in all 45 Kayliwulf colors including the 3 un-demo colors.

For those of you who forgot about the un-demo’s this are cheap versions of the boots without the usual demo tags.

You also get the universal implant appliers for you big breasted girls and Laz assures us that the rubber won't tear under the stress of the biggest implant. *winks*

Edelfabrik - True Desire Mesh Jackets

We followed an ad to Edelfabrik tonight. The big, clean store impressed lelo - a rare thing.

The clothing style is clubwear, that elusive description that means fashionable, young, cool, hip, with it and sexy.

Most of it, then wouldn’t quite fit our topic, but a mesh leather jacket caught my eye (once it rezzed) and I called Sarah91 Tremor, the incredibly nice store owner, for a chat.

It turns out that we met a long while back when a designer friend of hers called us in to identify copybotted content (we’re forensic experts in fetish!)

The jackets, then, are called True Desire, and have eight fun back designs like “DramaQueen”, “Rockstar”, and so on. They're available in five sizes from XXS to L, plus two called EFTECH-RIGG and QARLS-RIGG - fancy mesh settings, I expect. ("Dammit Jim, I'm a blogger, not a mesh designer!")

There’s a ninth one which is part of the “TwenStar Three” outfit, which is pink leather and has a “Goddess” design - my new favorite, obviously ;)

Sarah tells me she is planning a fetish line for the coming months - it will be in a separate store, so watch this spot for news as it develops, as they say in other media.

Lady Anne's Latex Emporium - Ministry of Pleasure and MOP Commandant

Ve haff vays.. to make you enjoy yourself ;)

This is the last of the fetish uniforms we got from Lady Anne. Lelo has Ministry of Pleasure, and I have Ministry of Pleasure Commandant.

MOP (for short) Commandant is a complete outfit, which includes my beloved officer’s cap; in fact when Lady Anne came over for a chat, I pulled out my collection to show her, and we found that quite a few were based on the same excellent sculpt.

It’s quite neat to see how every designer adds textures, insignia, and really personalizes their work

Commandant is full of good prim parts over a basic black outfit. You’ll find nose chains (not worn, not really my thing) and the no-slip leash we mentioned in the last Lady Anne post.

A good-sized crop and thigh-holstered dagger show the world you mean business.

We have tons of followers on the blog, and now we have uniforms.. I think I’ll start some sort of evil military fetish cult - I’ll keep you posted ;)

Ok, looks like we have a military theme this week, but we really didn’t plan it like this. Really we didn’t.

Ok the outfit, Ministry of Pleasure in my case, comes with everything you see in the picture except the girl and her hair. *winks*

The boots are simple but have a good shape and come with invisi prims and alpha layer, so something for every generation of viewer.

You also get prim jodphurs, a prim collar and a prim armband, the armband can be edited so you can add your own flag here.

The cloth layer part give you gloves, pants, tunic and jacket. Not much room for mixing and matching but it’s the army, we all should look the same.

CorinS Fashion - Liriel and Fiona

We ran into Corin the other day at the Venustus Mall - our friend Hikari had found a few cool places and tipped us about them, as she frequently does.

Corin walked up and said hello. She remembered Hikari from one of our posts; Hik is pretty memorable (how many striped skunks do *you* know?).

She was wearing this beautiful outfit, the Liriel pants and Fiona shirt which I am modeling here.

I was really impressed with the high-waisted pants, and what looked like a wide prim belt, so I suggested we feature them in the blog, and Corin was kind enough to agree.

On closer examination in our studio, the belt ends precisely where that funny part of the avatar waist usually sticks out and breaks outfits. Corin used a bug and made it a feature. Very, very impressive.

The shirt and pants both have all the layers, so if you want this exact effect of the pants over the shirt, you’ll want the shirt on the under layer, and the pants belt on the shirt layer, or some similar combo.

Gorgeous outfit, and it’s wonderful to see Corin coming up with winners time and again.

I’m wearing the latex catsuit out of the Liriel series by CorinS Fashion.

After opening the lovely little shopping bag you’ll find the catsuit in all the normal cloth layers.

You’ll also find a great looking prim collar that gives the catsuit something special, i do love details like that.

The texturing on this catsuit really make it stand out from the cheaper ones, she made folds in all the right places, including stretch marks where the lacing on the back tightens the outfit.

Sweet Angels Design - Latex Hood

Lelo spotted this hood at Mesmerize Dungeon, and we followed the trail to Sweet Angels Design.

It’s a hard-core RLV toy; it will actually complain if you’re not using a RLV-enabled viewer.

Visually, it’s quite impressive. The shape is awesome, and there are a number of prim parts adding authenticity. In particular, I love the eye covers and the ponytail.

They do all come off for a more stark look, which I must say I like a lot.

There’s a large number of color option for all parts, too. You won’t usually see pink rebreather bags in RL, but boom, there it is ;)

The built-in collar looks good, but it may displace your slave’s existing one; if she’s as attached to hers as lelo is, this is a mixed blessing.

While we were testing, lelo sent her leash to my holder by herself, which struck me as pretty amusing. “Lelo throws her leash and it lands squarely in your hand!”

This is a feature-rich toy that will keep you and your slave entertained for a long time :)

Ok, first things first, better get this out of the way, i really really love this hood. *smiles*

The breath play part might not be my thing in RL but here it’s 1. fun and 2. made believable with the special (RLV) effects.

Next to the usual lock timers, public and private setting, owner selectors..etc, etc, the breath play makes this hood stand out.

When you pump up the mask the wearers view will go all blurry, the more you pump the worse it gets.

Even more fun are the visual effects you get when using the smell box, simply put: groovy.

The hood works with a old-fashioned notecard to set the basics like like gender, bad words, demanded words and even respect words.

With the menu you can change most parts color and hide parts you don’t like or need, very versatile.

So run to Candy Isle and get into your hood quickly, i’m sure you will love this one.. i do.

Hugo's Design - Elle Generale

Here’s Hugo’s latest release - hey, it’s been days and days! ;)

Elle Generale is a latex military uniform for the bedroom. There are tons of ways to wear less than what I have there.

I kind of gave myself the challenge of wearing as many of the parts as possible. As a rule, you (for example) will not usually wear pasties on an overbust corset. Eh, we’ll call them medals ;)

As there are only two bottom clothing layers, you’ll need to resort to the tattoo layer if you want the cool smoky latex catsuit. I find the outfit a little drafty without it.

I already have tons of officer’s caps, so... someone make me a mesh leather trench coat and I’ll enlist!

“Attention, about face, double quick march”; seems Hugo has gone military on us.

If officers in the armed forces would look like this, i’m sure we would have world peace in no time. *winks*

It won’t be a surprise that the little bag is filled to the brim with clothes in all possible layers, 35 items in this case.

Some highlights are the industrial strength garterbelts, the lovely shoulder shawl and the medal pasties.

A great extra is the return of Hugo’s shades, we featured them years ago, but i still love the look of them.

Dari's new Haus and Ponybound Challenge

Yes, yes, Dari’s new shop is [H]arsh, but a lot of us will remember the Haus name for a long time.

Darien is working hard on new and more awesome toys. It’s what makers do, they make. They can’t help it, it’s in the bone.

So while she’s working hard at making cool toys, she doesn’t have any time to devote to making a cool new store. Well, one of my good friends, Mel Melville, was kind enough to accept the commission.

Plausible Body - Flaunt Latex

We dropped by the cool little Plausible skybox shop, and landed in the middle of the jungle :) They have some fun wild skins, you’ll recall from our post.

But the outfits that caught my eye tonight aren’t new. New is good, and watch this spot for some cool new developments by Plausible soon, but it’s not our only criterion.

Flaunt Latex, then, is an awesome kit full of mix-and-match parts that the notecard says you can make 12 different outfits from; I sure believe it as lelo and I made a bunch of different ones to show you some of the variety and didn’t overlap - without particularly trying.

The colors are rich and bright, and there’s one top version (burnt, which I’m wearing here in purple) that features a dark outside and colored center which I think looks pretty amazing.

That top with the low-rise pants made me think of a yoga outfit, so I modeled it barefoot. Look closely at the only pic you’ll ever see of moi as a trendy 2012 yoga-soccer-mom ;)

A return to Plausible Body tonight, where Flaunt Latex caught our eyes.

Flaunt Latex doesn’t follow the open::price plan as the previous items we featured by Plausible, just like everything not on the ground floor in the jungle.

You get 12 cloth-layer items in the box as a base for some great mixing and matching.

Just add some heels, stockings and gloves and you got a great latex base for some fun outings.

There are 6 colors: gold, green, blue, crimson, purple, white and yellow, of which the gold in the burnt version is my personal favorite.

Ohh and go for the mega pack, six colors for the price of two, how can you go wrong.

DXW's Creations - Hello Nurse and Pwnie

Amelie Barbour has started making a line of fun fetish and bondage mesh products.

We received a boatload (1 boatload = 2 wagonloads, if you’re keeping track of my hyperboles) of her new products - a subtle and efficient way to be featured in this blog ;)

I’m wearing her generously-proportioned Hello Nurse! outfit. Mesh will do that for a while, so short of making small-medium-large versions of everything, we’ll live with it.

The tunic and boots will fit a fairly large girl, so it’s a bit loose on me. The white looks good, with just enough shine to make it interesting.

There are separate alphas if you don’t intend to wear all parts, and an all-in-one version too. Quite convenient if your viewer doesn’t do “add”, like Phoenix, say.

There’s a color picker HUD in the box, but I had to attach it to the center of the screen to see it. No big deal, it’s not something you’ll use a lot. Set and forget, as they say.

You get quite a few options with this one, which must be a mesh first it think.

First you can select a boy or girl version of the body, and both come with or without hooves, so you can wear the body with your own boots/hooves.

For hair you have a choice of the hawk i’m wearing or a nice ponytail.

Ok you would think that’s enough, but no there is even more, all the items are colorable in 11 different colors.

So that’s the looks, now the controls, first there is the simple (= good) menu where you can lock the outfit and change the colors.

You also get the AO hud which lets you change the position of the feet and arms.
